چکیده
چکیده :
هدف: از این مقاله ارائه بحث‌هایی مختصر درزمینهی الزامات و نحوه استفاده از مقوله‌ایی به نام انسجام نمایه‌سازی بوده است.
روش:
پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی مروری می‌باشد. برای انجام این امر از روش‌های مطالعه کتابخانه‌ایی استفاده شده است و در آن میزان رعایت مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار مدیریت انسجام در اصطلاحات نمایه‌سازی به روش ارزیابی مورد شناسایی و تحلیل قرار گرفت برای این منظور از اصول کلی دخیل در انسجام که توسط محققین شناسایی‌‌شده، استفاده گردیده و جهت ارزیابی در نظام انسجام اصطلاحات استفاده‌شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشانگر این است که در ارزیابی میزان رعایت مؤلفه‌های دخیل در انسجام نمایه‌سازی بیشترین مؤلفه مربوط به تطابق میان نظام نمایه‌سازی و برونداد خارجی آن و کمترین مربوط به مؤلفه کنترل و محدودیت نمایه‌ساز می‌باشد. همچنین از دیدگاه نمایه‌سازان تقریباً مشکلات مربوط به مؤلفه‌های مختلف در انسجام نمایه‌سازی پراکنش دارد و تنها در مورد مؤلفه کنترل و محدودیت نمایه‌ساز اکثریت محققین معتقد به وجود مشکلی اساسی در انسجام نمایه‌سازی هستند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها‌ی این مقاله در نشان دادن این نکته است که جهت بهبود عملکرد نمایه‌سازان به نظر بهتر است محدودیت بیشتری در گزینش انواع اصطلاحات و بهینه کردن روش کاوش و بازیابی به خواننده و استفاده‌کننده داده شود.
