The purpose of this study was Examine the mediating role of accountability in the relationship between knowledge management and communication skills Employees (Case Study: Department of Education Fars Province); The research method was descriptive- correlational and purposes was applied; The study Society included all employees of the education department of the province in the academic in year 2017-2016 (3800 Employees); samples (420)were selected randomly with Use of Multistage cluster sampling; To check variables, be used of three questionnaires: accountability,knowledge management and communication skills; Data analysis using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis and Model Fitness showed that: knowledge management is predictor of positive and significant of accountability and communication skills; accountability is predictor of positive and significant of communication skills; accountability have a the mediating role in The relationship between knowledge management and communication skills.Conclusion: Based on the results of research that responsibility in the relationship between knowledge management and communication skills of employees has a mediator role, it is recommended that managers and practitioners of the education organization adopt appropriate methods and provide the necessary facilities, efforts Improve employees' abilities in this regard

The aim of this study is to investigate the scientific output of faculty members of Sari University in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources based on h index in Scopus citation. The study is a descriptive survey and method was citation analysis. The research population included all faculty members of Sari University in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (N=126) and scientific productions indexed in the Scopus database, that has been analyzed by using SPSS software (version 21). Among faculty members with a professorship rating of 55.6%, 41.7% with a rank of associate professors, 44.4% had an associate professor with an H index. The highest amount of scientific production was in 2007; also, highest research age of faculty members was 16 years old. The faculty of crop sciences with 19 has the most faculty members indexed in Scopus database. Faculty of animal science and fisheries has 18, faculty of natural science has 17, faculty of agricultural engineering has 12, and faculty of basic science with 4 members in Scopus database has the fewest members. In conclusion, to raise the h index, faculty members must be encouraged and supported to present articles in credible citation databases, research budgets must be increased, training courses must be conducted for writing ISI articles, validated databases and scientific journals, and high impact coefficients for improving science production must be introduced.

Purpose: The aim of this studies evaluating the usability of digital libraries in governmental universities at Tehran.Methodology: Evaluative Survey methodology was used for the survey applying measures of search, navigation, forms layout, contrast and scan ability, optimization (size & print), help, usage of windows and speed and errors through a questionnaire containing 36 questions. The research population included 124,800 undergraduate, Master and PhD students, from three governmental universities of Tehran, Sanati Sharif and Sanati Amirkabir. Stratified random sampling method was applied to select 378 students as a sample. For data analysis, SPSS software was used along with descriptive techniques as well as independent test and ANOVA where needed. Findings: The findings indicated that the criteria relating to the usability of digital libraries in the three Tehran universities evaluated to be in relatively good condition and there is no significant difference between the digital libraries for the usability criteria. Conclution: Survey results show that these libraries should be improved by managers, librarians, and experts for a user-friendly system, thereby improving the quality of related universities digital libraries.

The study’s purpose is to explain Guilford’s intelligence model as a management information system processor with library and museum’s entities in the content, processing operations, and products levels. The research method is exploratory and content analysis. The findings show that in the content level, auditory is equivalent with audio content objects, visual is equivalent with visual content objects, semantic meaning is equivalent with the specialized knowledge’s audio and visual content objects, symbol is equivalent with ISSN and ISBN, and Fankha identifiers, behavioral is equivalent with responses based on the knowledge of users. At the level of processing operations, recognition is equivalent with the process of recognizing content objects, memory is equivalent with the process of storage and retrieval, divergent thinking is equivalent with the process of creating value added information and knowledge, intellectualism is equivalent with the process of categorizing objective and subjective information, explicit and implicit knowledge’s content objects, evaluation is equivalent with the process of evaluating performance. At the level of the product, the unit is equivalent with the elements of content objects, the relationship between the units is equivalent to the relation of the elements of content objects, the class of the group is equivalent to the classification of content objects, the system of identification of structural relationships is equivalent to creating the semantic content of content objects, the transformation of the processing is equivalent to extraction, discovery, and argumentation of available data, the application derived from the use of content is equivalent with databases, expert systems, and mapping of knowledge. This study aimed to forecast of organizational entrepreneurship based on distributed leadership components was performed. Methodology of this research was descriptive – correlational research. The population of research was the employees of defense industry in 2016 year, the approximate volume of 600 persons constituted. Simple random sampling was used in this study. Number of samples based on Kregci-Morgan table, 234 person were selected. For Data collected questionnaire of Distributed Leadership Inquiry (DLI) (with reliability α=0/96) in seven Subscale organizational culture, participatory decision making, professional development, assignment, lookout and goals, confidence, all around advocation, leadership behavior’s and questionnaire of Organizational Entrepreneurship (with reliability α=0/88) was used. For data analyzing used Spss.v.22 and regression testing. Results showed that components of distributed leadership provided a significant explaining R2=56 percent of variance organizational entrepreneurship (p<0/01, F(4, 225) =63/96, R=0/75) and Quality of participatory decision making (β= 0/251), confidence (β= 0/242), organizational culture (β= 0/226) and components of assignment, lookout and goals (β= 0/132) quota is significant and quota of other components isn’t significant. Therefore, it is imperative that attempts to induce and develop entrepreneurial abilities of employees through appropriate leadership styles as a serious priority should be placed on the agenda of policymakers and planners and top executives of organizations.
