The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on opening up for change through innovation and organizational learning. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of how to collect descriptive information. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all faculty members of the Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch, numbering 380 people. Olivier (2000) and Miller et al. (2009) Openness Questionnaire; Ismail et al. (2002) Organizational Innovation Questionnaire; Structural equation modeling was performed on the results of the study showed that transformational leadership through organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on openness to change, which is a coefficient of 0.45, and through organizational innovation on openness to change has a positive effect. It is significant that the coefficient of this effect is 0.44 and also the transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the openness to change, the coefficient of this effect is 0.66.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of human resource management on organizational innovation based on knowledge management. This research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes employees and managers of the headquarters centers for the provision and development of welfare services in Tehran. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was 109 people. The researcher used a simple random sampling method to distribute the questionnaires. In order to obtain and collect information, Nonaka and Takeuchi's (1995) knowledge management questionnaires, Bosley and Weil's (2002) human resource management, and Mirmiran model’s organizational innovation (2013) questionnaires were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method, 0.95, 0.91, and 0.97, respectively. Also, in order to test the hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method was used, and for descriptive data analysis and factor analysis, 22 spss and 3smart pls software were used. The results indicate that human resource management combined with knowledge management has been effective in the organizational innovation of Tehran welfare development and supply centers. Also, human resource management has had a significant impact on organizational innovation and knowledge management. This research, by increasing and applying knowledge by human resources management in Tehran welfare, has promoted organizational innovation and as a result, improved the effectiveness of services to the society, and the integration of knowledge in performance has been recommended by the management of human resources in Tehran welfare.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between of organizational innovation and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment in librarians of Rasht public libraries. This research is descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of all librarians in the public libraries of Rasht city in 1398, among which 70 were selected by convenience sampling method. To collect data in this study, the innovative organizational climate of Citgol and Koheim (1978), self-developed Emotional Intelligence (1996) and organizational Commitment Allen and Meyer (1991) were used. Data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient moment showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational innovation and organizational commitment (P < 0.01). Also there is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment (P < 0.01). Data analysis using regression analysis showed that organizational innovation was a positive and significant predictor of organizational commitment (p < 0.01) as well as the predictive emotional intelligence of the organizational commitment (p < 0.01). According to the findings obtained by designing and holding programs and workshops of librarians in the field of informing them to promote organizational innovation and emotional intelligence, it is essential to improve the organizational commitment of these individuals by promoting organizational innovation and emotional intelligence of librarians in libraries.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing and the tendency towards organizational innovation in Amol University of Special Modern Technologies. The research method is descriptive-correlational. In terms of purpose, this study is applied. The statistical population includes the employees of Amol University of Special Modern Technologies. Based on the Cochrane formula, 132 personnel were selected using the random sampling method. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed by the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the multiple stepwise regression method using the SPSS21 software. The findings showed that there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation orientation. Also, the regression analysis showed that sharing behavior, willingness to share knowledge, and control beliefs predict the organizational innovation of personnel.

The present study investigates the relationship between strategic HR management and innovative performance with the knowledge management approach. The research is an applied and descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study is all the heads and managers of the education organization of Guilan province. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and structural analysis was used to analyze the data using AMOS18 software and SPSS21 software. Research findings showed that human resource management has an impact on organizational innovation and also human resource management has an impact on knowledge management, and knowledge management also influences organizational innovation.

The present study was aimed at examining the effect of knowledge management on organizational innovation due to the mediating role of organizational learning with using structural equation modeling software SmartPLS2.0. Methodology: The population of research is managers, deputies and heads of Eghtesad Novin, Melli, Mellat ,Saderat and Meher Eghtesad banks in Hormozgan province in 1394 . The sample size used by Cochran formula and selected by random sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics used and data gathered using a standardized questionnaire that its validity was confirmed with view point of professors and after completion of the initial sample, with Cronbach's alpha reliability of the tool's reliability showed. findings: all indices have acceptable load factor. Knowledge management has positive and significant effect on organizational learning (0.81) and on Organizational Innovation (0.39). organizational innovation has significant positive effect on organizational learning and impact of knowledge management on organizational innovation enhancement through organizational learning. Results: The results show that organizational learning can be seen as a mediator between knowledge management and organizational innovation contribute. Knowledge management, as well as a system, as an important input, organizational learning as a key process, therefore, as an organizational innovation output is critical for today's organizations. Banks can use the system to improve knowledge management and organizational learning in the organization innovation.
