Background and aim : the aim of study is to assess status personal information management of the students of the Ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences on the Basis of jones white emphasis on is electronic information Method: this study is kind of application research and in terms of data collection is descriptive and analytical Study. the statistical population is included total students of Ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences data were collected by a questionnaive that its validity is confirmed by is Professors, and its reliability was measured by cronbach's alpha Coefficient (9). to analyse the data descriptive and inferential statistic using spss statistical software was Used. Results: Analysis of the data showed that average of activities in finding and re- finding Were 2/66, In storage Was 3, In organization Was 2/75, In maintaining Were 2/401, In security were 2/36, In measuring and evaluation Was 2/43, In making sense of things Was3, and total average personal electronic management Was 2/50, findings showed that there was relation significant in the personal information management in term of age, but in term of theeducational degree and college place Education, there was relation significant among Students. The main goal of this study was to Identify Digital Librarian’s Technical skills in Central Libraries of the State Universities in Tehran. In this research, a quantitative approach with descriptive survey method was used. The statistical population included 108 digital librarians of central libraries in 14 Tehran state universities. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the tool was based on the opinions of experts in digital libraries and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha of 0.883. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, independent sample t-test and independent t-test. The findings showed that the highest mean in hardware, the skill of working with printers (3.44), in software, the skill of converting file formats (3.89), on the Internet and network, the ability to use intranet (3.91) ), In compilation, the ability to download resources and use manager download (77/3), digital information processing, factor utilization of classification systems (48/3), digital services, ability to provide interactive retrieval services ( 80.3) and in the protection and maintenance, the ability to backup (21.3). The results showed that technical skills of the digital librarians are not in a desirable mood.
