Despite the breadth and richness of the subject and the variety of topics in the field of knowledge and information science facing researchers, the field suffers from theoretical poverty. The purpose of this study is to identify the theoretical barriers in information science and knowledge. This is a qualitative research. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Members of the faculty of knowledge and information science at Iranian universities formed the statistical population of this study. Theoretical sampling method was used for sample selection. In total, 18 faculty members of Birjand, Tarbiat Modarres, Tabriz, Shahid Bahona and Shahid Chamran universities interviewed. The data were coded based on the grounded theory in three steps. MAX QDA software was used for data encoding. Finally 10 core categories were obtained. Among the 10 core categories, the categories of "shaky personality" and "belief system failure" were selected as the central classes. According to Glazer’s recommendation, the belief system failure was referred to the shaky personality class. In other words, the shaky personality class was identified as the central class. For the first time in Iran and outside Iran, the barriers of theorizing in knowledge and information science have been examined with a qualitative approach. Therefore, on the one hand, the subject under study and adopting a qualitative approach on the other hand, demonstrate its value and authenticity.

The research was to study the attributes of seals in identity documents and to present a suggested pattern for information organization of seals.This was an applied study performed by using documentary study and descriptive survey.Data were gathered by analyzing 8 main works related to seals and identify documents of seals in 7 museums inside and 45 ones outside of Iran. The importance of each element was evaluated through implementation of Delphi technique. Based on the findings, a pattern was suggested for organization and documentation of seals and for preparing identity documents in museums. The proposed elements and standard bibliographic elements (MARC & DC) were studied comparatively.Findings showed there was no suitable pattern for organizing information of seals in the museums. Based on findings, 102 elements in 18 sub-groups and 2 main groups of “descriptive” and “management” were identified for organization and documentation of information of museum Seals .Comparison of 102 suggested elements with elements of MARC21 showed there were no definite fields for 33 proposed elements in MARC21 and no equivalents for 46 proposed elements in Dublin Core(DC). Therefore, the standards werenot suitable enough for organization and documentation of information of museum seals, The results can help in integrating and facilitating the organization of information and documentation of museum seal. Suggested pattern can be applied for codifying identity documents of seals. Elements can be used in extensive and accurate information retrieval, information validation, management and providing appropriate context for research in the fields of seals and information organization.

The present study aims to examine the effect of knowledge management on service quality of police office with mediation of organizational unlearning. Therefore, this study is practical in purpose and it is a survey research in collecting data. Participants are 245 staff of police force working in 7 police stations of Khorramabad. Cochran's test was used to determine the volume of sample as a 150-person sample regarding the population volume at the level %5 was assigned. the standard questionnaire were applied. This questionnaire regarding the population volume was distributed among participants. Questionnaire validity was confirmed by content validity while its reliability which was done by Cronbach alpha was 0.786 that it shows an acceptable reliability. Moreover, structural modelling was used to test hypotheses. Results indicated that at the level %95 there is significantly positive effect of knowledge management on service quality and unlearning, as well as unlearning on service quality.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the growth or decrease of scientific output in the field of information retrieval in the Web of Science Citation Database from 2010 to 2017. The research is applied and uses scientific indices to evaluate the scientific outputs of the field of information retrieval and the statistical population includes all records of the Web of Science Citation Database. The findings showed that molar, H. was the top author in this field with 36 records, and the United States was the top country with 1984 records. The NATIONAL DELA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE CNRS Institute was recognized by producing 235 records best Institute and LECTURE NOTES IN COMPUTER SCIENCE with 915 records best Journal. Computer science was introduced as the top subject area with 8241 records. An article entitled Graph Regularized Nonnegative Matrix Factorization for Data Representation received the highest citation (including 585 citations) as the top information retrieval article. The results showed that the growth of scientific productions in the field of information retrieval did not follow a steady trend and declined during 2011-2012 as well as in 2017 and during the period of 2013 to 2016 with a growing trend in this field.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of open import innovation on innovation performance by analyzing the mediating role of innovation strategy and knowledge sharing in in Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan. The present research was descriptive-survey in terms of research method and applied in terms of purpose. The research instruments were based on standard questionnaires of Ghasemi (1396) innovation performance, Lichtentaller's re-entry innovation (2009), Rajabzadeh (1396) innovation strategy and Khosrojerdi (2015) knowledge sharing, which after measuring validity (convergent, divergent, CFA, EFA) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha and Composite), was performed with the participation of 98 managers of in Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan, who were selected by random sampling method and Cochran's formula. Data analysis method was performed in two descriptive and inferential levels through "SPSS25" and "SmartPLS3" software. Findings showed that the highest beta coefficient (β = 0.736) was related to the path of open import innovation to knowledge sharing, also knowledge sharing and innovation strategy as a whole, the relationship between open import innovation and innovation performance directly (with (367), mediated indirectly (with a value of 0.381) and in general (with a value of 0.748); Therefore, the greater the amount of knowledge sharing and innovation strategy in the steel company, the more innovative innovation will have an impact on innovation performance.

The culture of academic emphasis is one of the cultures at school, where teachers put collaborative methods on the agenda. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that make and develop the culture of academic emphasis culture in Tehran schools in school year of 2017-2018. This study was carried out in a qualitative method of phenomenological type. The sample for this study consisted of 24 experts and educators who were interviewed with semi-structured interviews, so that the data gathered based on theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, the “NVivo 10” software has been used. Findings of this study indicated that the four factors play the most role in academic emphasis culture in schools. These factors were: "the quality of educational activities" had the highest score, and in the first place, "constructive feedback" in the second place, "the quality of educational environment" in the third place, "mental and job security" was in the fourth place. Therefore, in order to grow the culture of academic emphasis in schools, all identified factors in schools must be developed in a coordinated way, since achieving a teacher's academic emphasis culture requires the development of a system that needs to be carefully planned and should be compatible with the needs of the community.

The purpose of this study was to Employee perception analysis of the effectiveness of on-the-job training courses in Mazandaran Regional Water Company. To assess the educational courses’ effectiveness at the study company, Kirkpatrick's four-level model has been applied and the study questions have been formulated based on the very model. The tool to collect data has been interviewing some company managers and employees and the researcher built questionnaire which has been developed. The results show that Employee perceptions of the effectiveness of training courses in the three dimensions of reaction(3.45), learning(3.38) and behavior(3.25) in the company under study have a higher than average score, and then the calculated average results(2.75) are below average. In other words, it can be acknowledged that Employee perceptions of the effectiveness of the training courses were significantly higher than the average, but the findings regarding the results from the managers did not show a good effect.
