Abstract

This research is an applied and quantitative studies. Data were collected using documentary and survey methods and random sampling. The statistical population of this study consists of 30 employees of the Novin Daneshpajoohan Institute, but due to the small number of these people and at the discretion of the supervisor, sampling was not performed. Questionnaire questions were used according to the Likert scale of five options, and the standard knowledge management questionnaire of Sharon Lawson (2003) was used. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed by professors specializing in this field, and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.871). SPSS software was used to analyze the data and pls software was used to fit the model and present a suitable model. Statistical-descriptive methods, mean, standard deviation were used.
According to the results of Pearson test, it was found that the significant level of competitive advantage with the components of knowledge management, including knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application is less than 0.05, and all have Communication is meaningful. According to the findings of structural equations, it was found that the value of t-statistic of all hypotheses is more than 1.96 and all components of knowledge management have a significant relationship with competitive advantage. Also, according to Q2, SRMR, NFI and GOF indicators, the model has a good fit.
According to the present results, it seems that knowledge management has been considered as important components.
