Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the ability to acquire knowledge of librarians in Kermanshah Academic libraries and their organizational growth and development.
Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-correlational and has been conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of all librarians of Kermanshah Academic libraries was 58 people. Since the research community was limited and available, census method was used to collect data, then 55 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. A standard organizational development questionnaire and a researcher-made Knowledge Acquisition Knowledge Questionnaire were used for collecting data in five options based on Likert spectrum.
Findings: The findings showed that the ability to acquire knowledge and its components (knowledge extraction, knowledge conversion and transfer of knowledge) among librarians of Academic libraries of Kermanshah is relatively favorable. The highest mean belonged to “knowledge extraction ability” (3.68) and the least frequency were related to the “ability to transfer knowledge” (3.25). Also, the average growth and organizational development and its components (rewards, relationships, structure, management, beneficial mechanisms, attitude toward change and goal) in Kermanshah Academic libraries were at the optimal level. In this section, the most frequency was related to “relationship” component and the lowest one was on “reward” item.
Conclusion: The level of knowledge transfer ability among librarians was lower than other components of knowledge acquisition. The need to train and provide conditions for improving this skill and the spirit of knowledge sharing among librarians seems to be necessary. Because the ability to transfer and share knowledge, which is one of the main attributes of the knowledge acquisition cycle, is inevitable and necessary for librarians as disseminators of information. Therefore, the more employees improve their skills and thus have better performance, the most they will play effective role in improving the status, progress and development of their organization.

This research is an applied research method and is a survey method. The population of this study is librarians of general libraries located in Tabriz city. According to the relatively small number of statistical population, sampling was done by census method and a questionnaire (5 options based on Likert scale) was distributed among all librarians. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 91% which is an indicator of the reliability of the questionnaire. The distributed questionnaire consists of two parts of communication skills and positive thinking, SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the amount of positive thinking effects on non-verbal skills is higher than other skills, and the level of positive thinking among librarians is relatively good. The overall results of the research indicate that the level of positive thinking between female librarians and those under the age of 35 years and with the level of undergraduate education is higher than other groups. Also, the higher the level of positive thinking, the more intense non-verbal communication librarians It turns out.At the end of the research, there are suggestions for holding positive thinking courses and communication skills for librarians.

Considering the important role of intellectual capital as one of the elements of managerial progress in today's turbulent environment, the world has become a global village. The present study aims to investigate "the relationship between intellectual capital management and its performance and dimensions in the employees of general libraries of Golestan province ".The type of research is descriptive and its method is analytical-survey. The research population included all of the staff of 15 general libraries in Golestan province with a number 158 from which 113 employees were selected with simple random sampling. Bontis standard intellectual capital management questionnaires and the Achio performance questionnaire were used for evaluating this sample. The analysis of the findings was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings show that the average intellectual capital of employees, with an average of 3.31, is moderate to high. Also, there is a significant and positive relationship between human, structural, and communicational capital management and the performance of staff, and its dimensions. Among the seven dimensions of performance, the motivation dimension, as the first factor, had a positive impact on employee productivity.Originality: If intellectual capital is constantly present in the organization, one can expect the high performance of the organization and, consequently, the satisfaction of the employees and clients. To generate value in an organization, the intangible assets that are potentially available must be acted upon. Human, structural, and communicational capitals as components of intellectual capital can have a positive impact on the performance of library staff. The staff at the library, produce knowledge to distribute it for others (human capital), work with each other to improve the library services (structural capital), and improve the external communications of the library through a better understanding of users and customers (communicative capital).

The purpose of categorization or classification is not to separate knowledge from one another, but at the same time recognize them, show the relationships and correlations of knowledge with each other and clarify the unity of science. The used research method is content analysis method. The data collection tool is a priori information resource that has been dealt with in the Descartes Knowledge tree. Descartes' comments and criticisms that were studied by previous studies and the reasons for its disappearance were discussed. The results of this study showed that the reasons for deconcentration of Descartes' classification are unity and the absence of a comprehensive knowledge of both quantitative and behavioral sciences and humanities, the lack of attention to the humanities in general, the lack of consideration of the relation between all sciences as well as the relation among sciences with human needs, the classification of knowledge Instead of classifying science, science is more generally than the knowledge semantically, putting science that is independent today as a subset of mathematics and metaphysics, is considered Descartes' classification only as a hierarchy and the relationships among different sceinces and the interdisciplinary nature of sciences are not included.
