How long does it take to get my paper accepted?

It depends on when we receive reviewer/s response, the time it takes that you address their comments. However, on the average not more than 2 months.
I have registered in the system but the password has not been sent to me, what should I do?

First check the Spam section of your email to make sure the message is not there. If it is not there, try to get a new password once on the login page via the "I forgot my password" option.
What should I do after submitting my article?

You will receive an email from us with your article’s details included. You can trace the process of acceptance in our Flow Diagram
How can I track my article?

There is an Article tracking option but only for corresponding authors.
What should I do when I receive reviewer’s comments?

You have to react to comments either accept and implement suggestions or explain why you can’t accept them. Also, you have to complete response to reviewers form.
How can I change correspondence author or correct affiliations?

Both can be done by the corresponding author before receiving acceptance letter.
How can I withdraw my article?

As the corresponding author you should upload a request addressed to the editor-in chief via Submissions Being Processed. If his article is not in the judging process, his request will be approved.
Do I have to act like a new article to submit a revised article?

No, the author must log in to his / her profile, and proceed from the articles that need to be reviewed.
Why can't the author send the article file while reviewing the article?

Do not select the file type option, do not delete previous article files
Why can't the referee send the result of the referee?

Due to not selecting the final opinion of the referee
Do I have to create a separate account to submit a new article?

No, it is enough to have an account.
