The main purpose of this study is to investigate the information-sharing behavior of librarians of public libraries in the Khorasan region on social network sites. This research was an applied one for which an analytical survey method was employed. The research population consisted of librarians of public libraries affiliated with the Public Library Foundation. Based on Cochran's formula, the sample size was 231 people. A total of 150 people (65%) completed the online research questionnaire. Findings show that about 42% of librarians have used social network sites for more than three years, and nearly half of them use these networks for half an hour to an hour during the day. Librarians have performed significantly below the desired level of information sharing on these networks. The results also showed that there was no significant difference in the information-sharing behavior of male and female librarians as well as librarians of different educational levels on social network sites. But there was a significant and positive relationship between both indicators of trust (trust in network and trust in network members) and librarians' information sharing behavior on social network sites.

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health among librarians working in academic libraries. This study is a descriptive-correlational study. The study population consisted of 210 librarians working in the libraries of all public universities in Tehran. The required data is obtained through the librarian’s responses to the questionnaires of spiritual intelligence and public health. Findings show that there is a statistically significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health. The coefficient of determination between the two variables showed that 51 percent of mental health changes can be predicted with the help of spiritual intelligence. Besides, little difference was found neither between the spiritual intelligence of men and women working in the libraries nor in marital status. The mean score of mental health according to the librarians’ gender shows that, descriptively, the mean of male librarians’ mental health score (66) has been higher than the mean female librarians’ mental health score (65), but this is not as significant as to be able to confirm it statistically. In today's world, to continue their human lives, people need a factor to maintain their spirituality, which is called spiritual intelligence. Introduction of spiritual intelligence as a structure could provide new capacity in the psychology of religion and keeping this human greatness in contrast to today's materialism is crucial.
