چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین برنامه راهبردی برای کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران با الگوبرداری از کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی دنیا بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر به‌صورت آمیخته است و از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای، دلفی و پیمایشی توصیفی استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کتابخانه 25 دانشگاه برتر براساس رده‌بندی تایمز بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی بود و برای اجرای پژوهش از روش تحلیل محتوای اسناد و تکنیک دلفی استفاده شد. با بررسی برنامه راهبردی کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی دنیا با رویکرد اکتشافی، ساختار و محتوای این برنامه‌ها استخراج شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تمامی 25 کتابخانه مورد بررسی برنامه راهبردی مدون داشتند. اما برنامه راهبردی 4 کتابخانه دانشگاهی به روز نبود و 2 کتابخانه دانشگاهی نیز برنامه راهبردی‌شان بازه زمانی نداشت. تحلیل برنامه راهبردی کتابخانه‌های مورد بررسی نشان داد چارچوب ساختاری این برنامه‌ها متشکل از 11 مؤلفه شامل معرفی، خلاصه، مأموریت، چشم‌انداز، ارزش‌های اصلی، هدف، راهبرد، اقدام‌ها، اولویت‌های استراتژیک، ارزیابی و زمان‌بندی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان داد که همه کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی برتر برنامه راهبردی داشتند و این نشان از اهمیت وجود برنامه راهبردی دارد. بنابراین دستاورد این پژوهش، ارائه چارچوبی برای برنامه راهبردی کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران بود.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The purpose of this study was to present a strategic plan for Iranian Academic libraries with an Analysis of the Strategic Plans of Worldwide Academic Libraries. Method: The research method is a combination of descriptive survey and Delphi. The research community included a library of 25 top universities based on the Times Classification. The method of data analysis was descriptive and for analyzing the content of documents and the Delphi technique, we used the method. By exploring the strategic plan of the world's academic libraries with the exploration approach, the structure and content of these programs were extracted. Results: The results of this study showed that all of the 25 libraries were reviewed by the Strategic Plan. But the strategic plan of the 4 academic libraries was not current, and 2 academic libraries did not have a timetable. The analysis of the studied libraries' strategic planning revealed that the programs' structural framework consisted of 11 components including introduction, summary, mission, vision, central values, goal, strategy, actions, strategic priorities, evaluation, and timing. Conclusion: The results of the surveys showed that all of the university libraries had a strategic plan, which indicates the importance of having a strategic plan. Therefore, the achievement of this study was to provide a framework for the strategic plan of Iranian academic libraries.
