The tool to collect data has been interviewing some company managers and employees and the researcher built questionnaire which has been developed. The results show that Employee perceptions of the effectiveness of training courses in the three dimensions of reaction(3.45), learning(3.38) and behavior(3.25) in the company under study have a higher than average score, and then the calculated average results(2.75) are below average.
