The main purpose of university libraries as service and non-profit organizations is to connect the university community with knowledge and information through the provision of efficient services. measuring the quality of services and the performance of libraries also has its own difficulties and inequalitie. with the advent of technology-based electronic and digital services and the need to learn related skills, the quality of services and the performance of university libraries has changed. the aim is to identify the factors affecting the quality of services and performance of university libraries. Using the meta-syntesis method, 311 research indexed in internal scientific databases, were retrived and reviewed between 1384 and 1401, on the quality of services and performance of university libraries. After refining the retrived records, 59 works were selected. The result of applying the meta-syntesis is the extraction of five important and effective criteria on quality, finally to summarize and report in the form of tables and a systematic model.The results of this study consider the aspects of human resources, information resources and services, facilities, executive management and financial resources to be effective in improving the quality of services and the effectiveness of the performance of university libraries. Studies also show that little research has been done on the impact of components and managerial capabilities on the quality and effectiveness of performance, as well as the impact of financial resources and funding in improving the performance and success of academic libraries in achieving their goals and missions

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the compliance of the research information system of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz with the technical and information criteria of the web environment.Research method: descriptive-applied and combined with quantitative and qualitative methods. In the systematic review section, the theme analysis method was used to extract the technical and information criteria of the web environment, and in this regard, the basic, organizing and comprehensive themes were extracted. In a quantitative part, descriptive statistics tests (frequency and percentage) have been used to check the compliance of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz research information system with the technical and information criteria of the web environment.Findings: results of the research in the field of compliance of the research information system of Shahid Chamran University with technical criteria showed 46 basic themes and 7 organizing themes and in field of information criteria, a research system including 51 basic themes and 7 organizing themes. Also, according to the examination and compliance of the research information system of Shahid Chamran University with technical standards in web environment, it has been determined that the contents in system are not properly organized and the support for different parts of system is not provided, and besides that, system guide in There are no different sections.Result: The research information system of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz is 47.05% compatible with the information criteria of the web environment and needs a serious revision in its technical and informational structure.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of knowledge management on the performance of technology commercialization with mediating role of organizational innovation in Sepahan Battery Company.Methodology: The current research is a survey research in which a standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population of this article is the employees of the commercialization unit of this Company with about 100 people. By distributing the questionnaire among 80 of them, 70 questionnaires were returned for statistical analysis. The questionnaire contains 32 questions as many as the explanatory indicators of the research structures. To check the validity (convergent and divergent validity), the structural equation technique, partial least square method, and three criteria of factor loading coefficients, Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to check the reliability of the questionnaire.Findings: Examining the results of the research using the structural equation modeling technique using the partial least squares method showed that knowledge management has a significant effect on organizational innovation with a value of 0.508. Knowledge management has a significant effect on technology commercialization performance with a value of 0.345. The mediation of organizational innovation in the knowledge management relationship has a significant effect on technology commercialization performance with a value of 0.373.Conclusion: The survival and the creation of a sustainable competitive advantage for this company depends on the continuous improvement of organizational knowledge management, providing a platform for creating and applying organizational innovations, and as a result, improving the performance of technology commercialization.

Objective: The aim of this study was to study of the effect of user satisfaction on the relationship between perceived information quality and conative use of information system (Case study: National Iranian Drilling Company).Method: The research was applied in terms of type and analytical in terms of survey method. The statistical population included all organizational users of information systems in the National Iranian Drilling Company in the amount of 3700, of which 348 were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tools were questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was accepted by confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine its reliability, the value of which was estimated to be higher than 0.7 for the initial questionnaire (30 people). In this research, to analyze data from descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of software SPSS and AMOS were used.Results: Based on the results, users' perception of information quality has an effect of 0.87 on their satisfaction with the information system. Users' perception of information quality affects their innovative use of information system by 0.31. In addition, user satisfaction has a significant effect on the relationship between users' perception of information quality and their innovative use of the information system in the National Iranian Drilling Company (β = 0.283)Conclusion: According to the results, conative use as a consequence of users' perception of the results of interaction with the system is debatable.

AbstractObjective: The purpose of the research is to study the effect of organizational dimensions including information culture, organizational ownership of information and job independence; Individual dimensions include the tendency to share information and comfort with the computer, and after information, the characteristics of computer-based information on the use of the health information system of Amir al-Mominin Hospital of Ahvaz.Methodology: The research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical survey in terms of nature. The research population was 250 users of hospital information systems, of which 151 were selected randomly. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire based on previous research tools. The instrument's content validity approved. The confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability were confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (α=0.85). Data were analyzed by SPSS and Amos software.Findings: The findings showed that information culture (β = 0.20 and t-value = 2.440), organizational ownership of information (β = 0.18 and t-value = 2.165), tendency to share information (β = 0.22 and t-value = 2.708), job independence (β = 0.17 and t-value = 2.119), comfort with computer (β = 0.24 and t-value = 2.929) and The characteristics of computer-based information (β = 0.17 and t-value = 2.055) have an effect on the use of the health information system of Amir al-Mominin Hospital of Ahvaz.Result: The result is that the use of hospital information systems is a complex multidimensional issue and various individual, cultural, organizational and technological characteristics have an effect on it.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mediating role of innovation in the relationship between organizational wisdom and knowledge management in public libraries in Qom province. Method: The present applied research was conducted with a descriptive and correlational method. In the current research, the data was collected through three standard questionnaires (Lawson's knowledge management questionnaire, Albrecht's organizational wisdom and Jazni's job innovation). The statistical population included 112 librarians of public libraries in Qom province, 86 of whom were selected as samples by simple random sampling. The reliability of the research tool was determined using Cronbach's alpha test. Findings/Results: The results showed that the score of the study participants in the three variables of knowledge management, organizational wisdom and innovation is significantly different and higher than the average. The results indicate that organizational wisdom and innovation were significant predictors of knowledge management separately. The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational wisdom and innovation. The results indicated that organizational wisdom is a significant predictor of knowledge management and innovation, while innovation did not play a mediating role in the relationship between organizational wisdom and knowledge management. Other findings showed that gender, degree and field of study had no effect on the average scores of knowledge management, organizational wisdom and innovation.

The third generation of the web, which was called the semantic web, sought the connection between humans and computers and tried to make information understandable to machines. The Semantic Web, an extended version of the current Web, provides a standard structure for representing and reasoning with data. The semantic web is about sharing data and facts, not sharing the text of a page. The Semantic Web helps build the technology stack to support the "Web of Data" rather than the "Web of Document". The ultimate goal of the Web of Data is to enable computers to perform meaningful tasks and to develop systems that can support reliable network interactions (Patel & Sarika, 2021). Semantic web technologies can be used in various fields such as data integration, skill-finding, online think tanks, serving multimedia collections, and so on. Literature Review Over the past few decades, many technologies related to the Semantic Web have appeared or been developed. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which works intensively on semantic standards, has endorsed the Resource Definition Framework (RDF) and the OWL Web Ontology Language (OWL), which provide a solid foundation for building semantic enterprise applications and Moving the Semantic Web from the research level partially led to its becoming the industry standard needed to build next-generation applications (Tjoa et al., 2005).The Semantic Web is an extension of the current Web that improves machine-human interaction by giving information clear meaning. The idea of the Semantic Web is to hand over most of the tasks and decision-making to machines. This is made possible by adding knowledge to web content through machine-understandable language and creating intelligent software agents that can process this information. The Semantic Web, on the other hand, consists of structured information and explicit metadata, paving the way for rapid access to information and semantic search capabilities (Hassanzadeh & Keyvanpour, 2012). The semantic web was first introduced in 1988 by Tim Bernersley, known as the father of the web. But its definition was officially presented including seven-layer architecture in 2001. These seven layers include (URL), XML, (RDF), (Ontology), (Proof Layer), (Logic Layer) and (Trust Layer) (Gerber, Barnard & Van der Merwe, 2007).The structure of the semantic web is a way of organizing data in a descriptive technology, RDF, which specifies data sources and their relationships, and identifies or names the resource's URAs, and OWL describes specifications. and data classes with a common language. Sparquel is a query language that searches RDF data. Another part of the Semantic Web is making sure that different databases use the same vocabulary to describe everything (Azimi & Rafieinasab, 2022).3. MethodologyThe current research is applied, using a survey method and a descriptive approach. The statistical population of the current research is three KM software, which includes Dana KM software, Nedak comprehensive KM system, and MTA share software, which were investigated and analyzed. The data collection tool was also a checklist using a yes/no scale. After collecting the data and in order to confirm that the criteria of the Semantic Web, the checklist (questionnaire) was provided to the experts, and using their opinion, the presence or absence of the application of the Semantic Web capabilities in the KM software was confirmed. Finally, the obtained data were analyzed in Excel software.4. ResultsTherefore, the present study shows that the architecture of semantic technology in all six layers (URL, XML, RDF, ontology, metadata, and logic) in all three software (Dana KM software, Nedak's comprehensive KM system, and MTA share software) is used and at a favorable level. But the semantic tools for searching and retrieving information in all three layers (ontology, RDF, metadata) in these types of software have not been used much and have not been paid attention to.5. ConclusionThe results show that it is necessary to pay more attention to the application of semantic technology architecture in the comprehensive KM system software of Nadak and MTA share and to use them in all the mentioned layers. It is also necessary to use semantic tools for searching and retrieving information in any software called Dana KM, Nedak Comprehensive KM System in all layers (ontology, RDF, and metadata). In the field of application of web technology architecture, Dana's KM software is at a favorable level compared to the other two software.

IntroductionThis study evaluates and ranks the scientific journals of psychology using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a linear programming-based technique for measuring the relative performance of organizational units where the presence of multiple inputs and outputs makes comparison difficult. DEA was originally developed to measure the efficiency of a Decision Making Units (DMU) as a whole unit, without considering its internal structure. In other words, the system is treated as a black box, within which inputs are supplied to produce outputs, with there generally being a positive correlation between the two.Traditional DEA models are only able to evaluate DMUs with deterministic inputs and outputs, while in real-world problems, data are usually uncertain. So far, various approaches have been introduced to overcome the uncertainty of data. In this paper, two robust DEA models are presented to evaluate the performance of systems with continuous uncertain data under constant return to scale (CRS) and variable return to scale (VRS) conditions. The main advantage of the proposed robust DEA models over the previous robust DEA models is that they are able to formulate uncertainty in both input and output data. A study by Rosenthal and Weiss (2017) ranks business journals, using data from the Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports® (JCR). They ranked 358 business journals from five different JCR categories according to such citation-based factors as the number of articles, the number of citations, impact factor, five-year impact factor, immediacy index, eigenfactor score, and article influence score. They compute the relative efficiencies of the journals and thereby create plausible journal rankings that largely, but not completely, corroborate three widely used business publication journal ranking lists. In addition, we show how the different characteristics of the JCR data impact the DEA ranking model. Finally, they identify journals that are not on the business publication lists but consistently perform very well relative to those benchmark journals, and should possibly be included in the business publication ranking lists. They also identify journals whose inclusion in widely used business publication rankings cannot be justified by their methodology.MethodologyIn this study of data envelopment analysis technique, Anderson-Peterson model, CRS and VRS output-oriented, 2018 JCR ratings scientific journals of psychology were evaluated and the top journals ranked. This study has a quantitative approach and is applied research. The research method is scientometrics and bibliometrics using Operational Research techniques. In order to evaluate and rank psychology scientific journals, seven citation indicators were extracted from the Analytics Clarivate database. These indicators are the total number of citations, journal impact factor, five-year impact factor, immediate index, citeable items, journal influence factor, and journal article influence factor.In this study, using data envelopment analysis technique, Anderson-Peterson model, CRS and VRS output-oriented, 2018 JCR ratings scientific journals of psychology were evaluated and the top journals ranked.ResultsFindings show that with the help of JCR indicators and using the Anderson-Peterson CRS and VRS model, more accurate rankings of journals can be achieved. The comparison of scientific journals is in the ranking of CRS and VRS models. The Journal of Psychological Science in the Public Interest tops in both models. The top 10 journals based on CRS respectively are: Psychological Science in the Public Interest, International Review of Sport and Exercise Psychology, Annual Review of Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, Psychological Inquiry, Behavioral and Brain Sciences, Social Issues and Policy Review, Personality and Social Psychology Review, Annual Review of Clinical Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.The top 10 journals based on VRS respectively are: Psychological Science in the Public Interest, International Review of Sport and Exercise Psychology, Annual Review of Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Trends in Cognitive Sciences, Psychological Science, Frontiers in Human Neurosciences.DiscussionHere goes the text for your discussion.ConclusionScientific journals of psychology were evaluated and ranked using the Anderson-Peterson CRS and VRS models. Also, the evaluation indicators of scientific journals in the Clarivate Analytics database were reviewed and the top three journals in 11 areas of psychology and the top 30 journals in this field were identified and introduced. The top 30 journals and their differences in CRS and VRS models were compared and analyzed. In the part of descriptive findings, the frequency of journals in different fields of psychology was found, including 10.25% of psychology journals in general, 10.91% of applied psychology journals, 1.86% of biological psychology journals, 17.17% scientific journals in the clinical psychology field, 10.11% scientific journals in advanced psychology field, 7.85% scientific journals in educational psychology field, 11.71% scientific journals in experimental psychology field, 1.73% scientific journals in mathematics psychology field, 18.28% are scientific journals in the field of interdisciplinary psychology, 1.73% are scientific journals in the field of psychoanalytic psychology, and 8.38% are scientific journals in the field of social psychology. Finally, considering the needs of the country's scientific community, conducting research with other research communities (different scientific fields and disciplines), conducting research and ranking journals with other indicators and normalized indicators are recommended.
