The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between team climate, empowering leadership and attitude towards knowledge sharing with knowledge sharing behavior. This research is cross-sectional as well as correlational and the population included those female teachers engaging in female pre-university classes in 6 districts of Isfahan education. 189 teachers were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan,s’ (1970) tabulation and through cluster sampling. For data collection, four questionnaires were used for measuring the team climate (Arnold et al., 2000), empowerment (Buck et al., 2005), knowledge sharing behavior (Hsu et al., 2007) and attitudes toward knowledge sharing (Buck et al., 2005). SPSS and partial least squares were used for data analysis. The results indicated that team climate affected knowledge sharing behavior directly but not by affecting their attitude. Also empowering leadership significantly influence individuals’knowledge-sharing behavior but not by affecting their attitude. In addition empowering leadership significantly influence attitude and knowledge-sharing behavior but not by affecting their attitude toward knowledge sharing..The structural model of relationship between team climate, empowering leadership, attitude with knowledge sharing behavior had high composite reliability.

The main purpose of this paper was to investigate and analyze the content of articles in the field of public administration in prestigious journals of this field in Iran. Selected public administration journals are research journals that carry out the mission of developing public administration knowledge in the Iran, inform which the present paper focused on Tehran University Public Administration Journal, Shahid Beheshti University Perspective Public Management Journal and Public Organization Management Journal of Payame Noor University. The present study applied content analysis method and the statistical population of this study consisted of 656 articles published in the selected journals between 2011 and 2018, using the census. Given the political nature of the field of public administration, the main finding of the present paper is that the selected journals should consider the political approach in producing articles to address issues facing government agencies and help improve the functioning of the country's administrative system, On the other hand, the findings of the study show that the articles produced in selected journals have shown the least attention to development management, comparative management, ethics and citizenship in administrative systems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the specific categories of documents and evaluate the application of the five WH questions for achieving the plan and method of dissertation classification. To this end, bibliographic and metadata elements were used for organizing dissertations as categories to answer WH questions. Two methods of library and comparative survey were used in this research. Documentation review showed that many librarians have introduced new categories to organize their collections. Samples of these classifications were provided for a variety of information resource formats including music resources, archival resources, museum and art objects, maps, patent, periodicals, and more. Various designs have also been presented for different genres and subject areas, including literary, story and laws. Based on this research, 22 categories were identified to answer the five WH questions including 9 categories for answering the Who question, 7 categories for answering the What question and 2 categories for answering Where, When and Why questions. Categories were compared with metadata and bibliographic elements, blocks, and descriptive areas. As a result, the UNIMARC blocks and fields used to classify dissertations include 32 fields and 4 blocks including descriptive information, notes, subject analysis and the responsibility of the work that are used to answer each question according to the related categories. The findings of the study confirmed that librarians need to design new classifications for a variety of formats, subjects and genres, although conventional classifications of documents were used in libraries. On the other hand, the bibliographic elements and metadata that have an important role in organization of dissertation can be used to answer the WH questions for the classification of dissertations. With this approach, dissertation is classified and available to users in the process of organizing and entering information in the software.

Various definitions of theory are presented in the literature of the research method. This variety is visible in the keywords for which the definitions are used. In this paper, it was attempted to provide a rethinking of the theoretical definition of this variation. In this article, a revision of the bibliographic approach has been made using content analysis method. Existing definitions were extracted from the theory in the literature and calculated using the content analysis method of the definitions, the keywords, their synonyms, and the frequency of each.Content analysis of 125 definitions led to the identification of 9 main words and 67 synonymous words. The key words found in this content analysis are: concept, explanation, relationship, phenomenon, set, hypothesis, systematic, prediction, and method. This paper presents a revised definition of theory with a bibliographic and empirical approach and focuses on process descriptions, explanations, predictions, and controls in a process-level setting.Innovation: Using a bibliographic approach and content analysis approach provided a comprehensive and detailed view of the theory's definition.

One of the methods of information analysis is the hermeneutic method which is a method for interpreting texts. The aim of the present study was to explain the hermeneutical method in the field of knowledge and Information science and provide a model of hermeneutical process analysis. The present study is a critical-argumentative review in which documentary and library methods have been used for information gathering. The findings showed that hermeneutical method can be used as one of the methods of qualitative research in the field of knowledge and Information science. What is shared between the field of knowledge and Information science with hermeneutics is the text's interpretation as information used in the field of data storage and retrieval systems. Moreover, in data retrieval systems, data entry is not possible without prior knowledge. The most important hermeneutic view in this area is that it considers recovery behavior as a text. It can be concluded thatHermeneutics can be used as a method in the field of knowledge and Information science in the production of new knowledge and in a way that plays an essential role in the field of information retrieval systems.
