Aim: The subject of knowledge sharing is one of the important challenges in knowledge management. According to the Bandura theory, personal factors, environmental factors, and behavior are in reciprocal relations with each other. In this research, the impact of environmental and individual factors on the attitude of knowledge sharing and also the effect of educational variables as a moderator between knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing behavior have been investigated.Methodology: The method of this applied research is survey-correlation. The research population includes the staff of Allied Consulting Engineers Company, from which, 83 people were selected as sample based on simple sampling using Cochran's formula. The structural correlation validity, the research indicators with convergent and divergent validity models, and the reliability of the factor load indicators were valued at 0.8, while Cronbach's alpha coefficients and the reliability of the combinations were valued at 0.7.Findings: The findings show that independent structures (environmental and personal factors) with t values higher than 1.96 affect the dependent structure (knowledge sharing attitude); education moderating variable of GOF=0.408 has had a reverse effect on knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing behavior. Conclusion: The knowledge sharing approach influences the behavior of knowledge sharing, and the education variable, with respect to the signs of its factor load, inversely modulates behavior and suggests that the higher the education of the people, the less their willingness to share knowledge

IntroductionInstagram can play a vital and effective role in managing natural and social disasters by publishing the necessary and correct information. This social media can be a useful and effective source for disseminating information due to its popularity, as well as its easy access to the public. With the outbreak of Covid 19 in the last days of 2019 and the unknown nature of this virus, the methods of its spread and treatment made it more important to have access to accurate information about this virus. One of the ways to identify people, channels and intellectual structure of people is social network analysis. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the social network and draw a topic map of Instagram with a thematic focus on Corona.Research Question(s)What are the thematic clusters about the corona virus in the Instagram? What are the most popular and selected hashtags related to the corona virus?Which hashtags are more capable of transmitting information about the corona virus? What are the most important and effective hashtags related to the corona virus? What posts and topics have had the most visits? Literature ReviewSo far, many researches have been conducted on the topic of analyzing social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Riesmeyer, Hauswald & Mergen (2019) investigated the relationship between information literacy and nutritional behavior of Instagram users in research. Van Den Ende’s research (2016) showed that in recent years, with the advancement of technology and the emergence of social networks, terrorist organizations have also significantly used social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and blogs. They have started writing. By using social media and analyzing social networks, it is possible to recognize the growing terrorist presence in social media and provide valuable views on the social networks of terrorist organizations. Traces of social network analysis can also be seen in the field of tourism. Indonesia used Instagram account @explorejogja in December 2016 to introduce its tourism destinations. Using the network analysis approach, they identify popular tourist spots, cluster tourist destinations and the popularity of tourist destinations.Researchers have pointed out the importance of the role of social networks after natural disasters. Social networks can play a role in producing and disseminating information and making people aware of what happened. Sometimes, after a disaster, social media can prevent it from happening again by investigating the causes and finding problems and informing about the incident. Social networks can contribute to crisis management by introducing associations, organizations and competent authorities who are responsible for investigating matters related to natural events and also providing the possibility of communication and connection between people and such groups. Help after unexpected events.MethodologyThis research is applied and has used the characteristics of social network analysis to achieve the objectives of the research. For this purpose, the information published in the period of August 1399 in the social network Instagram with the thematic focus of Corona virus has been collected and using Seotools software and Phantom plugin, data related to username, number of posts, average Number of likes, hashtags used for a particular post were extracted. Then, using direct observation method, out of one million retrieved posts, one thousand related posts were selected and categorized. In the next step, using the indicators of network centrality and Ucinet software, the extracted data were analyzed. Results results of the study indicated that hashtags on the subject of corona symptoms; Corona disease, medical equipment, nutrition during the corona, medical staff, corona treatment, provinces affected by the disease and corona failure have been among the most popular and widely used hashtags. According to the criteria of centrality of degree, betweennes and closeness, Corona hashtags, Corona in Iran, we defeat Corona, take Corona seriously, wear a mask, and the mask has been one of the most controversial and hottest hashtags that used.ConclusionFinally, it can be concluded that despite the people's emphasis on informing and republishing content and information related to Covid19 with the aim of prevention and care, the incidence of the disease has increased; Users have used Instagram as an information channel; And the level of participation and activity of organizations and health centers and specialists in disseminating information and news has been insignificant.

IntroductionThis study evaluates and ranks the scientific journals of psychology using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a linear programming-based technique for measuring the relative performance of organizational units where the presence of multiple inputs and outputs makes comparison difficult. DEA was originally developed to measure the efficiency of a Decision Making Units (DMU) as a whole unit, without considering its internal structure. In other words, the system is treated as a black box, within which inputs are supplied to produce outputs, with there generally being a positive correlation between the two.Traditional DEA models are only able to evaluate DMUs with deterministic inputs and outputs, while in real-world problems, data are usually uncertain. So far, various approaches have been introduced to overcome the uncertainty of data. In this paper, two robust DEA models are presented to evaluate the performance of systems with continuous uncertain data under constant return to scale (CRS) and variable return to scale (VRS) conditions. The main advantage of the proposed robust DEA models over the previous robust DEA models is that they are able to formulate uncertainty in both input and output data. Moreover, these models are also developed directly on basic traditional DEA models (not alternative models).Research Question(s)What is the status of effective indicators (citation and non-citation) in the ranking of valid scientific journals of psychology? What are the top scientific journals in different fields of psychology? What is the ranking status of psychology journals using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model? What is the ranking status of psychology scientific journals based on the Anderson-Peterson CRS and Anderson-Peterson VRS models?Literature ReviewDEA is used for ranking journals in different fields. A study by Rosenthal and Weiss (2017) ranks business journals, using data from the Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports® (JCR). They ranked 358 business journals from five different JCR categories according to such citation-based factors as the number of articles, the number of citations, impact factor, five-year impact factor, immediacy index, eigenfactor score, and article influence score. They compute the relative efficiencies of the journals and thereby create plausible journal rankings that largely, but not completely, corroborate three widely used business publication journal ranking lists. In addition, we show how the different characteristics of the JCR data impact the DEA ranking model. Finally, they identify journals that are not on the business publication lists but consistently perform very well relative to those benchmark journals, and should possibly be included in the business publication ranking lists. They also identify journals whose inclusion in widely used business publication rankings cannot be justified by their methodology.MethodologyIn this study of data envelopment analysis technique, Anderson-Peterson model, CRS and VRS output-oriented, 2018 JCR ratings scientific journals of psychology were evaluated and the top journals ranked. This study has a quantitative approach and is applied research. The research method is scientometrics and bibliometrics using Operational Research techniques. In order to evaluate and rank psychology scientific journals, seven citation indicators were extracted from the Analytics Clarivate database. These indicators are the total number of citations, journal impact factor, five-year impact factor, immediate index, citeable items, journal influence factor, and journal article influence factor. In this study, using data envelopment analysis technique, Anderson-Peterson model, CRS and VRS output-oriented, 2018 JCR ratings scientific journals of psychology were evaluated and the top journals ranked.ResultsFindings show that with the help of JCR indicators and using the Anderson-Peterson CRS and VRS model, more accurate rankings of journals can be achieved. The comparison of scientific journals is in the ranking of CRS and VRS models. The Journal of Psychological Science in the Public Interest tops in both models. The top 10 journals based on CRS respectively are: Psychological Science in the Public Interest, International Review of Sport and Exercise Psychology, Annual Review of Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, Psychological Inquiry, Behavioral and Brain Sciences, Social Issues and Policy Review, Personality and Social Psychology Review, Annual Review of Clinical Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. The top 10 journals based on VRS respectively are: Psychological Science in the Public Interest, International Review of Sport and Exercise Psychology, Annual Review of Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Trends in Cognitive Sciences, Psychological Science, Frontiers in Human Neurosciences.DiscussionHere goes the text for your discussion.ConclusionScientific journals of psychology were evaluated and ranked using the Anderson-Peterson CRS and VRS models. Also, the evaluation indicators of scientific journals in the Clarivate Analytics database were reviewed and the top three journals in 11 areas of psychology and the top 30 journals in this field were identified and introduced. The top 30 journals and their differences in CRS and VRS models were compared and analyzed. AbstractPurpose: The purpose of this article is to scientometrics study of scientific production of the journal of tax research as the only scientific journal of the field of tax knowledge in Iran. Metholdology: This research is an applied research and is based on content analysis methodology. The data were collected by using checklist tool and statistical analysis has been done via Excel software and the range of research time is 10 years from 2008 to early 2018. Findings: Findings have been showed that during the years studied, 626 authors contributed to the production of 273 articles, of which 484 were men and 142 women. considering the level of education and scientific ranking of the authors, MA degree with 42% and assistant professors with 28% are in the top of the ranking list of authors. In the meantime, 15% of articles have only one author and 85% are the results of grouping work. Among the universities and scientific centers, Allameh Tabataba'i University with 27 articles ranked first and Islamic Azad University of Central Tehran Branch, along with the Office of Tax Studies and Research, with 16 papers ranked second. Conclusion: It seems that the main reason for the researchers' of the journal attention to issues such as evaluating staff and tax departments as a research topic, ease of access to their information for researchers, but in contrast to these matters, the subject of the assessment is the taxpayer, whose number of researches in the journal shows that the number of these studies is not even among the top 20 researchers. This is while research in this area has an important role in identifying the barriers and problems of the tax system and will help in the future plans of the state in the field of tax revenues. On the other hand, the topic of tax evasion in the third category of research priorities of researchers, suggests a serious problem in this area.

Scientometrics is one of the most important scales for evaluating scientific products that are used to describe scientific studies in terms of their growth, structure, and interactions. The present study was conducted using a scientometrics approach and using co-word analysis and social network analysis (SNA) to investigate relationships in the field of intangible assets. In this regard, research indexed in Scopus on the topic of "intangible assets" has been analyzed using software including vosviewer, Gephi, HistCite, Publish or Perish and NodeXL. Questions such as what subject areas are constituted and how these areas are related to each other have been addressed using methods such as word co-occurrence and social network analysis. The findings of the study show that the most frequently used topics and words are knowledge management and intellectual capital. Also, the most valuable subject areas were identified based on the maps drawn using the closeness and centrality indexes; value creation, value chain, social responsibility and trademark. With the advent of the knowledge-based economy era, a large portion of the organization's assets are of an intangible type, which confirms the recognition of and investment in these types of assets. Co-authorship analysis revealed that the co-authorship network is discrete and has low-density, with a total of 12,472 citations in all articles. By using the co-word map of intangible assets, researchers and especially policymakers can plan appropriately through the knowledge of the research and thematic status of intangible assets.

Awareness of users' perceptions and interpretations of the information labels of the user interface of digital library of the NLAI. The present study was an applied research with a mixed method. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire, interview, and observation. Through a exploratory method, participants were asked to spend considerable time and in-depth to examine the categories, elements, and labels used in the digital library website and to determine their understanding of the website labels in the online questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Then, the semi-structured interview technique was used to study users' perceptions and interpretations of the labels assigned to the elements on the website. The study population included users of the digital library of the NLAI, which was selected in two groups of novice users (clients) and advanced users (librarians) of 20 people (10 novice users and 10 advanced users). In order to validate the research results, Methodological angulation was used to increase the reliability of the research data. During this method, the researcher used several methods to collect data (using interviews with observation, exploratory study, and questionnaire), as well as all research strategies and steps with the necessary documentation at the time of data collection were recorded. Finally, after collecting the data, the researcher used the Member checking method. During this quality control process, the researcher asked the 7 participants to read the notes and the results of the data and express their opinion on the accuracy of the findings. Cronbach's alpha test (0.85) was used to ensure the reliability of the data collection tool and the possible problems of the questionnaire. SPSS software was used to analyze the research data. Content analysis and Excel software were used to analyze the interview data. The results showed that the final average of comprehensibility of labels and terms used in the website is over 50% and indicates a good understanding of the terms and labels used in the website to represent information categories, but some labels need to be changed and updated. Some terms are not very understandable from the users' point of view and need to be revised, such as: "review", "quick look", "typical classification", "source registration", "legal considerations", "main site", "texts", "Periodical" and "Collection". The friendliness and user-friendliness of the words on the website, and the ban on the use of specialized, complex, and ambiguous words were among the demands of the users. New terms and labels were suggested by users. The use of specialized library terminology on the website, intangible and abstract words and lack of sufficient explanations about labels, lack of a comprehensive guide, going into more detail, complications on the website, and inconsistency in the use of words for similar concepts are some of the problems that cause the user does not have a good browsing experience.

The research was to study the attributes of seals in identity documents and to present a suggested pattern for information organization of seals. This was an applied study performed by using documentary study and descriptive survey.Data were gathered by analyzing 8 main works related to seals and identify documents of seals in 7 museums inside and 45 ones outside of Iran. The importance of each element was evaluated through implementation of Delphi technique. Based on the findings, a pattern was suggested for organization and documentation of seals and for preparing identity documents in museums. The proposed elements and standard bibliographic elements (MARC & DC) were studied comparatively.Findings showed there was no suitable pattern for organizing information of seals in the museums. Based on findings, 102 elements in 18 sub-groups and 2 main groups of “descriptive” and “management” were identified for organization and documentation of information of museum Seals .Comparison of 102 suggested elements with elements of MARC21 showed there were no definite fields for 33 proposed elements in MARC21 and no equivalents for 46 proposed elements in Dublin Core(DC). Therefore, the standards werenot suitable enough for organization and documentation of information of museum seals, The results can help in integrating and facilitating the organization of information and documentation of museum seal. Suggested pattern can be applied for codifying identity documents of seals. Elements can be used in extensive and accurate information retrieval, information validation, management and providing appropriate context for research in the fields of seals and information organization.

IntroductionThe field of providing information and the method of publishing information has permanently been subject to modification and alteration, and as we know, with the introduction of computer technology in the field of librarianship and the change in the way of providing services, the imperative task of information dissemination has been reserved for librarians (Kanjilan,2011).Due to the nature of their job, librarians must be interested to changes and change their services and the way they provide services at the same time and in agreement with the changes, so that they can respond to the information needs of the residents(Mohammadi Fard,2015).Nowadays, with the development of new information technologies and the challenges of information societies, the traditional role of public libraries has changed and functions such as teaching and creating computer skills have become more projecting. Thus, librarians of public libraries should initially, be prepared with these skills. A librarian who is not computer literate will never be a good guide for library users. The inability of individuals to access information and their limited knowledge in using computers can hinder their success in retrieving information. Hence, enhancing computer literacy is particularly essential for these individuals. Education can play a crucial role in improving their computer skills (Abtahi,2017). One form of instruction is electronic training, also referred to as e-learning or virtual learning. This type of learning involves online courses provided through a virtual education system, enabling electronic learning processes(Ghalian & Zalpour,2018). The objective of this study was to examine the impact of electronic information retrieval training on the information retrieval abilities of librarians.Literature ReviewKia, Moazzami, and Kia Lashaki (2021) in a study entitled: “Examining the influence of virtual skills training during the COVID-19 pandemic on the performance of Chalous Scientific-Applied University graduates” concluded that virtual skill training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of graduates in the Corona era, and the regression equation was also presented to predict the effect of the predictor variable on the criterion variable. Mohaghegh, Raiesi Dehkordi, Alibeik, Ghashghaee and Janbozorgi (2017) showed that consistent with the employees' attitude towards participating in in-service virtual training courses, their satisfaction along the course and the productivity of the topics discussed in these courses, from the point of view of librarians, the effectiveness and quality of in-service virtual training courses are at the favorite level.Al-Fraihat, Masa'deh and Sinclair (2020) showed there are four structures influencing the use of e-learning, the quality of the educational system, the quality of the support system, the quality of the learner and the perceived usefulness, which together account for 1.34% of the variance. Finally, 64.7% of the variance of e-learning benefits is explained by supposed usefulness, alleged satisfaction, and use. Maurice (2017) showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between virtual training and employee empowerment, and employees who did not participate in in-service training are less empowered than those who participated in these courses.MethodologyThe current research was of the type of applied research and the method of conducting the research was of an experimental type with a pre-test and post-test design with control and experimental groups. The statistical population of this research included all the librarians of the public libraries of Mazandaran province in 1401 in the number of 285 people (taken from the statistics center of the general administration of the public library of Mazandaran province). After the homogenization of the statistical population geographically (Mazandaran province was divided into three parts, east, central and west) and from each part according to the inclusion criteria such as willingness to participate in training sessions at certain hours, being librarians of public libraries in Mazandaran province, having a bachelor's degree, having an age between 25 and 40 years, working experience of more than 5 years in a library, obtaining a score below 39 from the questionnaire and exit criteria including not working in public libraries in Mazandaran province, having a bachelor's degree and obtaining a score above 39 from Questionnaire, first, 30 people were selected by purposive sampling method and they were randomly divided into two groups of 15 people, experimental and control. The experimental group received information retrieval skills training in 9 sessions (each session lasting 2 hours) electronically and remotely. But the control group did not use any training. In order to measure the information retrieval skills of librarians, due to the lack of a standard scale, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. Also, its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89 in a test run.DiscussionThe findings displayed that the average skill of information retrieval in the experimental group (47.07) in the post-test is higher than the average in the control group (26.86). which indicates that, electronic information retrieval training has an effect on the skills of librarians in information retrieval. In the explanation of the research findings, it can be stated that electronic training allows people to obtain scientific information in less time and at a cheaper cost and it increases its generality and also causes rapid learning of skills in various dimensions. The internet is an easy way in the new age to get up-to-date and new articles and information for learning and empowerment. In other words, the availability of the Internet makes it possible to obtain new information in less time, and in the context of librarians' use of new methods and patterns in information retrieval, it surges their skill in information retrieval.ConclusionThe results of the research showed that electronic information retrieval training has a positive and significant effect on the skills of librarians in information retrieval, and electronic information retrieval training can be one of the effective options in increasing the capabilities and skills of librarians.

Components affecting organizations should always be evaluated and measured so that organizations can advance their development model. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management with efficient performance management of the General Administration of Sports and Youth of Alborz Province. The method of this applied research was descriptive-correlation. According to Morgan's sample size table, 127 employees of the General Administration of sports and youth of Alborz province completed standard questionnaires of Denison Organizational Culture (2000), Lawson Knowledge Management (2004), Moghimi and Ramazan Applied Management (2011) randomly. Data analysis was performed by Pearson correlation coefficient method and regression analysis. By calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient, a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management with efficient performance management was shown. Also, regression analysis showed that organizational culture and knowledge management predict 0.28% and 0.47% of effective performance management of staff, respectively. Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that the correct application of the components of knowledge management and organizational culture in efficient performance management is very smart and it paves the way for advancing goals and provides management with the tools for growth, success and promotion of the organization.
