چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بر اساس مدل جونز با تاکید بر اطلاعات الکترونیکی است.
روش: این پژوهش بر اساس هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی، و از نظر نحوه جمع آوری داده‌ها و ماهیت از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز می‌باشد.
ابزار گرد‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای است که روایی آن با نظر اساتید متخصص تایید، و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 9 سنجیده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماریspss انجام شده است.
یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشانگر این است که میانگین فعالیت‌های یافتن و دوباره‌یابی ، ذخیره سازی ، سازماندهی ، نگهداشت ، امنیت و مدیریت جریان اطلاعات ، ارزشیابی و ارزش‌گذاری ، تدبیر و مفهوم سازی ، و میانگین کلی مدیریت اطلاعات الکترونیکی شخصی برابر با 50/2 می‌باشد. به لحاظ سن رابطه‌ی معناداری در وضعیت مدیریت اطلاعات الکترونیکی شخصی وجود دارد. و به لحاظ مقطع تحصیلی و دانشکده‌ی محل تحصیل هم رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری میان دانشجویان وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که دانشجویان در بازه سنی کمتر از 25 سال و نیز مقطع دکتری بهترین عملکرد را داشته‌اند

Background and aim : the aim of study is to assess status personal information management of the students of the Ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences on the Basis of jones white emphasis on is electronic information
Method: this study is kind of application research and in terms of data collection is descriptive and analytical Study. the statistical population is included total students of Ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences data were collected by a questionnaive that its validity is confirmed by is Professors, and its reliability was measured by cronbach's alpha Coefficient (9). to analyse the data descriptive and inferential statistic using spss statistical software was Used.
Results: Analysis of the data showed that average of activities in finding and re- finding Were 2/66, In storage Was 3, In organization Was 2/75, In maintaining Were 2/401, In security were 2/36, In measuring and evaluation Was 2/43, In making sense of things Was3, and total average personal electronic management Was 2/50, findings showed that there was relation significant in the personal information management in term of age, but in term of theeducational degree and college place Education, there was relation significant among Students.
Conclusion : the results in dicated that students in the age group lower of 25 years old and also degree
