Access to the required information in all available scientific disciplines is one of the most important factors in the survival of that field. In the architecture field, the type of information format differs from other disciplines. The purpose of this study was to identify the behavior of images in the architecture of Shahid Beheshti University. The present study is an applied target and uses a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study consists of two groups of students and professors in the architecture major of Shahid Beheshti University. To determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and the sample size in this formula was 296 people. The results showed that the architects mainly used images for identifying creative ideas and taking advantage of the details of architectural structures. The type of image content they used was mostly photos, maps, and charts, which could be found in engines and image databases by limiting the size of the image and following related links as long as the image was taken. One of the major obstacles in finding images for architects was the lack of familiarity with the way they were searched. Creativity, proximity to the subject, credibility, and quality of the images were the criteria for selecting content. Considering the library's share in retrieving research-based images, it is suggested that library and library librarians conduct awareness-raising activities at the university's research groups such as brochures, conferences, library visits, and workshops.

The aim of this study was to identify the effect of Altmetrics indexes of ResearchGate social network on scientometric indicators of Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar citation databases. The present study is an applied research and descriptive-survey research that has been done by the scientometric method with the Altmetrics approach. The statistical population of the study includes Iranian researchers and writers in the field of nursing who in the period 2000-2019 and on the date of research (20/03/2020), had an indexed document in the Scopus citation database and were also a member of the scientific social network ResearchGate. The statistical sample of the study includes 158 high-profile authors introduced by Scopus. In addition to descriptive statistics, in the inferential statistics section, the correlation test between the studied indices has been used with the help of SPSS and Excel software. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between most of the ResearchGate indices and the indices studied in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. But there is no significant relationship between the index of followers with H-index indexes and citations received in Scopus and Web of Science databases. Examining the relationship between the number of citations received in Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science databases shows that there is a significant relationship between the number of citations received in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the library software of Pars Azarakhsh, Simorgh, and Saman in terms of information retrieval features in the web environment. The present study is applied type. The statistical population consists of Pars Azarakhsh, Simorgh, and Saman library software. To measure, review, identify and evaluate the dimensions of the research, the status of library software in 5 indicators was reviewed and analyzed. The data of this research were collected by observing the software website and using the opinions of the software experts and were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. Findings showed that in the field of search capabilities in various fields, Pars Azarakhsh with 98.85% points, and Saman and Simorgh with 96.55% points obtained the highest and lowest scores. In the section of various search formulations, Simorgh and Pars Azarakhsh with 100% points and Saman software with 83.34% points obtained the highest and lowest scores. In other types of software searches, Pars Azarakhsh with 78.43% points, and Saman software with 76.97% points had the highest and lowest points. The results also showed that the studied software, in terms of retrieval and information retrieval features in the web environment, had good improvements over their previous versions and were able to meet more than 80% of the criteria studied in this study.

Scientometric studies provide a picture of the flow of production, dissemination, and utilization of science to managers at different levels of research and implementation to plan accordingly in the relevant field. The purpose of this article was to study the scientometrics of earnings management research in Iran. The research is applied and has been done using the quantitative content analysis method. The statistical population of research includes all scientific journals in the educational disciplines of accounting and finance that have published articles in this field. The research time limit was also 26 years from 1992 to early 2018. The research findings reveal that with a distance of 37 years from other countries, earnings management research in Iran started in 2003. With 14% of the total, real earnings management-related research also has a small share of this type of research in Iran. The modified Jones model (1991) with 56% in the section of accrual earnings management models and the Roychowdhury model (2006) with 55% in the real earnings management models section have been used more by researchers than other earnings management discovery models. From the total of 7012 references cited in the articles, 73% were English, and 27% were Persian. Anyway, given the importance of the issue, the small number of studies conducted in this field, especially in real earnings management, emphasizes the need to pay more attention to this field, which is done to prevent and detect earnings management.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of faculty members of Yazd University about knowledge sharing and analysis of related factors. In this research, descriptive and survey methods have been used. The statistical population of the study includes all faculty members of Yazd University. The sample size was determined based on the Cochran formula of 115 people and the samples were selected using the stratified random sampling method. In explaining the factors related to faculty members' attitudes about knowledge sharing, individual characteristics including gender, age, work experience, and academic rank were considered. SPSS 21 software was used for data analysis. Findings showed that there is no significant relationship (p˃0.05) between gender, academic rank, work experience, and age of respondents in terms of three variables of behavior, attitude, and awareness. However, the relationship between faculty members' attitudes and variables of behavior, knowledge, tools, and motivating and limiting factors (P˂0.001) was significant. Given the positive and significant relationship between factors affecting knowledge sharing and attitudes about knowledge sharing, it can be said that the existence of a strong organizational culture leads to an increase in the willingness of people to share knowledge and their success in doing this with colleagues.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between of organizational innovation and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment in librarians of Rasht public libraries. This research is descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of all librarians in the public libraries of Rasht city in 1398, among which 70 were selected by convenience sampling method. To collect data in this study, the innovative organizational climate of Citgol and Koheim (1978), self-developed Emotional Intelligence (1996) and organizational Commitment Allen and Meyer (1991) were used. Data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient moment showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational innovation and organizational commitment (P < 0.01). Also there is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment (P < 0.01). Data analysis using regression analysis showed that organizational innovation was a positive and significant predictor of organizational commitment (p < 0.01) as well as the predictive emotional intelligence of the organizational commitment (p < 0.01). According to the findings obtained by designing and holding programs and workshops of librarians in the field of informing them to promote organizational innovation and emotional intelligence, it is essential to improve the organizational commitment of these individuals by promoting organizational innovation and emotional intelligence of librarians in libraries.

The space in which a large amount of invalid information is produced and disseminated is called the information swamp. This is a special term for information flow in crises with a wide range, including the coronavirus crisis. In the information swamp, the amount of false information produced is enormous and the adverse effects are usually long-term and relatively deep. For example, the lack of certain foods can sometimes disrupt the normal course of society and provide a space for the production and dissemination of incorrect information. But because they are temporary, the effects on society are not multifaceted or profound. After a while, this pollution disappears with transparency and also trying to solve the problem. But in the coronavirus crisis, almost all over the world was justified by the information swamp. In fact, the volume of unauthentic information produced and shared was large and it became almost impossible to distinguish authentic from unauthentic information. In this case, the people and the governments were confused and it was very difficult and time-consuming for society to get out of this situation. Therefore, we must know the effects of creating an information swamp on the individual and society and propose scientific and logical solutions to solve it. This article explains this issue.
