This research has been carried out with the purpose of explaining the relationship between cybernetic management and the effectiveness of teachers in conservatories in the 3rd district of education in Isfahan city, using a descriptive, correlational survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all students in the 3rd district of education in Isfahan, numbering 500. The sample size was estimated at 217 using the Krejcie-Morgan table. Simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. The simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. The standard questionnaire of Byrne Baum (1988) and the Parsons (1969) effectiveness questionnaire were used to collect the data required for the research. The reliability of each questionnaire was calculated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.81 and 0.79, respectively. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula was used to determine the normality of data distribution, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of data collection tools, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to test the hypotheses. Data were analyzed using SPSS26 statistical software. The findings showed that from the point of view of the teachers of the conservatories of Isfahan city, cybernetic management has an effectiveness of 0.412 and with each of its components (innovation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational health), respectively, at a rate of 0.428. There is a positive relationship of 0.398, 0.527 and 0.417.

The aim of the current research is to identify metaverse in digital libraries. And the method of conducting this research is qualitative and based on the theory of the theory, the statistical population includes 10 university specialists who were selected by the purposeful sampling method. The original theoretical saturation sample volume was calculated. The research tool is semi-structured interviews about different tools in digital libraries. To analyze and analyze the data, open, central and selective coding method was used based on theory. The findings of the research show that 53 central themes in the form of causal conditions including "existence of a problem or issue", "individual factors", "management", "organizational", "technology", "political", "social", "institutional" contextual fields. Including "technology development", "users' understanding", "library", "socio-economic status", "technology literacy level", "cultures and values", "background and experience", "users' needs". Intervening conditions include "limited resources", "high speed of change","uncertainty in the future of the metaverse", "human factors". Strategies include "education and awareness", "collaboration with technology companies", "development of technology infrastructure", "research and development" messages include "reduction of access to information", "non-compliance with standards", "security and privacy risks","where "non-acceptance by users". The results of the results said that several factors can be mentioned. As a result, with the development of Metaverse, libraries will have opportunities to provide services to their users. By thinking creatively in the use of this technology, libraries can become valuable educational and social platforms.

Aim: Considering the importance of the topic and the application of cybernetics in the information systems of academic libraries, this research aims to provide the basis for providing a suitable model for the optimal use and management of system information by measuring the state of cybernetics components.Method: This research was an analytical survey study, the statistical population included 97 professors and specialists of information science and epistemology and managers of the central libraries of top medical sciences universities in the country. Checking the content validity and reliability of the questionnaire was designed in a researcher-made way. The results were analyzed with mean, median and median descriptive indices in the SPSS software environment, version 24.Findings: Based on the results of the codes based on the 5 main cybernetic components and the percentage of codes assigned to each of these components, it showed that the most codes were related to change management (28.85%).Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it is better to pay more attention to the social role of library users in their interactions and guidance, as well as balanced balance and quantitative and qualitative growth of all dimensions in the structure of library management. Keywords: cybernetics, management, decision making, supervision, interactions, central library
