IntroductionOne of the most important challenges of context-based information systems with emphasis on cognitive structures is the formulation of receiving and displaying knowledge of cognitive actors empirically in the process of information retrieval interaction. The aim of the present study was to identify the variables of the dimensions of information retrieval context in the interaction process using the framework of the information system and retrieval. of Ingwersen and Jarvelin.Literature RieviewHuman-information interaction is a multidisciplinary problem-oriented research field that studies the interaction between humans and information (with its different forms and purposes). In other words, instead of examining the interaction between humans and technology, which is the field of human-computer interaction and human-machine interaction, or examining the interaction between humans and information agents (i.e., the field of librarianship), it examines the interaction between information and people (Jones & et al, 2006).MethodThe present study is of fundamental and developmental type and has been carried out by Colaizzi phenomenological method (1978) in 7 stages. Data collection tool was using In-depth semi-structured interview with 7 experts in the field of information retrieval to identify variables in the interaction process of information retrieval context. Validity is a tool for collecting and content validity data using the experience of experts and reliability is based on the criteria of Lincoln and Goba (1988) based on Credibility, reliability, verifiability. Description and analysis of information has been compared and validated using the results of systematic review and experiences of experts in the field of information retrieval.ResultsThe identification of the following variables in the context dimensions of information retrieval in the interaction process has led to the stabilization of search, retrieval and access terms that cognitive actors can consider as information retrieval system designers. The variables of comprehensiveness include: identifying the level and nature of information; Knowledge of the problem; Level of knowledge; prior knowledge; mental models; Identifying temporal and linguistic factors to convey meaning and concept; sociological and psychological factors; action effects; Mental presuppositions, taking into account the skill of formulating search terms, can lead to an increase in the efficiency of the retrieval system for overlapping and matching information in the subject coverage of information and documents, the type of metadata standards, the way information is organized. The variables of the obstacle dimension include: the ability to communicate between the information needs and the retrieved document with an objective attitude (information retrieval systems with an emphasis on relevance) and a subjective attitude (use of the system with an emphasis on user characteristics, tasks and environment); attention to the possibilities of the system in the way of organizing information and knowledge; integrated access to information and knowledge; And eliminating human error in the search leads to discarding irrelevant evidence. The variables of the effectiveness dimension include: applicability and accessibility of information according to ethnic and linguistic characteristics, in other words, leveled accesses; meeting mental needs; filling the knowledge and cognitive gap; the extent of using knowledge and experience and transferring it; According to the functions of the information retrieval system, it can help in expanding knowledge and in identifying and correcting the errors of users in accessing information and knowledge, and it leads to the appropriateness of the results in achieving the goals and providing satisfaction with the information services in the system. The variables of the information quality dimension include: the qualitative aspects of the information in terms of influencing the mental structures related to the need; stability of information in its repeatability; the ability to compare and evaluate sources in the ability to cite and reason information; participation in the creation of new knowledge; Finding resources based on the user's knowledge level; It is related to the user experience and leads to an increase in the qualitative level of user recognition and having the desired structure of the information system. The variables of the quality dimension of the time management process include: extraction of resources based on relevance; Meeting the need for information based on information seeking (targeted search); Displaying the steps and process and components of the information system leads to the quality of search processes from the point of view of the user interface.DiscussionAs a result, by searching for the meanings and essences of cognitive actors over time according to experience, in order to reach a common understanding in identifying, discovering and creating a deeper understanding, it led to the description and analysis of the cognitive structures of the information and retrieval system framework of Ingwersen and Jarvelin and finally It provides design and access to information in a networked and systematic way.ConclusionThe approach of cognitive actors in the design of information retrieval system and the role of database designers, user interface designers, information retrieval model designers and search engines are of particular importance in the context of information retrieval. This approach with mental presuppositions with an emphasis on identifying the level and nature of information needs to be recognized and the effects of action over time from the perspective of the user interface. Creating an objective and subjective relationship with interactive and static attitudes reduces human errors in intelligent search and expands knowledge and repairs the knowledge gap, especially by having the desired structure of the information system automatically and by comparing and evaluating resources. The qualitative aspects of the information and process of these steps will be visible and accessible.

Psychology of theology has a great deal of scope and subcategories, and the study of the relationship between these sections as well as the dimensions and structure of each of its subclasses can help to understand the structure of this knowledge. for this reason, this study has been done to explore the Intellectual Structure of the Positive Psychology studies. The present research is applied in a practical way. It uses scientometric techniques and, in particular, the both occurrences of vocabulary method and text mining, to explore the internal structure and subject relations of positive psychological studies. The community of this research is the articles of the positive psychology field indexed at the Scopus base. The total number of articles in the period from 2000 to 2012 was 1086 articles. By extracting related terms from the title, abstract and keywords of the articles and applying the methods of text and rooting, a coincidence matrix with 43 × 43 dimensions was created. Results: The results of this study showed that among the 7 optimized clusters, the cluster 2 with 10 words and the cluster 4 with 9 words, are recognized as the main clusters. The cluster 5 has the largest number of main subjects among the selected concepts, and clusters 2 and 1 have the least distances, which indicates that the connection between the main and minor issues in these clusters is greater. In contrast to cluster 7, it has the greatest distance from most clusters, indicating at least the similarity of cluster threads with other cluster themes. Conclusion: Based on this, the most correlation was found between the internal structure of positive psychology between the concepts of adult, construct, individu, positive psychology and strength in cluster 1 with the concepts effects, chang, develop, educ, emot, model, optim, posit, role and support in cluster 2 is established. In this regard, it is anticipated that cluster 7 with its concepts will become an independent study area in the future.

Advancing the activities, functions, and structure of each organization are related to information. On the other hand, in the era of innovation, exchanging information with the surrounding environment causes change, transformation, and even evolution. The purpose of this study was to draw the flow of information on the uploading of standard resources in the internal library network of Razi Metallurgical Research Center, as well as validating it using the rate of standard resources usage. The present study is an applied one and the method is system analysis with a hybrid approach. Also, by maintaining the reliability criterion, the scientific accuracy of the research is guaranteed and a criterion for the validity and reliability of the research is shaped. The statistical population includes the national and international standards used in the laboratory and the sample equals each component or element of the statistical community. Data gathering was done by observing the process of work, documentary, and library studying as well as interviewing experts. Finally, with the help of the Microsoft Visio software, the information flow diagrams were plotted and then validated with the rate of standard sources used in the library network of the Razi Metallurgical Research Center. The findings show the process of information flow and the usage rate of the loading of standard resources. The process and the method of exchanging information with the internal and external components of the organization are systematically depicted and designed in the Razi Metallurgy Research Center in three stages including analyzing the existing processes, coding the processes and validating the programmed processes regarding requesting the standard, identifying the need of the customer, inserting the standard in the valid standard folder, and purchasing the required standard. Then throughout a year, the usage rate of the loading of standard resources in the created network is reported. Thus, after the systematic process in the internal library network of the Razi Metallurgy Research Center, the lab staff will send their standard request to the information department if needed, then, the standard will be placed in the center's internal network for a quick and timely access.

The purpose of the study is to orient the Digiqual model with the 5S theoretical framework in digital library concepts. The research type is practical and it was conducted using the analysis of qualitative content method. The validity of the research is a logical one which is based on personal subjective judgment. The reliability of the study is a type of credibility based on counseling the specialists in the field of digital libraries. In the digiqual model, content (information) and community (user) as two processes in digital libraries are related to technical environment and human/system interaction. Societies (actors) as a factor in dimensions of some ‘S’ concepts in digital libraries, including accessibility and pertinence of the digital object and also availability, effectiveness, extensibility, reusability and reliability of services, is appreciable with digiqual model. Scenario as a factor in dimensions of ‘S’ concepts in digital libraries including pertinence, and conservation of the digital object; availability, effectiveness, extensibility, reusability and reliability of services, is appreciable with digiqual model. Streams and structures as factors in dimensions of some ‘S’ concepts in digital libraries including accessibility, conservation, relevance, similarity, significance and timeliness of the digital objects; accuracy, completeness and conformance of metadata specification; completeness as a collection; completeness and consistency of the catalog; completeness and consistency in the repository; efficiency and effectiveness of services, is appreciable with digiqual model. Space as a factor doesn’t exist in any of the ‘S’ concept dimensions in digital libraries and it is not appreciable with digiqual model. Finally, the development of ‘S’ concepts in digiqual dimensions in order to integrate the quality of services is proposed.

The Aim of current research is to study the feasibility for initiating the electronic reference services in public libraries of Guilan province which are under the authority of Iran Public Libraries Foundation. This study is applied, descriptive and survey-based. Data was collected using two questionnaires based on the Orbis questionnaire and the American Library Association's evaluation tool, one of which was used for the heads of the libraries and the other for the librarians and library authorities. The research population consisted of 65 active libraries established in Guilan Province. Data analysis was done descriptively by Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results showed that more than two third of the surveyed librarians have the necessary skills for this job and it is possible in this area. The majority of the surveyed libraries have no problems for initiating the electronic reference service with regards to the technical equipment based on the selected software used in the study, but there is a shortage in electronic databases and resources to satisfy the information needs of users. Currently, there is no special budget dedicated for the establishment and provision of such services and it is the main problem of the libraries for providing electronic services. It can be concluded that the public libraries of Guilan province are able to launch virtual reference services by providing the necessary electronic resources and databases.
