The purpose of the present study was to investigate the presence and activity of Alzahra University faculty members in the ResearchGate social network and its impact on the Scopus citation database and Google Scholar search engine based on altemetrics indexes. This study is of applied rresearch, using survey type and from the perspective of scientometrics methodology with Altmetrics approach. The research community of this study included all faculty members of Alzahra University who are members of ResearchGate social network. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics included the frequency and mean of each of the indicators measured in the ResearchGate network, the Scopus Citation Database, and the Google Scholar search engine. Inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests) were used to assess the relationships and the presence or absence of differences between the variables studied. The findings showed that the highest attendance and activity belonged to the Faculty of Physics and Chemistry. The arts and literature colleges did not have a serious activity with an average GRG score of zero. There was also a significant positive correlation between Altmetric indexes in ResearchGate and GoogleScolar and Scopus citation indices. The results suggest that as researchers share knowledge and activity on the ResearchGate social network, the visibility of their scientific work increases, which in turn leads to an increase in citation indexes at Scopus and Google Scholar databases.

The questionnaire used for data collection consisted of three demographic questions (gender, digital library experience and educational level) and eight components with 25 closed questions including system quality, information quality, service quality, usefulness, ease of use, digital library Affinity, user satisfaction and user loyalty. Data were analyzed using t-test, independent t-test and ANOVA, at significance level α = 0.05.: The findings showed that considering the calculated significance level, all factors affected students' perception of digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University including system quality (-39.88), information quality (-57.425), service quality (571.721) -), usefulness (-66.320), ease of use (-49.558), digital library Affinity (-60.944), user satisfaction (-61.497), and user loyalty (-60.488). Also, there was no significant difference between students' perception of digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University in terms of gender (0.554) and educational level (0.064). But there was a significant difference between students' perception of digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University and digital library experience (0.000) according to the level of significance calculated. The results of the study show the overall effect of the students' perceptions of the digital library of Allameh Tabataba'i University, and each of these components of understanding can be defined according to different models in different environments.

Abstract This article aimed to have a deep understanding of knowledge sharing behavior as a key element in the knowledge management process and the survival factor of organizations in the present era and tried to illustrate this point by analyzing applied theories in this field and to show how these theories have facilitated distinctive research on knowledge sharing. The present article is a narrative review and uses a library method to study a variety of articles that examine the motivational factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior in and out of the country, based on different theories. After extracting the theories from related articles, it became clear which of these theories belong to which disciplines and their applicability in this field was identified.Various motivational factors that influence individuals to engage in knowledge sharing behavior are examined by analyzing the theories in the fields of social psychology, economics, knowledge and information science and management that have been used in studies of this field. It is found that theory of reasoned action, theory of planned behavior, Social exchange theory, balance theory, self-determination theory, costly signaling theory and regulatory focus theory from social psychology, resource dependency theory in economics, anomalous State of knowledge theory from knowledge and information science and organizational climate theory from management are applicable in the area of knowledge sharing behavior. In order to interpret the knowledge sharing behavior, it was necessary to analyze the theories applied and adopted from other disciplines in this field to provide a deep insight into the psychological, economic, organizational, as well as individual capabilities that influence the intentions of individuals to share knowledge. Knowledge sharing can gain much of its understanding of theories of social psychology. Concepts such as the attitude and behavioral intention of these theories affect knowledge sharing behavior.By understanding the recurrent relationships between different organizational and individual motivational factors, knowledge sharing behaviors and outcomes can understand how organizations can adapt knowledge sharing processes to performance improvement. Senior executives should pay serious attention to, and support, in providing facilities, building trust, encouraging and educating employees about sharing knowledge and its benefits.
