he purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy with organizational creativity and job performance of public librarians in Kermanshah province. This research has been done by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of this study consists of all librarians of public libraries in Kermanshah province (170 persons). Based on Cochran formula, 118 individuals were selected as sample. The sampling method used was stratified random sampling. Three standard questionnaires were used to collect data: Qasemi Information Literacy (2007), Dorabaji et al (1998) and Paterson Job Performance (1970). The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and was 0.81, 0.93 and 0.97, respectively, indicating that the questionnaires have a good reliability. Descriptive indices, Pearson correlation coefficient and Sobel test were used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The results showed that librarians who are more creative and high performing, have more information literacy, and can achieve higher goals. Therefore, it can be said that increasing information literacy among librarians makes them more creative and enhances their job performance and consequently improves the performance of public libraries.Based on the results,it can be said that increasing information literacy among librarians makes them more creative and enhances their job performance and consequently improves the performance of public libraries. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between knowledge management and professional development and job performance of employees. The statistical population included 460 employees of Ilam University, and 210 people were selected as statistical samples using Kerjcie and Morgan tables. The present study was a correlational study and the required data were collected by library and field survey (questionnaire). The data collection tools included three knowledge management questionnaires, professional career development, and job performance. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaires, formal and content validity was used and to measure the reliability, Cronbach's alpha method was used. The calculated coefficient for the whole questionnaire was 0.967 and was confirmed. SPSS-22 statistical software was used to analyze the obtained data. The findings showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between knowledge management and job performance (r = 0.581) at 99%. Studies have also shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between knowledge management and professional development of employees (p = 0.056) at 99% level. Managers should try to make their employees aware of the benefits of using knowledge management programs for organizational performance and themselves. Achieving this goal will both help job performance and affect the professional development of employees.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge acquisition and organizational behavior on the job performance of public librarians in Rasht. The present study is practical and correlational. The statistical population included librarians of public libraries in Rasht who were working in 1398. Subjects of this study were 80 librarians from libraries who were selected using available sampling method. The research instruments consisted of researcher-made questionnaires of organizational behavior, knowledge acquisition questionnaire and employees' job performance questionnaire whose validity was confirmed through content validity method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between variables and regression method was used to predict the librarians' job performance through knowledge acquisition and organizational behavior. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant and positive correlation between knowledge acquisition and job performance (r=0.29, P <0.01). There was also a significant and positive correlation between organizational behavior and job performance (r=0.30, P <0.01). The results of multiple regression analysis show that knowledge acquisition and organizational variables account for 9% of job performance changes. Given the findings, designing and holding librarians' training programs and workshops is essential to informthem about the training of all kinds of knowledge, as well as to create a favorable work and work environment and its impact on job performance. In this way, by improving the librarians' knowledge of libraries, their job performance will improve.

The present study is going to evaluate the relation between knowledge management processes and job performance of employees in university of Tehran. The research’s sample includes 105 employees of Tehran university (21 men and 84 women) using the random sampling and applying the Cochran formula. Besides, research’s data was gathered through performance appraisal checklist and knowledge management questionnaire. The analysis of information was done by using statistical methods (T -test, Anova , U Whitney, mean and Pearson correlation coefficient). The findings of the study showed that the status of knowledge management among employees is lower than the supposed mean and that the job performance is above average. Evaluation of knowledge management and job performance among demographic variables: gender, age, educational level and history of serving demonstrated that only the age with knowledge management and also age, sex with job performance showed a significant difference. The results of the correlation coefficient between the components of the knowledge management and those of job performance indicated that the only significant correlation was found between the components of knowledge acquisition and the components of job performance (task and context performance) and among other variables no significant correlation was discovered.
