The purpose of the current research is to draw and analyze the intellectual structure and evolution of knowledge in the field of RDF with the method of co-occurrence analysis of words and clustering of concepts and events in this field. This is an applied research that was carried out with a scientometric approach. The statistical population of this research includes all the researches conducted in the field ofRDF in the Web of Science database from1998-2021Also,the data collection tool in this research is note-taking and the data analysis tool is co-occurrence analysis of words and network analysis using Vosviewer,Netdrow, Spss and Bibexecl software. The findings of the research showed that the keywords RDF, Semantic web, Ontoloty, linked data and SPARQL are the most frequent words and the keywords RDF*semantic web,RDF*Academic Ontology and RDF*SPARQL are the most frequent word pairs. Also, the co-occurrence analysis of words network includes six clusters named data model scalability.RDF representation of bibliographic entities and relations.ontology alignment.semantic web and linked data.data management and publishing and data mining. The clusters of data model scalability.ontology alignment.data management and publishing and data mining have not yet reached sufficient maturity and require a lot of follow-up and research in these fields. The results showed that the scientific productions of the RDF field, despite its upward publication trend, have more subject dispersion and are more oriented towards the semantic web, and the analysis of the co-occurrence network of words in this field also has a greater subject dispersion, which indicates the interest of researchers to various topics in this area

This study aims to analyze and compare the research process of Information and Knowledge Organization field’s in the web of science. Methodology: This study is an applied descriptive, with a scientometric approach (co-word analysis and network analysis). The research data is the field of information and knowledge organization in the web of science. Histcit, UCINet and BibExell softwares are used for data analysis and VOSviewer for mapping. Results: In the last two decades, 8688 works have been indexed by 15139 authors from 110 countries in the web of science. Iran is ranked 24th between 79 works. United States had the most scientific production in the world. Hjorland B. and Leydesdorff L., and in Iran, Alipour-Hafizi and Kousha have received the most productions and citations, respectively. The field of computer science had the largest share in the production of works. The universities of Illinois and the Islamic Azad University have had the largest participation. The most common were vocabulary information retrieval, classification, metadata and digital libraries. The vocabulary of works formed 7 clusters in the world and 5 clusters in Iran. The most important thematic trends in the world, extracting information from social and big data networks, users tagging, RDA, RDF, FRBR, digital libraries and taxonomies and in Iran FRBR, digital libraries, fuzzy information retrieval, ontology and cloud computing, respectively. Conclusion: Analyzing and comparing the results of this field leads to a better understanding of the prevailing trends and discourse and is a roadmap for education and research in the country.
