COVID-19 as an infectious disease has been declared the sixth public health emergency of international concern. The disease caused not only the risk of death from the virus's rapid spread but also severe psychological consequences. The aim of the current study is to investigate the psychological impact of the coronavirus epidemic among college students. the study is a descriptive correlational study. The study was conducted in the summer of 2020 and a total sample of 801 participants recruited from universities all over Iran answered online questioners of Depression anxiety stress scale-21 (DASS-21), Generalized anxiety disorder scale-7 (GAD-7), coronavirus anxiety scale, and demographic information. To analyze the data, chi-square, independent T, and variance analysis were used. The results showed that the mean of coronavirus anxiety was 13.77, the mean of anxiety was 6.83, the mean of stress was 6.68, also, the mean of generalized anxiety was 4.85 and finally the mean of depression was equal to 5.54. The results also showed that general anxiety and generalized anxiety were able to predict coronavirus anxiety among study participants. Also, results of the T-test and ANOVA revealed that individuals who had a contact history with the virus, or one of their family members was infected showed more severe levels of anxiety in comparison with individuals who had not. Moreover, participants who lived with friends experienced more anxiety symptoms (p< 0.001). the findings of the present study showed that COVID-19 caused public, psychological problems which are more severe in individuals who had a history or contact (through their family) with coronavirus or lived with their friends.

This study investigates the factors affecting users' understanding of digital libraries with emphasis on Allameh Tabataba'i University Digital Library. The method of this study is descriptive-analytical and it is a purposeful one. All students of Allameh Tabatabai University were the statistical population of this study(18000 students) out of which 378 students were selected using simple random sampling method. Due to the lack of a standard questionnaire, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The questionnaire used for data collection consisted of three demographic questions (gender, digital library experience and educational level) and eight components with 25 closed questions including system quality, information quality, service quality, usefulness, ease of use, digital library Affinity, user satisfaction and user loyalty. Data were analyzed using t-test, independent t-test and ANOVA, at significance level α = 0.05.: The findings showed that considering the calculated significance level, all factors affected students' perception of digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University including system quality (-39.88), information quality (-57.425), service quality (571.721) -), usefulness (-66.320), ease of use (-49.558), digital library Affinity (-60.944), user satisfaction (-61.497), and user loyalty (-60.488). Also, there was no significant difference between students' perception of digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University in terms of gender (0.554) and educational level (0.064). But there was a significant difference between students' perception of digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University and digital library experience (0.000) according to the level of significance calculated. The results of the study show the overall effect of the students' perceptions of the digital library of Allameh Tabataba'i University, and each of these components of understanding can be defined according to different models in different environments.

The aim of this research is to study the dependency of students on social networks based on demographic variables. This applied and quantitative research carried out in survey design. The measurement tool for the study was a social networks addiction subscale adopted from questionnaire of Arslan & Kırık (2013). The reliability of tool based on Cronbach's alpha was 0.932. The content validity of tool was measured by view of specialist and construct validity was measured by factor analysis. The population of the study was 4771 undergraduate students at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University and the sample size was 368 cases based on stratified random sampling method. SPSS software was used in descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on Pearson correlation test, the relationship between students’ dependency on social networks and Internet/social network rate of usage at 99 percent confidence level was positive and significant. Based on independent t-test, there was a significant difference in students’ social network dependency based on accommodation type. Based on ANOVA test, there was significant difference at 95 percent confidence level based on domain of study. Students’ dependency on social networks was in midpoint level. The students, who had further daily Internet or social network usage, had more dependency on networks. Students’ dependency on social networks with different levels of academic achievement was moderately similar.
