The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching information literacy skills on social intelligence and the level of students' self-efficacy in problem solving. The current research was of applied type and experimental method with pre-test-post-test with control group (Solomon design). The statistical population of Islamic Azad University master's students in the academic year 2021-2022 and the research sample was determined by 76 people based on the Karjesi and Morgan table. which were classified into four groups of 19 people and randomly divided into two experimental and proof groups of humanities and engineering by random sampling method. To collect information, the Tromso Social Intelligence Questionnaire (2001) and the General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire of Sherer et al. (1982) were used. Its content validity and reliability have been confirmed by Cronbach's alpha of 0.78 and 0.73, respectively Analysis of covariance and t -test were used to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that information literacy skills training has a positive effect in increasing the level of social intelligence in the participants of the experimental groups, also the results of the test showed that information literacy skills training had a significant effect on students' self-efficacy in the post-exam stage, but there was a difference between the majors in terms of social intelligence and the students' self-efficacy was not observed. The results of the research emphasize the beneficial effect of information literacy skills training in improving the social intelligence to increase their level of self-efficacy to problem solving.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital variables and organizational learning by using knowledge management and social intelligence. The statistical population includes all of the municipal staff in Marivan city. The research method is descriptive-survey. To collect the theoretical foundations of the research, the library method was used and the survey method was used to collect the research data using questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was verified by experts and through content and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha statistical test. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the research data using LISREL software. The research results showed that the research model was appropriately fitted with the values of RMSEA =0.07, χ ^ 2 / Df = 2.78 and Chi-square = 511.98. We also used the t-value of the LISREL output to investigate the research hypotheses and the relationship between research variables. The results showed that the relationship of social capital with knowledge management (5.17), and social intelligence (3.27) was positive and significant, as well as the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning (9.49), and the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational learning (5.25). However, the relationship between social capital and Organizational learning (-0.75) was insignificant and unconfirmed. In addition, the results of the research indicated that social capital does not directly lead to organizational learning, but with the involvement of knowledge management and emotional intelligence variables, the relationship between them is positively corrected. In other words, it can be said that social capital utilizes knowledge management and social intelligence to lead to organizational learning.
