User participation behavior when using cyberspace is influenced by several factors. In recent years, researchers have studied the behavior of users and while identifying the factors affecting it, have proposed various models to explain how they participate. The purpose of this article is to identify the impact of attitude on the behavior of cyberspace users. Participatory behavior of users means using the facilities provided in cyberspace, including communicating, exchanging ideas, sharing text and images, and in general, interacting with other people present in cyberspace. This research is methodologically in the combined research group and initially, the qualitative approach and deductive content analysis method were used to design the model, and the quantitative approach and structural equation modeling method were used to test and validate the model. The content of the research was collected using a semi-structured interview technique with experts. Findings indicate the effectiveness of users' participatory behavior from the variable of attitude directly and indirectly and through the mediating variables of desire and intention directly. Findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between the factors of attitude and desire and intention, which was explained in previous research.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between team climate, empowering leadership and attitude towards knowledge sharing with knowledge sharing behavior. This research is cross-sectional as well as correlational and the population included those female teachers engaging in female pre-university classes in 6 districts of Isfahan education. 189 teachers were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan,s’ (1970) tabulation and through cluster sampling. For data collection, four questionnaires were used for measuring the team climate (Arnold et al., 2000), empowerment (Buck et al., 2005), knowledge sharing behavior (Hsu et al., 2007) and attitudes toward knowledge sharing (Buck et al., 2005). SPSS and partial least squares were used for data analysis. The results indicated that team climate affected knowledge sharing behavior directly but not by affecting their attitude. Also empowering leadership significantly influence individuals’knowledge-sharing behavior but not by affecting their attitude. In addition empowering leadership significantly influence attitude and knowledge-sharing behavior but not by affecting their attitude toward knowledge sharing..The structural model of relationship between team climate, empowering leadership, attitude with knowledge sharing behavior had high composite reliability.
