The purpose of this study is to determine the status of knowledge management in the titles of specialized doctoral courses in the humanities of higher education. The present study is a type of mixed exploratory research project. Hence, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods has been used. First, the components of knowledge management were extracted by content analysis method with an inductive approach and based on that, a questionnaire in the form of 9 main components and 44 questions was prepared and provided to the experts. In addition, the checklist was prepared in the form of 442 sub-items. In the content analysis of 2250 specialized courses in 11 humanities disciplines in the doctoral program, 3260 identifiers were extracted. This study showed that knowledge sharing 25.46%, knowledge application 17.48%, knowledge change 12.73%, knowledge creation 11.75%, knowledge identification 9.97%, knowledge organization 7.73%, knowledge development 6.23% knowledge presentation, 4.97%, and knowledge protection obtained 3.68% of the data. In order to prepare graduates as capable future leaders, higher education needs to play a pivotal and effective role in teaching knowledge management to students. Utilizing knowledge management-based curricula facilitates the skills needed to apply and rely on knowledge. Applying standard methods in education and research prepares future managers to present and share knowledge in organizations. Knowledge management promotes a comprehensive approach to identifying, capturing, retrieving, sharing, and evaluating the knowledge capital of organizations.

Scientometric studies provide a picture of the flow of production, dissemination, and utilization of science to managers at different levels of research and implementation to plan accordingly in the relevant field. The purpose of this article was to study the scientometrics of earnings management research in Iran. The research is applied and has been done using the quantitative content analysis method. The statistical population of research includes all scientific journals in the educational disciplines of accounting and finance that have published articles in this field. The research time limit was also 26 years from 1992 to early 2018. The research findings reveal that with a distance of 37 years from other countries, earnings management research in Iran started in 2003. With 14% of the total, real earnings management-related research also has a small share of this type of research in Iran. The modified Jones model (1991) with 56% in the section of accrual earnings management models and the Roychowdhury model (2006) with 55% in the real earnings management models section have been used more by researchers than other earnings management discovery models. From the total of 7012 references cited in the articles, 73% were English, and 27% were Persian. Anyway, given the importance of the issue, the small number of studies conducted in this field, especially in real earnings management, emphasizes the need to pay more attention to this field, which is done to prevent and detect earnings management.

Studying the process of producing scientific articles in any field of knowledge can provide a clear picture of the scientific trajectory of a journal and identify research gaps in that area. Meantime, reviewing the published researches in tourism studies can provide a correct understanding of theoretical approaches, methods, and techniques used by researchers. Moreover, it indicates how theoretical development and methodological progress can provide documentary information. It presents the evolution and process of conducting these researches over a specific period of time; yet it can provide clear vision of limitations, harms, and issues that need more attention from researchers, as well as managers and planners in this field. The purpose of this study is to review scientific articles published in the journal "Tourism Management Studies" based on four components: characteristics, pattern of participation of authors and methodological, citation, and functional characteristics of articles. The research method is descriptive, and the content analysis method has been used specifically. The collection of information is in the form of libraries and the method of their analysis is quantitative. Samples are 219 articles (N = 219), including all articles published in Tourism Management Studies journal, during 2012-2018, in 8 periods and 32 issues (17-48). Study result has revealed a clear picture of authors' participatory patterns, as well as the methodological, functional and citation features of articles. It also describes the trajectory and trend of stability or changes in each of the patterns and features studied during eight years of this journal.

Content analysis of journals by identifying the characteristics of the information recorded in the articles helps the editors of the journals to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the journal. The objective of this research is to study the knowledge and content flow of articles in the journal of accounting knowledge as one of the most prestigious scientific publications in the field of accounting knowledge in Iran from the beginning of 2005 to the end of 2019. This research is a scientometrics study and using the content analysis method (quantitative approach). The population of the study consisted of all the articles published in the journal that were all selected as a statistical sample. The research data were also collected using a checklist tool and statistical analysis using Excel software. Findings of the research show that in 285 articles published during these years, 696 authors have contributed, of which MA degree with 34% and assistant professors with 30% are at the top of the table are the authors of this journal. Among the universities and educational institutions, Shiraz University is ranked first with 25 articles, and the University of Tehran is ranked second with 34 articles. In terms of topic orientation, 83% of the publications are in the field of financial accounting and auditing with 10% in the next rank. AbstractPurpose: The purpose of this article is to scientometrics study of scientific production of the journal of tax research as the only scientific journal of the field of tax knowledge in Iran. Metholdology: This research is an applied research and is based on content analysis methodology. The data were collected by using checklist tool and statistical analysis has been done via Excel software and the range of research time is 10 years from 2008 to early 2018. Findings: Findings have been showed that during the years studied, 626 authors contributed to the production of 273 articles, of which 484 were men and 142 women. considering the level of education and scientific ranking of the authors, MA degree with 42% and assistant professors with 28% are in the top of the ranking list of authors. In the meantime, 15% of articles have only one author and 85% are the results of grouping work. Among the universities and scientific centers, Allameh Tabataba'i University with 27 articles ranked first and Islamic Azad University of Central Tehran Branch, along with the Office of Tax Studies and Research, with 16 papers ranked second. Conclusion: It seems that the main reason for the researchers' of the journal attention to issues such as evaluating staff and tax departments as a research topic, ease of access to their information for researchers, but in contrast to these matters, the subject of the assessment is the taxpayer, whose number of researches in the journal shows that the number of these studies is not even among the top 20 researchers. This is while research in this area has an important role in identifying the barriers and problems of the tax system and will help in the future plans of the state in the field of tax revenues. On the other hand, the topic of tax evasion in the third category of research priorities of researchers, suggests a serious problem in this area.
