Data mining detects patterns in the massive volume of data used in many disciplines. It can also be useful in our field, especially in information retrieval. In information retrieval, first the system-oriented paradigm and then the user-oriented paradigm have been introduced, the second paradigm being concerned with information needs. In the second paradigm, the inclusion of inappropriate queries is considered the main reason for not retrieving relevant documents. Therefore, one of the main topics of this paradigm is proposing and extending the appropriate query in the recommender system that can be used for data mining methods. There are four important methods to propose a query to strengthen the recommender system. The time series rule is one of these methods that deal with query frequency in a particular time unit. Another method is the association rule that addresses the dependency and association of queries. In addition to the dependence and association of queries, the order of query terms is also considered in the method of Association rule with Levenshtein distances. However, in all three of these methods, the log file is used, while in probabilistic theory, the document words are used to repair the lexical gap between the queries and the documents. Therefore, it seems that using probability theory to suggest the query yields better results.

Purpose: The objective of this research is to study the knowledge and content of the articles of two quarterly journal of accounting advances as one of the top scientific publications in the field of accounting knowledge in Iran from the beginning of 2005 to the end of 2018.Metholdology: This research is a scientometrics study and using content analysis method (quantitative approach). The population of the study consisted of all the articles published in the journal that were all selected as statistical sample (N = 170). The research data were also collected using a checklist tool and statistical analyzed using Excel software.Findings: Findings of the research show that in 170 articles published during these years, 417 authors participated, of which 354 were men and 63 women were women. Considering the level of education and scientific ranking of the authors, MA degree with 33% and assistant professors with 29% are in the top of the ranking list of authors. In the meantime, 3% of articles have only one author and 97% are the results of grouping work. Among the universities and scientific centers, Shiraz university with 48 articles ranked first and university of Esfahan with 15 papers ranked second. In terms of topic orientation, 79% of the publications are in the field of financial accounting and auditing with 11%, in the next rank. From total of 5864 references cited in the articles, 72% were in English and 28% in Persian.

Purpose: This research is aimed at performance evaluation and prioritization of public libraries in Fars state cities by using Data Envelopment Analysis and Goal Programming integrated approach in 1394. Methodology: this research is an applied research based on purpose, and descriptive-analytic based on data collection method. Required data is gathered from Fars province public library institution in 1394. Linear programming was developed for each cities and results were extracted by using Lingo software. Results: Minimax model showed best results among models. Arsanjan and Khorambid were efficient and other cities were inefficient (include Shiraz as a province center). When we used Anderson-Peterson approach Khorambid is more efficient than Arsanjan. Finally, Khorambid, Arsanjan and Firozabad had a highest ranks and Farashband, Sepidan and Rostam Had a lowest ranks respectively based on prioritization. Conclusion: the main conclusion of this research would be that Shiraz as a center of Fars province placed in rank 4. However, Shiraz has a large number of facilities according to other cities, the output has not been proportional with the distributed facilities. On the other hand, based on weighting method, the main input is total number of books and major output is total number of visitors.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of librarian information literacy on organizational growth of Kermanshah public libraries. In this study, the information literacy level of public librarians in Kermanshah and also the impact of information literacy on organization growth were determined. Methodology: descriptive correlational study and survey was conducted. The populations of all public librarians in Kermanshah province with a total of 215 persons. The sample size was determined using Cochran sampling formula of 138 people. To collected data, a questionnaire measuring information literacy standards and organization growth in the five-item Likert scale is used. Findings: The finding showed that the information literacy and its components (the ability to locate information, the ability to evaluate information and the ability to make effective use of information) among public librarians in Kermanshah was proper. The highest frequency component related to the ability to locate information (60.3) and the lowest rate, the ability to make effective use of information (30.3), respectively.conclusion: information literacy is a basic need for everyone and because the skills of individuals in the development of society, so the results of the evaluation of information literacy librarian and relationship skill development and organizational effectiveness as well as the efforts and planning for improvement level, in order to achieve these goals will help. The purpose of this study is to investigate the trend of the movement of Iranian public libraries in Kermanshah towards green libraries and sustainable development. The research is a descriptive-survey method. Data was collected using a checklist and a researcher-made questionnaire. The research community was the managers of the public libraries of Kermanshah, numbering 96 people. Using the Cochran formula, the sample size was estimated to be 76. Data with SPSS software Analyzed. The findings showed the highest savings in paper consumption and the lowest in transportation. The rate of paper consumption was the highest average (3.70) and compliance with environmental standards in transport has the lowest average (1.83). The libraries in terms of moving towards green libraries and sustainable development from their viewpoints are relatively good and slightly above average. The importance of environmental standards for strategic goals and the codified plans of public libraries and environmental education in libraries was below average and poor. The findings also suggested that public library managers were more than average interested in creating a green room or office to study environmental standards and environmental issues in public libraries. The results of the research showed that the National Public Libraries Institute should be pursued more effectively with the establishment of binding directives and regulations for moving towards green libraries and sustainable development. Although the situation of the public libraries examined was relatively good from the point of view of their authorities, a great deal is ahead of reaching the ideal situation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the most widely used functions of natural language processing (NLP) in the field of library science and information science Metodology: The present study was carried out through documentary or library analysis and by examining and analyzing the texts. Findings: So far, the important applications of natural language processing have been implemented in various fields, including library science and information sciences. In this research, the most widely used functions of natural language processing (NLP) in the field of library and information science are: automated indexing, automatic information extraction or auto summarization, data retrieval, interleaving information retrieval (review system), music information retrieval, Auto Automatic classification and Question & Ask systems. Conclusion: Natural language processing continues to have good and useful capabilities in various fields, including in the field of library and information sciences, which should By enumeration the benefits and costs of it Take appropriate action for the integration of natural language processing in different subject areas.
