Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing practices and innovation in services and processes in selected sports federations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Methodology: The research data were collected using a questionnaire from 110 employees working in these three federations. Data were analyzed with descriptive, inferential and structural equation modeling methods using SPSS and SmartPLS software. Results: The results of the study showed that the status of the variables of knowledge sharing and innovation in services and processes are higher than average. Also, the results of structural equation modeling showed that knowledge sharing behaviors have a positive effect on innovation in services and innovation in processes. Conclusion: In order to improve knowledge sharing in sports federations, it is necessary to promote innovation in services and processes. In other words, innovation in services and processes lays a foundation for improving knowledge sharing practices.

Aim: The subject of knowledge sharing is one of the important challenges in knowledge management. According to the Bandura theory, personal factors, environmental factors, and behavior are in reciprocal relations with each other. In this research, the impact of environmental and individual factors on the attitude of knowledge sharing and also the effect of educational variables as a moderator between knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing behavior have been investigated.Methodology: The method of this applied research is survey-correlation. The research population includes the staff of Allied Consulting Engineers Company, from which, 83 people were selected as sample based on simple sampling using Cochran's formula. The structural correlation validity, the research indicators with convergent and divergent validity models, and the reliability of the factor load indicators were valued at 0.8, while Cronbach's alpha coefficients and the reliability of the combinations were valued at 0.7.Findings: The findings show that independent structures (environmental and personal factors) with t values higher than 1.96 affect the dependent structure (knowledge sharing attitude); education moderating variable of GOF=0.408 has had a reverse effect on knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing behavior. Conclusion: The knowledge sharing approach influences the behavior of knowledge sharing, and the education variable, with respect to the signs of its factor load, inversely modulates behavior and suggests that the higher the education of the people, the less their willingness to share knowledge

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital variables and organizational learning by using knowledge management and social intelligence. The statistical population includes all of the municipal staff in Marivan city. The research method is descriptive-survey. To collect the theoretical foundations of the research, the library method was used and the survey method was used to collect the research data using questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was verified by experts and through content and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha statistical test. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the research data using LISREL software. The research results showed that the research model was appropriately fitted with the values of RMSEA =0.07, χ ^ 2 / Df = 2.78 and Chi-square = 511.98. We also used the t-value of the LISREL output to investigate the research hypotheses and the relationship between research variables. The results showed that the relationship of social capital with knowledge management (5.17), and social intelligence (3.27) was positive and significant, as well as the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning (9.49), and the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational learning (5.25). However, the relationship between social capital and Organizational learning (-0.75) was insignificant and unconfirmed. In addition, the results of the research indicated that social capital does not directly lead to organizational learning, but with the involvement of knowledge management and emotional intelligence variables, the relationship between them is positively corrected. In other words, it can be said that social capital utilizes knowledge management and social intelligence to lead to organizational learning.

Research Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the function of Web search engines in indexing and finding of the metadata records based on the Microdata method comparatively, using an empirical method.
Research Methodology: The research community included 100 metadata records(related to e-books) based on the hypertext markup language (HTML) in the form of a test group with 50 records in Persian and 50 records in English, based on the Microdata method, and one control group with one hundred Persian and English records of the same structure. These records were selected from the metadata records of Allameh Tabataba’i University digital library, using the random sampling method. The examined metadata records were published on an independent website http://www.szolghadr.ir, and were introduced to Google, Bing, and Yahoo! search engines with the best recommended methods. Then using the checklist strategy, the performance of the search engines in indexing and finding the metadata records of both groups was investigated.
Findings: The findings show that Google indexed the records of both control and test groups, and displayed the metadata records of the test group significantly in the search results. However, Bing and Yahoo! search engines only indexed the records of both groups and were not able to make them significantly visible in their search results.
Conclusion: Therefore, despite announcing reliable search engines as structured data designers (schema.org), based on indexing and displaying based on microdata methodology, only Google’s search engine supported the significant displaying (in the form of rich snippets)of metadata records of the two groups.

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the services innovation and organizational growth components in Kermanshah Academic libraries. Method: The present study is descriptive-correlational, and has been conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of all librarians of Kermanshah Academic libraries is a total of 58 people. Since the research community was limited and available, the census method was used to collect data, of which 55 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and were analyzed by SPSS software.
Findings: The findings showed that innovation in services with an average of 3.40 and organizational development with an average of 3.13 in the academic libraries of Kermanshah is relatively favorable. Also, in this section, the highest frequency was related to the “relationship” component and the lowest one was related to the “reward” item. The significance level of the Pearson correlation test between two variables of innovation and organizational development is 0.002, which shows a positive and direct relation between these two variables.
Conclusion: The results of the study showed that innovation in services is positively and directly related to organizational growth and development in Academic libraries. Therefore, attention to the components effective to the organizational growth (such as goal, rewards, relationships, useful mechanisms, and attitude ratio) and strengthening them provides a change in circumstances to increase librarians' innovation.

The aim is "to assess the extent to which the objectives of in-service training courses are met in central libraries of Tehran public universities". The used method is surveying. Three researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect data and descriptive and analytical methods were used to answer questions and test hypotheses. The research population is the central libraries of 13 public universities in Tehran. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was given to the relevant experts. In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, the questionnaires were distributed among 30 participants as a trial. Using SPSS software, the confidence coefficient was calculated with Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that the managers, unlike the participants, evaluated the level of achievement of the main goals set for in-service training courses at a single level. From the viewpoint of the participants, the quality of activities component with the highest (3.20) and the motivation component with the mean (2.82) had the lowest growth.
