The main advantage of organizations today is knowledge. Knowledge is a powerful tool that is developing and changing day by day. A lot of research to identify key success factors and implementation of knowledge management has led to the introduction of the key factors for the success of knowledge management. Contextual factors play a key role in the successful deployment of knowledge management in Organization and determination and assessment of each of these factors for the establishment of knowledge management. This study examined the factors underlying Knowledge Management in Disaster Management Organization of Tehran Municipality. For this purpose, a questionnaire on the status of each of these factors and the importance of knowledge management is developed and graded. Then, using SPSS software and Friedman test these ratings have been achieved.

This research is set to study scientific publications published by faculty members of Allameh Tabatab’i University in two international citation indexes including the Science Citation Index and Scopus. Duration of the study was 1987 till the end of 2015. Scientometrics methods were used to do the study. Searches in the mentioned databases were the main tool of data gathering. The results show that the growth rate was 29.49 and 32.51, and density indicator is 0.008 and 0.005 in the Science Citation Index and Scopus respectively. This indicates a low density and low collaboration among authors. Faculty of Management and Accounting was the most productive one. The United States of America and Switzerland were top countries in international scientific collaborations. In addition, scientific collaboration at national level was mostly done by authors from the Islamic Azad University, Tehran University and Amir Kabir University of Technology. There was an overlap of 21 percent among indexed publications by the two databases.

This paper is supposed to determine librarian's perception from user needs and user's understanding from librarian response in a reference interview by the hermeneutic approach and deals with "the process of understanding a work" and also How to get a sense of various phenomena e.g. Speech, behavior, written texts and works of art. This study is a functional one and the proposed method is survey with analytic approach to achieve needed data. To verify validity, the questionnaire of study was distributed among information science lecturers and to evaluate reliability of study questionnaire, Cronbach’s alpha was computed as 0.953. The librarian study population including five thematic sections was evaluated based on census method are the National library and Archive Islamic Republic of Iran. User research population with a master's degree and PhD in four thematic halls of the National Library, which is 48 people to the questionaire in the period from September 2014 to March 2015 randomly responded. The analysis shows that in most variables, there is a significant relationship between librarians and users semantic system except the reference librarian to meet the need for information sharing question and level of previous knowledge of the subject librarian and user search. Users do not understand the subject matter of their research, and also librarian in the reference interviews and user's needs have the necessary skills and understanding. Despite the lack of

Aim: Scientific journals are identified as one the most important indicator for Progress and development in new world. This study aims to Comparative Comparison of growth of Asian scientific journals indexed in Scopus database and recognize Iranian journal position. Methods: This research is applied and descriptive-Survey and all Asian journals which indexed in Scopus database during 2000-2015 make Statistical population. Data were collected from www.Scimagojr.com and all journals from any subject were retrieved. We used SPSS and Excel software for analysis data. Findings: Finding shows that there is a positive growth on number of scientific journals’ of Asian countries during the study. Also, most of journals published in Medicine field and quality of east and southeast journals were much better than west and Middle East countries. Conclusion: In order to growth of Iranian journal in scientific database, policy and planning by manager of Health and Science Government of Iran are suggested. Also it is necessary to increase trend of English language for Iranian scientific journal to see more contribution of Iranian journals in region and Asia. Purpose of this study was to investigate ways of theft and damage to the library resources and the factors affecting them in the Libraries of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2012. Method of this research is Survey and type of study is functional. Data collection tool is researcher made questionnaire based on the Likert scale and test-retest reliability was calculated through test-retest correlation coefficient which is 0/917 and statistical population consists of 64 students of whom 379 were selected based on Morgan table and 57 people from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences Library. The data refers to the population and descriptive statistics and SPSS software has been used. The findings showed that increasing the number of employees (70%) and purchasing more copies of a source (56%); and library equipment Surveillance cameras (81%), dealing verbal warnings and fining and expelling the culprits as ways to prevent damage to library materials have been proposed. The results showed that serious actions in damaging library resources included: separating the book from its cover, or cutting the pages and photos of the book. And know that the regulations were effective in damage to library resources.

The enormous amount of knowledge needs sophisticated tools for searching and, often considered as equally important, rationalization. Ontology is one approach for addressing such challenges. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of of the change of ontologies. Due to change in concepts, it is necessary to review the structure of ontologies and tools for organizing this knowledge. Ontologies need to change as fast as the parts of the world they describe. The study reviewed all of the literature, concepts, principles and rules about ontologies. Thus, this research is descriptive and analytical. As a result, a logical architecture was introduced to support the development of ontologies. The low-effort of users in digital libraries and support for change management, are very important for ontologies that should be considered by experts in designing and developing ontologies.

Knowledge management is one of the most important factors for company success in competitive conditions and information age. The importance of this issue to the extent that today many organizations measure their knowledge and it’s like intellectual capital, Also as well as an indicator of the company's ratings reflect in their reports. Knowledge management is refers to this statement that investments in science leading to best and most profit. On the other hand due to global trends and increasing environmental changes, Organizations have a number of difficulties in the survival and growth of own. In this regard, Innovation as one of the essential components of a company that wants to maintain long term competitive advantage is further considered. Tin the half period 1395 to collect opinions of the people. The obtained results represent a significant impact all four components of the knowledge management on organizational innovation. Also, the results should be expressed knowledge creation is the most effective and sharing of knowledge have the least impact on organizational innovation. At the end of research we present some suggestion that can be useful in Improve the status of each component of knowledge management and organizational innovation. Which can be refer to create user-friendly working conditions, encouraging people to use the knowledge to explain and promote trust in the organization and turn it into the dominant culture among employees and managers?
