Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study is to provide a framework for identifying and analyzing factors affecting the success of knowledge-based businesses by focusing on knowledge management processes.
Methodology: The present study is quantitative in terms of method and applied in terms of purpose. In this study, the Fuzzy Delphi and Marcus methods were used for data analysis. The population of the present study consists of experts in the fields of knowledge management, economics, and knowledge-based business. And 13 people were selected as samples. The data collection tools in this study are interviews and questionnaires
Findings: Factors Through a review of the history and interviews with knowledge management experts, 43 factors were identified, which reached the final 27 components after the Fuzzy Delphi screening. And the screening of extracted indicators was done by distributing expert questionnaires and the Fuzzy Delphi method was used to screen the factors.
Conclusion: The results showed that clear goal setting and planning not only determine the direction and direction of businesses but also create focus and motivation in teams, and policymaking and governance defining the structures and processes necessary for knowledge management improves internal communications and stakeholder engagement. In addition, a positive and supportive organizational culture facilitates knowledge sharing and exchange, and team members work in a safe and creative environment.
