The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture and knowledge sharing. The statistical population includes 380 employees of Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon. Using Krejcie and Morgan table, 191 people were selected as the statistical sample. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Data collection tools include the following questionnaires: transformational leadership, organizational learning culture, and knowledge sharing. Formal and content validity were used to determine the validity of the questionnaires and reliability measurement were confirmed by ronbach's alpha method. SPSS-22 statistical software was used to analyze the obtained data. Results: The findings showed that there was a positive and meaningful correlation between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing (r = 0.469) at 99%. Also, studies have shown that there is a positive and meaningful correlation between transformational leadership and organizational learning culture (r= 0.573) at 99%. Managers play an important role in the organization as transformational leaders and should strive to improve organizational performance by creating an organizational learning culture and applying knowledge-sharing programs.

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between knowledge management and professional development and job performance of employees. The statistical population included 460 employees of Ilam University, and 210 people were selected as statistical samples using Kerjcie and Morgan tables. The present study was a correlational study and the required data were collected by library and field survey (questionnaire). The data collection tools included three knowledge management questionnaires, professional career development, and job performance. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaires, formal and content validity was used and to measure the reliability, Cronbach's alpha method was used. The calculated coefficient for the whole questionnaire was 0.967 and was confirmed. SPSS-22 statistical software was used to analyze the obtained data. The findings showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between knowledge management and job performance (r = 0.581) at 99%. Studies have also shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between knowledge management and professional development of employees (p = 0.056) at 99% level. Managers should try to make their employees aware of the benefits of using knowledge management programs for organizational performance and themselves. Achieving this goal will both help job performance and affect the professional development of employees.
