IntroductionNew software development models are emerging that help in software development by default. Secure software should be defined based on the fundamental framework of the organization and the fundamental framework of the organization's software, which means that the targeted level of security of various software of an organization depends on the business context and the degree of importance of information in that context. Proper support of the software industry requires a precise and appropriate understanding of the state of this industry as an ecosystem and knowledge of the software product. In addition to having technical complexities, the software industry follows certain economic structures and principles, which are very important in the analysis of the existing support regimes. Without having a secure software production line, the possibility of releasing secure software from this production cycle is impossible. Also, the competitive business environment of organizations depends on the software they have in this field; therefore, considering the level of vulnerabilities, it is reported that in the field of software, the existence of a secure software life cycle, which results in the production and development of secure software, is very necessary (Palumbo et al., 2020). Software companies need to develop knowledge in diverse domains. One of the industries that are very important in the transition from the oil economy due to its great potential in the country, and on the other hand, it realizes a part of the knowledge-based economy, is the software industry, which is struggling with many changes and problems. Due to the intensity of changes in technology and its highly competitive environment, software companies are facing many challenges and uncertainties in providing their products or services in the form of value for customers and also in making money from it. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a suitable solution for software companies to reach their position and the future that can be waiting for them. The present research tries to consider. What are the factors and performance indicators of the knowledge management system in the software development industry?Literature ReviewIn the research, Wang, Ding, and Ming Li (2017) presented a hybrid method for evaluating knowledge management performance based on triangular fuzzy numbers and group support systems. The results showed that the evaluation method has a strong practical and operational capability, and in addition, the evaluation is activated using a group support system. The systematic KMPE method based on an index system can improve the efficiency of organizations in the performance evaluation process. The review goes under these subheadings.Pojadi and Sardjono (2018) investigated "Evaluation of Knowledge Management System for Disaster Management Using Factor Analysis". The results showed that evaluation models can be built through the performance of agents, organizational culture, and information through the knowledge management system, management support and participation, access and updating, and information monitoring. Fu, Jiang, and Chen (2020) modeled an organizational knowledge management system based on artificial intelligence in a research. The key technologies that need to be solved to achieve knowledge integration were pointed out, including the integration of heterogeneous knowledge distributed between companies, the integration of correlation and the integration of knowledge and production processes. Fuzzy theory was used to create a knowledge extraction mechanism and reference model library from the project model to the dedicated reference model. Finally, a layered diffusion model was developed that matches the characteristics of online knowledge transfer. Greco et al. (2021) in their research examined "a method for evaluating knowledge management systems". The results show that WikiIEN is the solution most indicated for the larger public due to its more user-friendly interface and workflow, and sufficient feature set that does not depend on external software.MethodologyThis research is applied in terms of purpose, which was done with a documentary method, meta composite. The meta-composite approach is a type of qualitative study that examines the information and findings extracted from other qualitative studies with a similar and related topic. As a result, the desired sample for the meta-combination of selected qualitative studies is based on the relationship made with research questions (Lindgreen, Palmer, and Vanhamme, 2004). In this research, the combination method has been used in order to compare, interpret, transform, and combine different frameworks and models presented in the field of knowledge management system performance evaluation in the software development industry.ResultsThe purpose of this research is to provide a suitable conceptual framework for identifying the performance evaluation components of knowledge management system in the software development industry with a meta-composite approach. Due to the lack of comprehensive research in the field of identifying factors affecting the performance of the knowledge management system, the performance evaluation indicators of the knowledge management system were first extracted by extensive literature study and based on the frequency of evaluation indicators. The goal is to cover various dimensions of knowledge management system evaluation with a comprehensive study. Due to budget constraints and the economic era with uncertainty, knowledge management implementers need to be able to demonstrate the commercial value of knowledge distribution and reuse in the organization. There are two basic points that all organizations should consider when designing success measures. Therefore, based on the presented conceptual model, managers can evaluate the performance of knowledge management in the software development industry by using organizational factors, individual factors, technology infrastructure factors, knowledge management processes, and economic benefits/costs. DiscussionBased on the presented conceptual model, managers can evaluate the performance of knowledge management in the software development industry by using organizational factors, individual factors, technology infrastructure factors, knowledge management processes, and economic benefits/costs. ConclusionExamining the results showed that components such as organizational factors (culture, senior management support, organization strategy, organizational structure), individual factors (training, employee participation, knowledge and awareness of knowledge management systems, resistance to change); technology infrastructure factors (user-friendliness, data and information security, communication and cooperation methods, degree of integration of organizational systems, knowledge quality); knowledge management process (knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge creation); economic benefits/costs (capital cost, operating cost) affect the evaluation of knowledge management performance in the software development industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the specific categories of documents and evaluate the application of the five WH questions for achieving the plan and method of dissertation classification. To this end, bibliographic and metadata elements were used for organizing dissertations as categories to answer WH questions. Two methods of library and comparative survey were used in this research. Documentation review showed that many librarians have introduced new categories to organize their collections. Samples of these classifications were provided for a variety of information resource formats including music resources, archival resources, museum and art objects, maps, patent, periodicals, and more. Various designs have also been presented for different genres and subject areas, including literary, story and laws. Based on this research, 22 categories were identified to answer the five WH questions including 9 categories for answering the Who question, 7 categories for answering the What question and 2 categories for answering Where, When and Why questions. Categories were compared with metadata and bibliographic elements, blocks, and descriptive areas. As a result, the UNIMARC blocks and fields used to classify dissertations include 32 fields and 4 blocks including descriptive information, notes, subject analysis and the responsibility of the work that are used to answer each question according to the related categories. The findings of the study confirmed that librarians need to design new classifications for a variety of formats, subjects and genres, although conventional classifications of documents were used in libraries. On the other hand, the bibliographic elements and metadata that have an important role in organization of dissertation can be used to answer the WH questions for the classification of dissertations. With this approach, dissertation is classified and available to users in the process of organizing and entering information in the software.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the presence and activity of Alzahra University faculty members in the ResearchGate social network and its impact on the Scopus citation database and Google Scholar search engine based on altemetrics indexes. This study is of applied rresearch, using survey type and from the perspective of scientometrics methodology with Altmetrics approach. The research community of this study included all faculty members of Alzahra University who are members of ResearchGate social network. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics included the frequency and mean of each of the indicators measured in the ResearchGate network, the Scopus Citation Database, and the Google Scholar search engine. Inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests) were used to assess the relationships and the presence or absence of differences between the variables studied. The findings showed that the highest attendance and activity belonged to the Faculty of Physics and Chemistry. The arts and literature colleges did not have a serious activity with an average GRG score of zero. There was also a significant positive correlation between Altmetric indexes in ResearchGate and GoogleScolar and Scopus citation indices. The results suggest that as researchers share knowledge and activity on the ResearchGate social network, the visibility of their scientific work increases, which in turn leads to an increase in citation indexes at Scopus and Google Scholar databases.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of positive thinking on increasing the communication skills of librarians in general libraries of Tabriz city. This research is an applied research method and is a survey method. The population of this study is librarians of general libraries located in Tabriz city. According to the relatively small number of statistical population, sampling was done by census method and a questionnaire (5 options based on Likert scale) was distributed among all librarians. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 91% which is an indicator of the reliability of the questionnaire. The distributed questionnaire consists of two parts of communication skills and positive thinking, SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the amount of positive thinking effects on non-verbal skills is higher than other skills, and the level of positive thinking among librarians is relatively good. The overall results of the research indicate that the level of positive thinking between female librarians and those under the age of 35 years and with the level of undergraduate education is higher than other groups. Also, the higher the level of positive thinking, the more intense non-verbal communication librarians It turns out.At the end of the research, there are suggestions for holding positive thinking courses and communication skills for librarians.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital variables and organizational learning by using knowledge management and social intelligence. The statistical population includes all of the municipal staff in Marivan city. The research method is descriptive-survey. To collect the theoretical foundations of the research, the library method was used and the survey method was used to collect the research data using questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was verified by experts and through content and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha statistical test. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the research data using LISREL software. The research results showed that the research model was appropriately fitted with the values of RMSEA =0.07, χ ^ 2 / Df = 2.78 and Chi-square = 511.98. We also used the t-value of the LISREL output to investigate the research hypotheses and the relationship between research variables. The results showed that the relationship of social capital with knowledge management (5.17), and social intelligence (3.27) was positive and significant, as well as the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning (9.49), and the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational learning (5.25). However, the relationship between social capital and Organizational learning (-0.75) was insignificant and unconfirmed. In addition, the results of the research indicated that social capital does not directly lead to organizational learning, but with the involvement of knowledge management and emotional intelligence variables, the relationship between them is positively corrected. In other words, it can be said that social capital utilizes knowledge management and social intelligence to lead to organizational learning.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the effective factors on internet use in postgraduate and PhD students in universities of west and northwest of Iran (Uremia, Kurdistan, Razi University of Kermanshah and Bu Ali University of Hamedan). The studied sample includes 609 students in these two educational levels and data has been collected using questionnaire. In addition, all graduate groups including the Department of Humanities, the Department of Basic Sciences, the Department of Engineering, and the Department of Agriculture have been used in sampling. In this study, linear regression, Logit regression and Probit method with SPSS software from analytics have been used. In addition, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which evaluates the reliability of the questionnaire, is 0.87 which indicates an acceptable reliability for this questionnaire. The results of this study indicate negative impact of university on internet use and positive effect of educational group, semester, employment status and information sources in the use of internet. Moreover, Hosmer- Lemeshow test confirms the presented model. Finally, it is suggested that university administrations provide clear and practical policies for accessing and using the internet, and designing specialized databases designed to operationalize them so that the fields scientific development, through which economic development and so on.
