The purpose of this study was to investigate the research process on the concept of knowledge management using the method of analysis and mapping of scientometrics to show the dispersion of countries, universities, journals, research articles and researchers and their colleagues in different parts of the world. Descriptions of social networks were analyzed on the WOS database from 2000 to 2019, and the structure and patterns of information exchanged in the field of knowledge management research, as well as the interpretation of the relationship between keywords used in research, were used. Keywords used in the research was extracted and analyzed by the VOSviewer software. The statistical population consisted of 25,029 articles, most of which included high-quality, high-impact articles. The results showed that the number of leadership articles from 2000 to 2018 has been increasing. Most of the articles were presented in the form of review articles and complete research articles. The most popular publications are those of the United States and the United Kingdom, respectively, and the universities of Coventry, the University of Turin, the University of Liverpool, and the Islamic Azad University.

Thus the purpose of this research was study of relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior with organizational creativity in Higher Education Institutions. Research type was descriptive correlative and statistical population consisted all of staff employees in University of Qom (N=344) that by using Cochran Formula and stratified randomized sampling, 260 ones were chosen as sample. To collect data, three standard questionnaires of knowledge sharing, standard questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior and researcher-made questionnaire of organizational creativity were used. Content validity was used to measure questionnaires validity. Questionnaires reliability obtained through Cronbach alpha coefficient was equal to 0.91 for knowledge sharing, 0.82 for citizenship behavior and 0.85 for organizational creativity. Data analysis was performed at two descriptive levels (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and at the inferential level (sample t-test, regression coefficient and structural equation model) using SPSS software version 22 and Amos graphic. Finding showed mean of organizational citizenship behavior in different components was higher than average, and mean of knowledge sharing and organizational creativity was lower than average. Regression coefficient showed that both knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior can predict employees' organizational creativity.

Data collection involved the use of semi-structured interviews, the interviews varied between 20-and-60-minute duration. To support the semi structured interviewing process the researcher developed an interview guide with a formal question set. 1. Motivation and user satisfaction services such as all kinds of scientific, artistic and cultural competitions, specialized services for children and teenagers, free internet access and computers, changing library environment, laboratory facilities, and book reading groups, poetry groups, etc., convenience services, creativity enhancements services, up to date resources, cafes and restaurants, rest areas. 2. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of knowledge management maturity on service quality in Parsian Bank. Considering the presentation of a model to evaluate the effect of knowledge management maturity on service quality in Parsian Bank using the structure of structural equations in AMOS software, in the present study, a combined research methodology will be used. The statistical population is a sample of 221 managers and experts of Parsian Bank who are familiar with the subject of research. In order to analyze the obtained information, the tools of localization of research components, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used. The structural equation model fits between knowledge management maturity and quality of banking services. The results show that the degree of knowledge management maturity has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Among the variables that determine knowledge management maturity, access to knowledge and experience, organizational processes, employee skills, motivation, recording employee experiences, knowledge retrieval and knowledge exchange have a positive and direct effect on knowledge management maturity and organizational management, organizational systems and Information technology and team knowledge activities have had the opposite effect on the maturity of knowledge management in the system.

Studying the process of producing scientific articles in any field of knowledge can provide a clear picture of the scientific trajectory of a journal and identify research gaps in that area. Meantime, reviewing the published researches in tourism studies can provide a correct understanding of theoretical approaches, methods, and techniques used by researchers. Moreover, it indicates how theoretical development and methodological progress can provide documentary information. It presents the evolution and process of conducting these researches over a specific period of time; yet it can provide clear vision of limitations, harms, and issues that need more attention from researchers, as well as managers and planners in this field. The purpose of this study is to review scientific articles published in the journal "Tourism Management Studies" based on four components: characteristics, pattern of participation of authors and methodological, citation, and functional characteristics of articles. The research method is descriptive, and the content analysis method has been used specifically. The collection of information is in the form of libraries and the method of their analysis is quantitative. Samples are 219 articles (N = 219), including all articles published in Tourism Management Studies journal, during 2012-2018, in 8 periods and 32 issues (17-48). Study result has revealed a clear picture of authors' participatory patterns, as well as the methodological, functional and citation features of articles. It also describes the trajectory and trend of stability or changes in each of the patterns and features studied during eight years of this journal.
