ISO / IEC 9126 model has been used to evaluate the applicability of the software and SPSS software was used for data analysis.Findings showed that the most satisfaction of the users in Future Development Consultants Company are respectively from categories of Reliability, transferability, efficiency, reliability, functionality and usability, and the highest satisfaction of Bank Shahr users, respectively are reliability, transferability, usability, efficiency, reliability and functionality. Also, the results of t-test showed that the average difference between applicability categories of the software are meaningful and the level of applicability of knowledge management software (MTAShare) from the perspective of users is desirable and this software is appropriate for internalizing, externalizing, socializing and combining knowledge in organizations. Abstract This article aimed to have a deep understanding of knowledge sharing behavior as a key element in the knowledge management process and the survival factor of organizations in the present era and tried to illustrate this point by analyzing applied theories in this field and to show how these theories have facilitated distinctive research on knowledge sharing. The present article is a narrative review and uses a library method to study a variety of articles that examine the motivational factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior in and out of the country, based on different theories. After extracting the theories from related articles, it became clear which of these theories belong to which disciplines and their applicability in this field was identified.Various motivational factors that influence individuals to engage in knowledge sharing behavior are examined by analyzing the theories in the fields of social psychology, economics, knowledge and information science and management that have been used in studies of this field. It is found that theory of reasoned action, theory of planned behavior, Social exchange theory, balance theory, self-determination theory, costly signaling theory and regulatory focus theory from social psychology, resource dependency theory in economics, anomalous State of knowledge theory from knowledge and information science and organizational climate theory from management are applicable in the area of knowledge sharing behavior. In order to interpret the knowledge sharing behavior, it was necessary to analyze the theories applied and adopted from other disciplines in this field to provide a deep insight into the psychological, economic, organizational, as well as individual capabilities that influence the intentions of individuals to share knowledge. Knowledge sharing can gain much of its understanding of theories of social psychology. Concepts such as the attitude and behavioral intention of these theories affect knowledge sharing behavior.By understanding the recurrent relationships between different organizational and individual motivational factors, knowledge sharing behaviors and outcomes can understand how organizations can adapt knowledge sharing processes to performance improvement. Senior executives should pay serious attention to, and support, in providing facilities, building trust, encouraging and educating employees about sharing knowledge and its benefits.

The growing importance of commercialization and special attention paid to this topic of discussion at global university level makes the study on this matter justifiable. On basis of this assumption the commercialization which has been named as the connection link between universities and industries or (market) must become operational in the frame work of a practical and effective model. The study and evaluation of the practical models widely used in the world reveals that, the environmental factors play an important role in the process of commercialization. Therefore, the model to be designed and chosen must be indigenous and suitable for domestic conditions of the country. In other words, it should applicable to and practical for the use in Iranian organizations. In this study, it has been tried to present a comprehensive model. By designing a comprehensive model in this connection, this significant matter has been fulfilled in this research. Also, in line with the nature of the design of this model the major roles of the fundamental researches has been examined and an algorithm suitable for the country research environment which can oversee the innovative activities of commercial firms (with special emphasis on academic innovation) has been prepared which is more appropriate for the ideas coming out from the heart of university researches that is most proper for the use in academic firms and institutes and also to can be used in incubators and development centers. Of course, this algorithm and procedure with slight changes can also have a general application.
