Objective: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social capital and knowledge management on organizational capacity among employees of the ministry of sports and youthin the Islamic Republic of Iran.Methodology: The statistical population of this study was all employees of the Ministry (N=965). For determining the statistical sample, 276 employees were selected using the Cochran formula. For gathering data, Farajis social capital questionnairee (2010), Hemmatis Knowledge of Management (2010), and Moghimis Organizational Capacity questionnaires (1390) were used and their reliability was obtained in a preliminary study (0.82, 0.80, 0.78) respectively. Data were analyzed using SPSS-20 and Amos-22. Results: The results showed that social capital had a direct and significant effect on knowledge management and organizational capacity. Knowledge management has also had a positive and direct effect on organizational capacity. Finally, the results showed that organizational social capital through mediator role of knowledge management had a significant effect on organizational capacity. Conclusion: The research findings indicate the importance of the role of social capital and knowledge of managers on organizational capacity. Therefore, it is suggested that the Ministry of Sport and Youth to create and strengthen the capacity building of employees by using knowledge-based programs and social capital.

In this article, we studied knowledge and content flows of the three main journals in technology and innovation management field that includes the journal of science and technology policy, journal of innovation management, and technology development management. The purpose of this paper was to investigate knowledge flows of journals and identification their main properties during five years, publications from 1392 to 1396. We attempt to provide for researchers in this field: knowledge flows, main properties in journals and published articles, and also content features of concepts and subjects. This study was done in two sections. At first, we examined knowledge flows and classified subjects of each journals and compared together. In two section we analyzed the data, and compared in industrial field. In during these years, journals have addressed various issues in this fields but the most subject clusters in each journals are; in the journal of science and technology policy journal, politics and economics; in journal of innovation management journal, knowledge management and strategy; and in technology development management journal, industry and technology.

Abstract: We observe rapid changes in the technologies and the extreme complexities in the environment upon entering the third millennium and the age of innovation. Nowadays the spread of computer networks and calculations and the necessity to employ the new technologies is an indispensable part of the activities of different companies and institutions to speed up the process of achieving the goals set by the organizations. Most of the studies conducted on virtualization technology are descriptive-analytic and they have addressed this topic from the informatics and software perspectives to state both advantages and disadvantages of this technology. However, the experimental approach has been adopted in the present study in addition to the descriptive approach and the factors affecting the successful implementation of different types of virtualization technology and data centers of the organizations are investigated and the present study is a completely innovative an new study in this regard. The present research helps us to identify the key factors to implement the virtualization systems from the standpoint of the IT experts. In the present study, seven following factors were examined: system quality, information quality, facilitation of management and maintenance, reduction in expenses, ease of implementation, experiment and development, integration of resources and organizational consensus. The results of the present study showed that all factors under study have a positive and significant effect on the success of implementation of virtualization technology. The present research examines the extensive activities of the organizations to implement different types of virtualizers and the case study of Qsan Company with the purpose of investigating into the factors affecting the employment of the virtualization technology in the data centers according to the needs of the organizations. Therefore, the present research in considered an applied research in terms of purpose. Also, considering the fact that the library research methods and the field research methods such as questionnaires have been used in the present research, it can be said that the present research is a descriptive-survey research in nature and method i.e. at first the criteria and indices of the research were identified through the investigation into the existing literature and the hypotheses of the research were formulated accordingly. The conceptual model of the research was developed according to the hypotheses and the standard questionnaire has been employed to collect data. Finally, the structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses.

The aim of this research is to study the dependency of students on social networks based on demographic variables. This applied and quantitative research carried out in survey design. The measurement tool for the study was a social networks addiction subscale adopted from questionnaire of Arslan & Kırık (2013). The reliability of tool based on Cronbach's alpha was 0.932. The content validity of tool was measured by view of specialist and construct validity was measured by factor analysis. The population of the study was 4771 undergraduate students at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University and the sample size was 368 cases based on stratified random sampling method. SPSS software was used in descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on Pearson correlation test, the relationship between students’ dependency on social networks and Internet/social network rate of usage at 99 percent confidence level was positive and significant. Based on independent t-test, there was a significant difference in students’ social network dependency based on accommodation type. Based on ANOVA test, there was significant difference at 95 percent confidence level based on domain of study. Students’ dependency on social networks was in midpoint level. The students, who had further daily Internet or social network usage, had more dependency on networks. Students’ dependency on social networks with different levels of academic achievement was moderately similar. Dependency on social networks among two groups of students (dormitory/humanities domain) was more.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of electronic and printed resources and its effective factors among students of Razi and Azad University of Kermanshah.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of survey method. The data gathering tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population is the students of Razi and Azad University of Kermanshah in the academic year 1995-96, of which 35014 people and the sample number are estimated using 380 Cochran formulas. A stratified random sampling method was used for sampling, and descriptive statistics mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics, variance, and ANOVA were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software.Findings: The results of the study showed that 63.45% of the students used electronic resources and 36.55% of printed materials. Among the sources of electronic sources, the databases with the highest of 92.6 percent and the rate of use of electronic resources are very high, and print resources are moderately evaluated. The extent to which information needs are met by databases with an average of 4.66 at the highest level and the websites with the average of 2.37 have the lowest level of satisfying the information needs of the students. Access to information in the shortest time (4 / 88%), the most important inducing factor, and destructive effects on the eyes and brain (58.9%), were the main inhibitor of using electronic resources. Correct and valid information (62.1%), the most important factor provoking, and the time consuming process of search and lending (61.8%), were the main deterrent to using print resources. Conclusion: The results of the research showed that, while using electronic resources due to their advantages, they are more than printed sources, but print resources are still used remarkably, so electronic resources can not be obtained. They are completely replaced by print sources, but used as complementary material.

The internet of things will change our life in future significantly and will make the impossible, possible. A large volume of big data which is produced or taken by Internet of Things (IOT) contains valuable and useful information. By the prevalence of the wireless apparatuses technology such as Bluetooth, detection of radio frequency (RFID), Wi-Fi and data services on telephone, sensor, actuators and nodes embedded in the equipment, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) the internet of things has already passed its primary stages and is in the threshold of changing the current static internet into a fully integrated internet. Data mining; too, with no doubt plays a large role in smartness of the system and subsequently, provides suitable services and environment in offering services. Also, data mining techniques are used to cluster nodes and determine cluster head, in wireless sensor networks. This paper introduces the internet of things, architecture and its applications.
