The Aim of current research is to study the feasibility for initiating the electronic reference services in public libraries of Guilan province which are under the authority of Iran Public Libraries Foundation. This study is applied, descriptive and survey-based. Data was collected using two questionnaires based on the Orbis questionnaire and the American Library Association's evaluation tool, one of which was used for the heads of the libraries and the other for the librarians and library authorities. The research population consisted of 65 active libraries established in Guilan Province. Data analysis was done descriptively by Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results showed that more than two third of the surveyed librarians have the necessary skills for this job and it is possible in this area. The majority of the surveyed libraries have no problems for initiating the electronic reference service with regards to the technical equipment based on the selected software used in the study, but there is a shortage in electronic databases and resources to satisfy the information needs of users. Currently, there is no special budget dedicated for the establishment and provision of such services and it is the main problem of the libraries for providing electronic services. It can be concluded that the public libraries of Guilan province are able to launch virtual reference services by providing the necessary electronic resources and databases.

The growing importance of commercialization and special attention paid to this topic of discussion at global university level makes the study on this matter justifiable. On basis of this assumption the commercialization which has been named as the connection link between universities and industries or (market) must become operational in the frame work of a practical and effective model. The study and evaluation of the practical models widely used in the world reveals that, the environmental factors play an important role in the process of commercialization. Therefore, the model to be designed and chosen must be indigenous and suitable for domestic conditions of the country. In other words, it should applicable to and practical for the use in Iranian organizations. In this study, it has been tried to present a comprehensive model. By designing a comprehensive model in this connection, this significant matter has been fulfilled in this research. Also, in line with the nature of the design of this model the major roles of the fundamental researches has been examined and an algorithm suitable for the country research environment which can oversee the innovative activities of commercial firms (with special emphasis on academic innovation) has been prepared which is more appropriate for the ideas coming out from the heart of university researches that is most proper for the use in academic firms and institutes and also to can be used in incubators and development centers. Of course, this algorithm and procedure with slight changes can also have a general application.

Nowadays, success of organizations more than ever depends on acquiring competitive advantage through the innovative performance of knowledge orientation. Accordingly, the current study has investigated the effect of knowledge-based leadership and innovative performance in public organizations of Guilan province. Considering research method, it is a descriptive- correlational study and from the objective perspective, it is an applied study. The statistical population include public organizations in Rasht city which due to the accessibility, the questionnaire distributed among all of them. Structural equation modeling based on partial least square is used to analyze the collected data. The results indicate the significant effect of knowledge transfer on innovative performance (r =0.63), knowledge application on innovative performance (r =0.26) and knowledge creation on innovative performance (r =0.21). The effect of knowledge storage on innovative performance is also significant through both knowledge transfer and knowledge application. Finally, based on the results; the effect of knowledge-based leadership on knowledge documentation (r=0.58), the effect of knowledge- based leadership on knowledge application (r=0.58) and the effect of knowledge- based leadership on knowledge documentation (r=0.39) and the effect of knowledge- based leadership on knowledge creation (r=0.41) is significant. However, the effect of knowledge-based leadership on knowledge transfer isn’t significant. According to the indirect paths in research model, knowledge-based leadership through the variables of knowledge storage and knowledge transfer, has the most indirect effect on the innovative performance. Therefore, by emphasizing on knowledge storage by the organization's management, knowledge transfer and innovation performance will have the most increase.

The purpose of this study was to identify and classify the features of an effective website for Iranian public libraries based on the Kano model. This was an applied study and survey was used as the research methodology. The population of this study included 120 users of the public library randomly selected as the main participants. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed based on a focal model for data collection. The validity of the questionnaires was verified by the faculty members of the Faculties of Information and Science and Management. To analyze the data, the Kano evaluation model, Excel software and descriptive statistics were used. Cranach alpha was used to estimate the reliability index (α = 0.83)First, the features of an effective website of the public library were identified. Hence, services were classified based on five criteria (including must-be, one-dimensional, attractive, indifferent, and reverse) depending on Kano’s model and the librarians’ and site designers viewpoints. From 72 identified services, 33 services were must be, 16 services were one-dimensional, 18 services were attractive, 5 of them were indifferent, and no service was classified as the reverse one.The results showed that most of the services identified were found on the Web site of the world's public libraries, which is expected to be used by designers and librarians of public libraries to design their library site. However, in some cases, librarians’ and site designers' comments were considered useful, but less attention was paid to the choice of users due to the lack of user familiarity with the specialty of website design. Also, some suggestions are made to attract the audience and interest of public library websites users based on the research results.

The aim of this study is to survey the relationship between multilingual skills and information behavior of postgraduate students of Razi University. The research is an applied one that is conducted in a descriptive-analytical and survey method. The statistical population was all postgraduate students of Razi University who were studying in the second semester of the 2016-2017 academic year. Two-stage stratified sampling is used. The sample size was estimated by 365 Cochran's formula. The required data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done by SPSS software Version 23. Findings showed no significant relationship between multilingual skills and information behavior in general. Four variables including age, gender, level of education, and employment were studied. Only level of education and employment had significant and positive relationship on students' information behavior. But there was no significant relationship between familiarity with different languages and information behavior of postgraduate students of Razi University. By examining the effect of language on students' information behavior, it is possible to predict their information behavior, provide better information resources that they need, and avoid spending money on unused resources. Students do not seem to be aware of the important power of language in their behavior, so it is necessary for students and universities to pay more attention to this issue. One of the solutions is to hold training classes and strengthen language skills, which can be held by universities and students themselves to take these courses outside the university.

Research Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the function of Web search engines in indexing and finding of the metadata records based on the Microdata method comparatively, using an empirical method.
Research Methodology: The research community included 100 metadata records(related to e-books) based on the hypertext markup language (HTML) in the form of a test group with 50 records in Persian and 50 records in English, based on the Microdata method, and one control group with one hundred Persian and English records of the same structure. These records were selected from the metadata records of Allameh Tabataba’i University digital library, using the random sampling method. The examined metadata records were published on an independent website http://www.szolghadr.ir, and were introduced to Google, Bing, and Yahoo! search engines with the best recommended methods. Then using the checklist strategy, the performance of the search engines in indexing and finding the metadata records of both groups was investigated.
Findings: The findings show that Google indexed the records of both control and test groups, and displayed the metadata records of the test group significantly in the search results. However, Bing and Yahoo! search engines only indexed the records of both groups and were not able to make them significantly visible in their search results.
Conclusion: Therefore, despite announcing reliable search engines as structured data designers (schema.org), based on indexing and displaying based on microdata methodology, only Google’s search engine supported the significant displaying (in the form of rich snippets)of metadata records of the two groups.

Scientometric studies provide a picture of the flow of production, dissemination, and utilization of science to managers at different levels of research and implementation to plan accordingly in the relevant field. The purpose of this article was to study the scientometrics of earnings management research in Iran. The research is applied and has been done using the quantitative content analysis method. The statistical population of research includes all scientific journals in the educational disciplines of accounting and finance that have published articles in this field. The research time limit was also 26 years from 1992 to early 2018. The research findings reveal that with a distance of 37 years from other countries, earnings management research in Iran started in 2003. With 14% of the total, real earnings management-related research also has a small share of this type of research in Iran. The modified Jones model (1991) with 56% in the section of accrual earnings management models and the Roychowdhury model (2006) with 55% in the real earnings management models section have been used more by researchers than other earnings management discovery models. From the total of 7012 references cited in the articles, 73% were English, and 27% were Persian. Anyway, given the importance of the issue, the small number of studies conducted in this field, especially in real earnings management, emphasizes the need to pay more attention to this field, which is done to prevent and detect earnings management.

Designing green websites using green user interface components improves their energy expenditure efficiency. This research aim to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Iranian digital libraries’ websites according to the UI Green metric criteria. This applied study adopted a webometrics approach. Our research population was 59 digital libraries’ websites. Our tool was a researcher-made checklist. Experts certified its validity. Its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s Alpha test (alpha=0.758). Websites were evaluated both by two online tool and by website advisors and designers. We analyzed data using descriptive and inferential statistics (binomial and chi-squared tests). Our results showed a significant difference in user interface design between the studied websites (P=0.030). Most websites(28.8%) are middle-level. Academic (25.8%) and non-academic digital libraries (28.6%) are at a good level. Ranking the Iranian digital libraries showed that the digital libraries of Payame Noor University(by Ertebatat Payme Mashregh Engineering Co.), Fatemeh Masumah Holy Shrine (by Pars Azarakhsh), Astan Quds Razavi (by Astan Quds Razavi Holy Shrine) are in the excellent level by scoring the total 25 points. Two digital libraries, the digital library of Iran University of Medical Sciences (by Yekta Web Afzar Shargh Co.) and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (by Pars Azarakhsh Co.), are in the last place in complying with the intended components by scoring 7. Iranian digital libraries have an above-average status in using the green user interface. Furthermore, the green user interface components of academic and non-academic digital library websites were in good level.

IntroductionOne of the concerns of graduate students is choosing a research topic is writing a thesis. Factors that indirectly affect the creativity of choosing the research topic and directly affect the sharing of knowledge are cognitive factors such as attitude, motivation, awareness and knowledge and mental norms. It seems that cognitive factors have a key role in knowledge sharing among graduate students and that knowledge sharing is a factor in the transfer of thoughts and ideas. Therefore, it is likely that it plays a mediating role due to the nature of knowledge sharing. Accordingly, by conducting the present study, the researcher aimed to explore the relationship between cognitive factors mediating the intensity and quality of knowledge sharing with the creativity of choosing a research topic among graduate students of universities in Kermanshah.Research Hypothesis(s)Based on the theoretical foundations, several hypotheses will be answered in this research.Variables of cognitive factors can predict the intensity of knowledge sharing.Variables of cognitive factors can predict the quality of knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing variables (intensity and quality of knowledge sharing) can predict creativity in choosing the research topic. The change in the subscales of cognitive factors can explain the variance of the intensity and quality of knowledge sharing on creativity in choosing a research topic among master's and doctoral students. Literature ReviewDuring the research conducted in databases, no study was found that directly addressed the relationship between cognitive factors and creativity in choosing a research topic with the mediation of knowledge sharing. But research has been done regarding cognitive factors with knowledge sharing. Therefore, the researcher refers to some of the previous studies that were aligned with some of the variables examined in the present study:The results of the Akhavan and Rahimi (2013) showed that internal motivational factors have a higher priority than external motivational factors among employees. In addition, motivational factors including friendly and intimate communication, and career promotion were recognized as the most important internal and external motivational factors affecting knowledge sharing. The results of the study by Hajianand and Sardar (2017) showed that external and internal motivational factors had an effect on the attitude towards knowledge sharing. In this regard, Nouri Koohani and Nadi (2019) found that that internal and external motivation, attitude about knowledge sharing, perceived behavioral control, mental norms and intention to share knowledge are effective in increasing teachers' knowledge sharing behavior. The results of the research carried out by Martini (2006) revealed that extrinsic motivation has no effect on a person's attitude towards knowledge sharing. Moshref Javadi et al. (2012) also found that motivation and trust factors are effective factors onin sharing knowledge. Shahzadi, Hameed and Kashif (2015) indicate that all individual motivational factors are positively and strongly related to the optimistic knowledge sharing behavior of academics. The research results of Bilginoglu and Yozgat (2018) showed that between the relationship between perceived training intensity and observed knowledge sharing, and internal motivation and self-efficacy as moderating variables had a positive effect on knowledge sharing. Based on Mohammad, Alajmi and Ahmed (2018) extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on knowledge sharing intentions and attitudes, but intrinsic motivation only has a positive effect on knowledge sharing attitudes.MethodologyThe method of the current research was applied, survey-analytical. The statistical population of the research included approximately 9000 graduate students of major universities in Kermanshah in 2019. The sample size was 368 students. The sampling method was available sampling due to the COVID-19 crisis. The data collection tool was done using a 32-item questionnaire. The method of formulating the questions of attitude, motivation, awareness and knowledge variables as cognitive variables and creativity in choosing the research topic as a researcher-made and variable of mental norms using the research of Chennamaneni et al. (2012) the components of the intensity of knowledge sharing and the quality of knowledge sharing from The research of Chiu et al. (2006) was used with general changes. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The results of this test showed a total of 32 questions were obtained equal to 0.941, which indicated the acceptable reliability of the scale. Data analysis was done using Pearson's correlation coefficient test, multiple regression, and path analysis based on determining the relationships between independent variables and using SPSS 23 and Amos software.ResultsThis research seeks the relationship of cognitive factors with the creativity of choosing a research topic with regard to the mediating role of the intensity and quality of knowledge sharing among graduate students of Universities of Kermanshah city. Accordingly, the present study attempts to show that cognitive factors by mediating the intensity and quality of knowledge sharing immediately lead to the creativity of research topic selection among graduate students. The results of the first and second hypothesis showed that all cognitive variables had a positive relationship with the mediator variable, i.e. the intensity of knowledge sharing and the quality of knowledge sharing, but in the regression analysis of the motivation subscale, it did not contribute to this research. However, the findings of the research confirmed the first and second hypothesis with three subscales of cognitive factors (attitude, awareness and knowledge and mental norms). The answer to the third hypothesis of the research is that knowledge sharing variables (intensity and quality of knowledge sharing) have the ability to predict creativity in choosing the research topic. The findings of this research also confirmed this hypothesis. The answer to the fourth hypothesis showed that the relationship between cognitive factors and the intensity of knowledge sharing among master's students was better. But in relation to cognitive factors with the quality of knowledge sharing, PhD students were in a better situation. It seems that the quality of knowledge sharing among Ph.D students is very important in choosing the topic of a research thesis. Also, there is a difference between the prediction of the dependent variables of the mediator and the dependent variable of the criterion among master's and doctoral students. In other words, the relationship between the variables of intensity and quality of knowledge sharing with the creativity of choosing a research topic among master's students is in a better condition.ConclusionIn general, the results of this research showed that cognitive factors including attitude, awareness and knowledge, and mental norms can indirectly realize the creativity of postgraduate students' research topic selection by mediating the intensity and quality of shared knowledge. In other words, research creativity will reduce or eliminate the concerns of choosing a research topic for graduate students. Because these students face a big challenge when choosing thesis or dissertation topics. Furthermore, choosing the subject by students requires sharing knowledge among people and spending time on the part of supervisors and advisors. This article has a key contribution. It is one of few studies that have been conducted on the relationship between cognitive factors on knowledge sharing and creativity in choosing a research topic.

Today, due to unforeseen environmental and technological changes, it is necessary to pay attention to savings and increase innovation and flexibility for all types of businesses in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. In the meantime, what helps organizations increase their capabilities and meet challenges is creating and nurturing appropriate and effective teams of individuals. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality factors on the team cohesion of SNOWA employees with regard to the mediating role of knowledge sharing. The study is a descriptive correlational study through structural equation modeling (SEM). SNOWA company was collected in 1399 with a sample size of 278 people and SPSS and AMOS software were used to evaluate the proposed model. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between four factors of personality (extraversion, agreement, conscientiousness, and openness to experience) and knowledge sharing with the team cohesion of employees; but there is no positive and significant relationship between personality factor (neuroticism) and team cohesion of employees. Indirect paths of personality factors are also significant through knowledge sharing with team cohesion in employees. Therefore, it can be said that personality factors along with other factors such as knowledge sharing play a key role in team cohesion, and the need to pay attention to these factors in training programs to strengthen team cohesion is useful.
