Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the factors of knowledge management establishment in Doroud city education and training using data mining techniques. Methodology: The statistical population included all administrative staff of education and training management of Dorud city, whose number was 155 people. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire used through Cronbach's alpha of 0.90; and by the method of halving 0.69 It was found to be approved in both ways. Data analysis methods and Weka, Rosseta and Excel software were used to analyze the data. Results: Prediction accuracy was obtained using 0.73535 Rough set, 0.92525 decision tree, 0.985 base theory, 0.983535 artificial neural networks. The rules were provided by the genetic algorithm, Johnson, Holtz, and the decision tree. Under these laws, knowledge transfer, retaining knowledgeable employees, and managers 'use of employees' opinions and suggestions play a significant role in establishing knowledge management in education. Innovation: This research is innovative because it uses data mining techniques to analyze the data. In the present study, the subject matter has been studied without focusing on a specific factor and considering a hypothesis. . Conclusion: Preserving knowledgeable employees prevents the experiences, skills and knowledge of these people from leaving the organization, and the use of knowledge and opinions of these people and other employees causes the emergence of knowledge in the organization, which in turn leads to knowledge transfer. This study aims to analyze and compare the research process of Information and Knowledge Organization field’s in the web of science. Methodology: This study is an applied descriptive, with a scientometric approach (co-word analysis and network analysis). The research data is the field of information and knowledge organization in the web of science. Histcit, UCINet and BibExell softwares are used for data analysis and VOSviewer for mapping. Results: In the last two decades, 8688 works have been indexed by 15139 authors from 110 countries in the web of science. Iran is ranked 24th between 79 works. United States had the most scientific production in the world. Hjorland B. and Leydesdorff L., and in Iran, Alipour-Hafizi and Kousha have received the most productions and citations, respectively. The field of computer science had the largest share in the production of works. The universities of Illinois and the Islamic Azad University have had the largest participation. The most common were vocabulary information retrieval, classification, metadata and digital libraries. The vocabulary of works formed 7 clusters in the world and 5 clusters in Iran. The most important thematic trends in the world, extracting information from social and big data networks, users tagging, RDA, RDF, FRBR, digital libraries and taxonomies and in Iran FRBR, digital libraries, fuzzy information retrieval, ontology and cloud computing, respectively.Conclusion: Analyzing and comparing the results of this field leads to a better understanding of the prevailing trends and discourse and is a roadmap for education and research in the country.

The aim of this paper is the investigation of capabilities and advantages of cloud computing in the development of electronic communications services in steel industries of Yazd province utilizing hybrid multi-criteria decision-making method, Fuzzy logic computing, and PLS modeling technique. This research approach is combined (quantitative and qualitative), and it is performed by interview and questionnaire tools. Statistical society includes university professors that are experts in the studied field and information and communication technology specialists working at the steel industries of Yazd province. 320 experts in the society are selected in 1398 by the combination of non-probability purposive and random sampling. The findings using Fuzzy logic show that the most important criteria in the advantage cluster of cloud computing are "costs reduction", "faster service to the customers", and "communication with the customers" with fuzzy weights of 0.191, 0.120, and 0.096, respectively. The most important criterion in the capabilities cluster of cloud computing in the development of electronic communications services is "saving information in electronic communications services" equal to 0.123. Finally, path analysis between "development of electronic communications services" and " capabilities of cloud computing" according to the confirmatory factor of analysis loads is equal to 0.566, and between "development of electronic communications services" and "cloud computing advantage" is equal to 0.521. Thus, based on the findings, it can be said that cloud computing technology with the development of electronic communications services of steel industries of Yazd has a positive relationship and effectiveness.

Purpose: The purpose of research; was to investigation status of the librarians’ usage of library software capabilities in Kermanshah academic libraries. Methodology: Research was applied in terms of its aim and analytical survey of the method. The survey population included the total 45 librarians in Kermanshah Academic libraries that Census was conducted. Data were gathered by a self-made questionnaire. And for data analysis, were used independent t test, one way ANOVA and SPSS 22 software. Findings: The findings showed that librarians mostly use the library software's capabilities in circulation and output and processing were used the most; and searching in terms of average use of library software capabilities, was used the least. Originality: Librarians of Kermanshah University Libraries have a good ability in using circulation, management, Organization and input of information, output and processing of library software capabilities, but in the searching capability, their performance is not desirable. Therefore, it is necessary to provide librarians with the necessary training and awareness about the capabilities of this section, and library designers will review this section according to the needs of librarians.

Interdisciplinary is a new approach to research and education. This approach is very necessary for a variety of practical perspectives. However, the impoverishment of its theoretical literature is one of the barriers to its development. This article is written using an analytical-descriptive-interpretive method and using library resources. This attempts to give a clear idea of the concept of 'interdisciplinary' and identify the theoretical literature of this new field in Iran.According to this study, the life of the interdisciplinary approach in our country is just over two decades. The subject of interdisciplinary studies is a "complex" one. Complexity can be defined as "studying the behavior of systems". In addition, the interdisciplinary path passes through several specialized disciplines.The "interdisciplinary" semantic network consists of six concepts: "Integration", "the use of some specialized knowledge", "dynamic dialectics", "complex subject", "process" and "knowledge-added value". Among these components, "integration" has a central role. According to Integration, the difference between the actual intersection and the fake intersection is determined.

Knowledge organization, which provides easy, accurate and fast access to knowledge content, is carried out using metadata derived from standardized and controlled vocabulary. These standard metadata are the result of the scientific community and its subject matter experts. Based on the traditional approach of knowledge organization and retrieval, there is a duality between information and knowledge and human beings, and knowledge organization as objective and neutral descriptions of a already there universe of knowledge. This notion of objectivity and neutrality was falls with the rise of postmodernism. In the postmodern view, facts, truth and knowledge is regards as constructed in a particular discourse community. Postmodern theory, therefore, is the organization of information as the active interaction of human beings with concepts and information to construct systems of knowledge organization. Therefore, the rules, guidelines, and standards for organizing information are less interested, and what is important is the dynamic interpretation of the texts, and hence the dynamics of the content structure and the interpretive process in the knowledge organization. In the field of Islamic sciences, this is especially important because Islamic texts, such as the sources of the Qur'an and the hadith sciences, are the basis of religious law and the ethical and religious foundations, and the precise and accurate organization of these sources results in a proper retrieval and in the result, will be correct religious, ethical, and religious law.
