Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the factors of knowledge management establishment in Doroud city education and training using data mining techniques. Methodology: The statistical population included all administrative staff of education and training management of Dorud city, whose number was 155 people. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire used through Cronbach's alpha of 0.90; and by the method of halving 0.69 It was found to be approved in both ways. Data analysis methods and Weka, Rosseta and Excel software were used to analyze the data. Results: Prediction accuracy was obtained using 0.73535 Rough set, 0.92525 decision tree, 0.985 base theory, 0.983535 artificial neural networks. The rules were provided by the genetic algorithm, Johnson, Holtz, and the decision tree. Under these laws, knowledge transfer, retaining knowledgeable employees, and managers 'use of employees' opinions and suggestions play a significant role in establishing knowledge management in education. Innovation: This research is innovative because it uses data mining techniques to analyze the data. In the present study, the subject matter has been studied without focusing on a specific factor and considering a hypothesis. . Conclusion: Preserving knowledgeable employees prevents the experiences, skills and knowledge of these people from leaving the organization, and the use of knowledge and opinions of these people and other employees causes the emergence of knowledge in the organization, which in turn leads to knowledge transfer. In the organization.

The internet of things will change our life in future significantly and will make the impossible, possible. A large volume of big data which is produced or taken by Internet of Things (IOT) contains valuable and useful information. By the prevalence of the wireless apparatuses technology such as Bluetooth, detection of radio frequency (RFID), Wi-Fi and data services on telephone, sensor, actuators and nodes embedded in the equipment, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) the internet of things has already passed its primary stages and is in the threshold of changing the current static internet into a fully integrated internet. Data mining; too, with no doubt plays a large role in smartness of the system and subsequently, provides suitable services and environment in offering services. Also, data mining techniques are used to cluster nodes and determine cluster head, in wireless sensor networks. This paper introduces the internet of things, architecture and its applications.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of data mining on the organizational performance of Tehran University's library directors with the knowledge management approach.Methodology: The research method is a survey-analytical one that uses inferential statistics and structural equations for data analysis. The instrument of research is the Deravi Thesis Questionnaire (1394); for analyzing the data, the software S.P.S.S. and AMOS have been used. The research community includes the directors of the central library and satellite libraries of the state universities of Tehran. In total, 213 central and satellite libraries and the same number of managers are identified and based on the Cochran formula the sample consists of 137 managers. Since the distribution of data is normal, the parametric test of single sampled/grouped T-test is used to examine the first three hypotheses (knowledge management status, organizational performance, and data mining utilization). The hypotheses of the conceptual model of research are also analyzed based on structural equations. Results: The findings of the study indicate that only one hypothesis (knowledge management status was confirmed of the six. Two other hypotheses, Organizational performance status and data mining utilization status were not accepted. None of the hypotheses related to the conceptual model of research (The effect of data mining utilization on knowledge management, the effect of data mining on organizational performance and the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance), which were the main hypotheses of the research, were not confirmed. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the status of data mining utilization and organizational performance of the managers of the libraries of Tehran's public universities is moderate and the knowledge management status is desirable. The use of data mining and knowledge management does not affect the organizational performance of the directors of public libraries in Tehran's public universities. The data mining utilization is also ineffective on knowledge management from the perspective of the director of these libraries.Originality / value: The originality and value of this research stems from the fact that so far, there has been done no similar study conducted in libraries which have studied the three data mining, knowledge management, and organizational performance variables.
