IntroductionOne of the important aspects of scientific research that can provide the basis for scientific growth and development is their thematic content. Considering the importance of paying attention to the experiences of advanced countries in problem-finding and selecting research subjects, the present research aims to compare and analyze the subject trends of library and information science research at the national and international level.Literature ReviewA review of various studies shows that few studies have been conducted with the approach of comparing the subject trends of library and information science researches at the national level with the researches conducted in advanced countries. China (Rochester & Vakkari, 1998) and India (Dora & Kumar, 2019) were among the countries that compared national and international researches. The results showed that the research topics of this field in more advanced countries were strongly influenced by the educational, research and social structure of those countries and were very different from the research topics conducted in India. The only comparative study conducted in Iran in the field of librarianship and information science was related to (2000) Usefi, which examined the studies of more than 25 years during a limited period (two years).MethodologyThe present study is of applied type and has been done with a comparative approach between the fields of national and international research. The study population includes 84875 articles indexed in Clarity Analytics database during the years 1945-2019 and 4664 Iranian articles indexed in the ISC database during the years 1972-2019 in the library and information science. The source and tool for extracting research data to review international research topics was the Clarivate Analytics database and the ISC database to review Iranian research topics. In this study, in order to develop a thematic classification plan of articles, the method of reviewing resources and to assign articles to each of the thematic categories, the method of Automatic classification, which is one of the applications of textual analysis, was used. Data analysis was performed by calculating the frequency percentage and Chi-square test and using SPSS 22 software.ResultsThe findings showed that there is a significant difference between the number of research areas of library and information science at the national and international level. Fields such as information technology, web studies, information economy, artificial intelligence, data mining, information systems, search engines, and databases were more trending among international research, and fields such as theoretical foundations, fields related to libraries and their functions, research, knowledge management, information retrieval and scientometrics were more common among Iranian researches.DiscussionDuring recent decades, the world has been moving towards digital and virtual space. In this space, developments such as the increase in the volume of information and the emergence of big data on the one hand and the development of information and communication technologies and artificial intelligence tools and big data processing on the other hand, have affected the level of expectations of the people of the society from the services of libraries and the organization and accessibility of information. Has set. For this reason, librarians, information specialists and managers of libraries and information centers have taken advantage of the achievements of fields related to computer science, information technology and artificial intelligence in order to face new developments and manage large amounts of data in order to transform the traditional functions of libraries. In addition, researchers in the field of information science and epistemology, especially at the international level, are more and more interested in studying and researching in the field of data science and acquiring the most up-to-date scientific achievements and knowing the latest related tools and technologies in order to play their effective role in this space. are competitive.ConclusionThe results of the current research show that the field of library and information science at the international level has established a stronger relationship with other fields, especially artificial intelligence, computer science, information and communication technology. Also, at the global level, digitization processes and information growth are faster and smart technologies and tools have made more progress than third world countries and especially Iran. In other words, advanced countries due to having more economic and political power, more advanced social structure, being a leader in information and communication technology developments, more financial and spiritual support from the governments and officials of these countries for researchers and providing a suitable platform for scientific studies, access Faster access to information sources, and the appropriateness of educational and research programs with the needs and expectations of society members, have a more targeted planning to identify the problem and choose a topic in line with the real problems and needs and in sync with the developments of the day, to carry out their research. Therefore, at the international level, applied topics based on web and internet developments and information and communication technologies should face more trends and a faster growth trend than Iranian research topics.

IntroductionThe field of providing information and the method of publishing information has permanently been subject to modification and alteration, and as we know, with the introduction of computer technology in the field of librarianship and the change in the way of providing services, the imperative task of information dissemination has been reserved for librarians (Kanjilan,2011).Due to the nature of their job, librarians must be interested to changes and change their services and the way they provide services at the same time and in agreement with the changes, so that they can respond to the information needs of the residents(Mohammadi Fard,2015).Nowadays, with the development of new information technologies and the challenges of information societies, the traditional role of public libraries has changed and functions such as teaching and creating computer skills have become more projecting. Thus, librarians of public libraries should initially, be prepared with these skills. A librarian who is not computer literate will never be a good guide for library users. The inability of individuals to access information and their limited knowledge in using computers can hinder their success in retrieving information. Hence, enhancing computer literacy is particularly essential for these individuals. Education can play a crucial role in improving their computer skills (Abtahi,2017). One form of instruction is electronic training, also referred to as e-learning or virtual learning. This type of learning involves online courses provided through a virtual education system, enabling electronic learning processes(Ghalian & Zalpour,2018). The objective of this study was to examine the impact of electronic information retrieval training on the information retrieval abilities of librarians.Literature ReviewKia, Moazzami, and Kia Lashaki (2021) in a study entitled: “Examining the influence of virtual skills training during the COVID-19 pandemic on the performance of Chalous Scientific-Applied University graduates” concluded that virtual skill training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of graduates in the Corona era, and the regression equation was also presented to predict the effect of the predictor variable on the criterion variable. Mohaghegh, Raiesi Dehkordi, Alibeik, Ghashghaee and Janbozorgi (2017) showed that consistent with the employees' attitude towards participating in in-service virtual training courses, their satisfaction along the course and the productivity of the topics discussed in these courses, from the point of view of librarians, the effectiveness and quality of in-service virtual training courses are at the favorite level.Al-Fraihat, Masa'deh and Sinclair (2020) showed there are four structures influencing the use of e-learning, the quality of the educational system, the quality of the support system, the quality of the learner and the perceived usefulness, which together account for 1.34% of the variance. Finally, 64.7% of the variance of e-learning benefits is explained by supposed usefulness, alleged satisfaction, and use. Maurice (2017) showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between virtual training and employee empowerment, and employees who did not participate in in-service training are less empowered than those who participated in these courses.MethodologyThe current research was of the type of applied research and the method of conducting the research was of an experimental type with a pre-test and post-test design with control and experimental groups. The statistical population of this research included all the librarians of the public libraries of Mazandaran province in 1401 in the number of 285 people (taken from the statistics center of the general administration of the public library of Mazandaran province). After the homogenization of the statistical population geographically (Mazandaran province was divided into three parts, east, central and west) and from each part according to the inclusion criteria such as willingness to participate in training sessions at certain hours, being librarians of public libraries in Mazandaran province, having a bachelor's degree, having an age between 25 and 40 years, working experience of more than 5 years in a library, obtaining a score below 39 from the questionnaire and exit criteria including not working in public libraries in Mazandaran province, having a bachelor's degree and obtaining a score above 39 from Questionnaire, first, 30 people were selected by purposive sampling method and they were randomly divided into two groups of 15 people, experimental and control. The experimental group received information retrieval skills training in 9 sessions (each session lasting 2 hours) electronically and remotely. But the control group did not use any training. In order to measure the information retrieval skills of librarians, due to the lack of a standard scale, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. Also, its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89 in a test run.DiscussionThe findings displayed that the average skill of information retrieval in the experimental group (47.07) in the post-test is higher than the average in the control group (26.86). which indicates that, electronic information retrieval training has an effect on the skills of librarians in information retrieval. In the explanation of the research findings, it can be stated that electronic training allows people to obtain scientific information in less time and at a cheaper cost and it increases its generality and also causes rapid learning of skills in various dimensions. The internet is an easy way in the new age to get up-to-date and new articles and information for learning and empowerment. In other words, the availability of the Internet makes it possible to obtain new information in less time, and in the context of librarians' use of new methods and patterns in information retrieval, it surges their skill in information retrieval.ConclusionThe results of the research showed that electronic information retrieval training has a positive and significant effect on the skills of librarians in information retrieval, and electronic information retrieval training can be one of the effective options in increasing the capabilities and skills of librarians.

IntroductionThe primary source of knowledge within the organization is its human capital. Throughout an individual's tenure within an organization, the human resources department can accumulate a wealth of skills, experiences, and ideas. This accumulation of knowledge is often referred to as a person's knowledge reserves, and can serve to generate both value and power for both the individual and the organization (Siyadi etal, 2016). The depletion of organizational knowledge is a regrettable reality for the organization (Bammad Sufi etal, 2016). The phenomenon of knowledge leakage within organizations has been The departure of knowledge workers, resulting in the loss of both tangible and intangible knowledge, is considered a critical factor in knowledge outflow from an organization. In the oil industry, expertise holds significant value across various specializations. Unlike several engineering domains, the regulations and principles of engineering that govern this industry are challenging to document and codify (Bagheri, 2004). The utilization of organizational knowledge has become increasingly imperative due to various factors, including heightened competition and innovation within organizations, workforce retirement, and migration, limited time for knowledge acquisition and testing, shifts in organizational strategies, absence of incentive systems, and insufficient recognition of the potency of knowledge and its ability to generate power (Moayedi Khorramabadi etal, 2019).The oil industry is a highly specialized and experience-driven sector that places significant emphasis on human capital as the most valuable knowledge asset of the organization. According to Rajabpour and Baba Shahi (2020), human resources personnel employed in the oil industry possess significant skills and competencies that can significantly contribute to the attainment of predetermined missions and aims. The oil industry's failure to document, shares, and utilize the knowledge generated from experiences and intellectual and knowledge capital is indicative of unproductive practices and cost inefficiencies.Research QuestionWhat are the classifications of organizational knowledge that emanate from National Oil Company?Literature ReviewThe objective of knowledge retention is to guarantee that members of an organization are able to utilize knowledge again in the future (Lewalt and Chen, 2017). According to Lin et al (2016), the departure of an individual possessing valuable knowledge from an organization results in a diminution of organizational knowledge, thereby adversely impacting organizational memory (Taghizadeh Masan etal, 2017).The knowledge of the organization ensures its survival and gives it a competitive advantage. The risk of organizational knowledge loss resulting from employee departures has emerged as a noteworthy concern. According to Daghfoos etal (2013). This study aims to identify critical knowledge that contributes to the National Oil Company's organizational objectives and is lost when employees depart. The research methodology involves a comprehensive review of prior studies and exploratory interviews. The National Oil Company operates in a knowledge-based industry. Therefore, by reviewing and analyzing prior research and conducting exploratory interviews, the current study aims to identify the knowledge that is crucial to achieving the organization's goals because, as a knowledge-based industry, the National Oil Company loses this knowledge when employees leave.MethodologyThe research method was data-driven and an inductive approach. This study employed a qualitative data collection method, specifically through conducting interviews, to identify the types of knowledge that are being disseminated from the organization. To ascertain the type of knowledge disseminated by the organization, a diverse group of individuals possessing expertise in the relevant subject matter, including academic authorities, were interviewed. The interviews were carried out using a semi-structured and in-depth approach. The length of the interview ranged from 20 to 60 minutes. Data collection was carried out until the point of data saturation. To authenticate the researchers, two external review strategies were employed: interviewing individuals beyond those designated for the interview to scrutinize and assess the research process, research output, and its precision, and pluralism, which entailed interviewing individuals at varying levels of the organization with distinct responsibilities. The study employs a qualitative data collection method, specifically through conducting interviews, to identify the types of knowledge that are being disseminated from the organization. To ascertain the typology of knowledge emanating from the organization, a diverse group of individuals possessing expertise in the relevant subject matter, including academic authorities, were interviewed. The company utilizes all knowledge that has been identified, which is classified into three distinct categories: vital, non-vital, and conditional knowledge. The three types of knowledge that are vital for a company's success are operational knowledge, specialized knowledge, and business knowledge. These types of knowledge are indispensable for the company, and their absence can result in significant costs for the organization. All the existing knowledge is intended to bolster the operational knowledge of the organization. The second classification pertains to non-vital information, which enhances the operational efficiency of the organization, but its absence has a comparatively lesser effect on the overall performance of the company. The aforementioned knowledge encompasses knowledge of learning from failure and success and process knowledge. Conditional knowledge is a type of knowledge that is contingent upon specific conditions and circumstances within the National Oil Company. Its absence does not have any significant impact on the overall performance of the company. The aforementioned knowledge encompasses both knowledge that exists outside of the organization as well as knowledge that is contingent upon certain conditions.ConclusionThe present study has identified seven distinct forms of knowledge that experience a decline in the event of employee turnover within an organization. Based on the findings obtained from conducted interviews, it has been determined that within the context of Iran's embargo conditions, operational and business knowledge are the most crucial types of knowledge for the oil company, given the unique characteristics of oil extraction and sale. The loss of expertise in this industry can have a significant impact on the oil company's operations.Additional structures within the organization serve to support both operational and business domains. One of the factors that can be identified is the significance of specialized knowledge, which is heavily reliant on the specialized knowledge of the staff. In the event of the departure of said individuals from the organization, the operational efficacy of the company may be compromised. Therefore, it is imperative to facilitate the transfer of their knowledge and expertise to other personnel, while also enhancing the knowledge is very important for the company. The acquisition of specialized knowledge within an oil company is a crucial determinant of its operational efficacy, and the absence of such knowledge can have a significant impact on its overall performance.

IntroductionOne of the most important challenges of context-based information systems with emphasis on cognitive structures is the formulation of receiving and displaying knowledge of cognitive actors empirically in the process of information retrieval interaction. The aim of the present study was to identify the variables of the dimensions of information retrieval context in the interaction process using the framework of the information system and retrieval. of Ingwersen and Jarvelin.Literature RieviewHuman-information interaction is a multidisciplinary problem-oriented research field that studies the interaction between humans and information (with its different forms and purposes). In other words, instead of examining the interaction between humans and technology, which is the field of human-computer interaction and human-machine interaction, or examining the interaction between humans and information agents (i.e., the field of librarianship), it examines the interaction between information and people (Jones & et al, 2006).MethodThe present study is of fundamental and developmental type and has been carried out by Colaizzi phenomenological method (1978) in 7 stages. Data collection tool was using In-depth semi-structured interview with 7 experts in the field of information retrieval to identify variables in the interaction process of information retrieval context. Validity is a tool for collecting and content validity data using the experience of experts and reliability is based on the criteria of Lincoln and Goba (1988) based on Credibility, reliability, verifiability. Description and analysis of information has been compared and validated using the results of systematic review and experiences of experts in the field of information retrieval.ResultsThe identification of the following variables in the context dimensions of information retrieval in the interaction process has led to the stabilization of search, retrieval and access terms that cognitive actors can consider as information retrieval system designers. The variables of comprehensiveness include: identifying the level and nature of information; Knowledge of the problem; Level of knowledge; prior knowledge; mental models; Identifying temporal and linguistic factors to convey meaning and concept; sociological and psychological factors; action effects; Mental presuppositions, taking into account the skill of formulating search terms, can lead to an increase in the efficiency of the retrieval system for overlapping and matching information in the subject coverage of information and documents, the type of metadata standards, the way information is organized. The variables of the obstacle dimension include: the ability to communicate between the information needs and the retrieved document with an objective attitude (information retrieval systems with an emphasis on relevance) and a subjective attitude (use of the system with an emphasis on user characteristics, tasks and environment); attention to the possibilities of the system in the way of organizing information and knowledge; integrated access to information and knowledge; And eliminating human error in the search leads to discarding irrelevant evidence. The variables of the effectiveness dimension include: applicability and accessibility of information according to ethnic and linguistic characteristics, in other words, leveled accesses; meeting mental needs; filling the knowledge and cognitive gap; the extent of using knowledge and experience and transferring it; According to the functions of the information retrieval system, it can help in expanding knowledge and in identifying and correcting the errors of users in accessing information and knowledge, and it leads to the appropriateness of the results in achieving the goals and providing satisfaction with the information services in the system. The variables of the information quality dimension include: the qualitative aspects of the information in terms of influencing the mental structures related to the need; stability of information in its repeatability; the ability to compare and evaluate sources in the ability to cite and reason information; participation in the creation of new knowledge; Finding resources based on the user's knowledge level; It is related to the user experience and leads to an increase in the qualitative level of user recognition and having the desired structure of the information system. The variables of the quality dimension of the time management process include: extraction of resources based on relevance; Meeting the need for information based on information seeking (targeted search); Displaying the steps and process and components of the information system leads to the quality of search processes from the point of view of the user interface.DiscussionAs a result, by searching for the meanings and essences of cognitive actors over time according to experience, in order to reach a common understanding in identifying, discovering and creating a deeper understanding, it led to the description and analysis of the cognitive structures of the information and retrieval system framework of Ingwersen and Jarvelin and finally It provides design and access to information in a networked and systematic way.ConclusionThe approach of cognitive actors in the design of information retrieval system and the role of database designers, user interface designers, information retrieval model designers and search engines are of particular importance in the context of information retrieval. This approach with mental presuppositions with an emphasis on identifying the level and nature of information needs to be recognized and the effects of action over time from the perspective of the user interface. Creating an objective and subjective relationship with interactive and static attitudes reduces human errors in intelligent search and expands knowledge and repairs the knowledge gap, especially by having the desired structure of the information system automatically and by comparing and evaluating resources. The qualitative aspects of the information and process of these steps will be visible and accessible.

Introductionin the modern economy, knowledge is considered as a power and it provides competitive advantage to organizations. This competitive advantage is realized through the full utilization of information and data coupled with the harnessing of people’s skills and ideas as well as their commitments and motivations (Victor & Kathaluwage, 2019; Sekerin et al, 2018). Within the framework of the knowledge economy and the new challenges raised by knowledge in organizations, it is easy to understand the emergence of knowledge management as a new managerial field of activity dealing with knowledge resources, knowledge workers, and knowledge processes. (Bratianu et al, 2021). The ability of an organization to use and leverage the knowledge is heavily dependent on its Human Resources, which are effectively who create, share and use knowledge. The use of knowledge is only possible when individuals can share their knowledge and can generate new, from the knowledge of others. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a key role in helping achieve the desired organizational results through its possible bearing on employee behaviour and skills. (Antunes & Pinheiro, 2020). without proper training, it is not possible to successfully produce knowledge and share activities and processes (Wai et al, 2012). The main goal of most training programs is to provide knowledge to employees to transfer to the workplace. Knowledge transfer is the main indicator of an effective training program and includes implementation methods, sharing knowledge or relevant practice and improving business performance (Shafloot, 2012). With the evolution of the role of organizational training towards focusing on learning and acquiring, producing and sharing knowledge and the necessity of doing knowledge work by employees and providing ideas from employees to improve services and production (Shokrzadeh et al., 2013). Investing in education should match the knowledge needs of organizations. The vision of knowledge-based training should be clearly understood by all employees and guided by the organization. This requires the organization to have a knowledge-based vision (Psarras, 2007). To improve employee performance, knowledge management strategies should be increased and organizations should adopt different policies to increase their learning ability (HO, 2018). Therefore, if knowledge management and training work closer together, in many organizations, much more success can be achieved (Carlile, 2002). Since the National Bank of Iran, as one of the largest and strongest financial institutions with a long history, tries to achieve its goals more effectively by constantly upgrading and improving its performance, every year the training courses At the same time, it organizes many services for its employees and looks at its human capital as a source to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, one of the issues faced by managers in these trainings is the effectiveness of training courses. According to the explanations that were presented and emphasizing the importance of knowledge management in employee training to create learning, which is the goal of effective training, therefore this study was conducted with the aim of identifying indicators of human resources training in the National Bank of Iran with knowledge management approach, so from the perspective of the objective, it is a practical study.Literature ReviewBackgrounds show that in most of these researches, they have investigated the relationship between training and knowledge management and the role and impact of these two categories on each other, or only to identify the characteristics and components of employee training, and so far no research has been done which specifically identifies the indicators of human resources training with the knowledge management approach, especially in National Bank of Iran. Due to the importance of determining the indicators in the design of the desired educational model of employees with the approach of knowledge management, this research has been carried out. It is clear that the selection of suitable criteria or indicators can affect the effectiveness of this model. Therefore, the subject of the research is new from this point of view and it is also used in other financial institutions.MethodologyThe research method was a mixed exploratory type with a qualitative approach and meta-composite and Delphi methods. In the first stage, the meta-combination method according to the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006) was used, and a total of 156 sources related to the research topic were found, and finally 71 studies were analyzed. After identifying the categories by metacombination method, the fuzzy Delphi method was used to identify the final indicators. The Delphi analysis in this research is based on the opinion of 20 experts, including theoretical experts (university professors) and experimental experts (managers of the National Bank of Iran) who had experience in the field of study and were selected using non-probability methods and purposefully. The questionnaire that contained the components obtained from the meta-composition stage was given to Delphi experts in two stages, all the indicators obtained in the two stages were agreed and approved by the experts.Result In this research, by examining and categorizing and localization the descriptive codes obtained from the texts, 42 sub-categories were identified and according to their semantic similarity and affinity, they were divided into 9 main categories including: human resource scientific capability, human resource behavioral competence, Policy and legislation, social factors, educational leadership, knowledge management approach, evaluation and control of educational quality, learning culture and training of human resources and three individual, environmental and organizational dimensions were classified. Conclusion & DiscussionThe results of this study emphasize the role of the knowledge management approach in improving the performance of education and its effectiveness, and are in agreement with the findings of the researches of Amirhosseini and Bashiri (2019), Alosaimi (2016), Sembera (2017), Baslom & Tong (2019) and Kassaneh. et al. (2021) is consistent.Considering the increasing importance of knowledge as the most important asset of the organization, maintaining knowledge workers and developing their learning capacity as much as possible has become one of the most important tasks of human resources management. Coaching skills, creativity and innovation, documentation of processes and procedures, interpersonal communication, leadership skills, performance management, problem solving skills, empowerment skills, team building and working group skills. These are among the things that should be considered in the training of these employees (Monavarian, 2019) and these indicators are mentioned in this research. According to the opinions of Renukappa et al. (2021), ideally, the main goal of organizational training is to increase tacit knowledge, which is the experiential knowledge of employees. The tacitness of knowledge is a natural obstacle for the successful sharing of knowledge between people. Organizations should be able to acquire the tacit knowledge of their employees and deal with this effectively. The management should fully participate and involve the employees in the activities of the organization. In this regard, in the researches of Ramzanzadeh et al. (2019) and Ishak & Mansor (2020), the importance of knowledge management in lifelong learning has been emphasized and it has been pointed out that knowledge management supports the creation and development of individual potentials. And it gives them the ability to be creative and innovative.Paying attention to the identified indicators and the findings show that the integrated vision of knowledge management makes education really effective. In order to train human resources in the National Bank with a knowledge management approach, it is necessary that the beliefs, attitudes and behaviors in the bank are oriented towards the production, sharing and application of knowledge. in the training of employees with the knowledge management approach, learning becomes the main part of every job, and at the same time, employees learn from each other and teach others, and the knowledge needs of employees and the organization can be successfully provided. Individual and organizational learning creates new abilities and capabilities in employees, and these abilities become products, goods and services, and the bank's profitability is guaranteed.

IntroductionSince locating distribution warehouses is not easy to do, using a decision support system will help increase the effectiveness of decisions in this area. Accordingly, in this study, the aim is to use a model in addition to introducing the most suitable location for the construction of the central warehouse, to calculate the desirability of the desired location using multi-objective linear planning to determine potential and proposed locations. To what extent can they be a good place to build a central warehouse?Literature ReviewProper location of distribution warehouses are the main key to productivity, which can be used to achieve various goals of the organization, such as providing optimal services to customers and at the same time reducing distribution costs. Warehouse location is related to the placement and orientation of a piece of land according to the location of consumers and suppliers of the warehouse, and it consists of determining the location of the warehouse in such a way that its goals are met. Determining possible locations for warehouses varies from organization to organization and from one situation to another. Decision making in this case requires careful planning and proper forecasting and some analysis. However, the scientific method of planning directs the existing experiences into an optimal plan.MethodologyPrevious researches that have been conducted in the field of warehouse location have used different decision making methods to design a decision support system and introduced the appropriate location for building a warehouse. Now, the question that is raised is whether the same decision-making methods of the past can be the criteria for choosing the location of the central warehouse, or whether a new method should be used to design the decision support system based on the importance of the studied problem? Based on this, in this research, the purpose of using a model is to introduce the most suitable place for the construction of a central warehouse, it calculates the desirability of the desired location using the proposed multi-objective linear programming, to determine the potential and proposed locations. To what extent can they be a suitable place to build a central warehouse? Optimal methods for decision making have always been considered and used in many important industrial issues. In the present study, the cumulative utility of the star, which is one of the most important methods for calculating and extracting utility functions, has been used.ResultsAccording to the planning of the managers for the development of the factory for new products, the need to have a central warehouse to store the goods and to choose the right place requires attention to this matter. Based on this, the managers of Foulad Company are trying to take an important step by choosing the right location for the central warehouse, in order to reduce costs and the level of good service to the nearby workshops, as well as to increase profits. In this research, due to the importance of choosing a warehouse location and the complexity of making such a decision, we have presented a decision support system based on a multi-objective linear programming model, which is able to provide appropriate assistance by considering the minimum information from the researchers. Increase the effectiveness of decisions and help managers and researchers in the process of making optimal decisions.DiscussionAccording to the findings, it can be argued that by using the obtained results, it will create the possibility for companies to make decisions to optimize the support system in their company and with this, in addition to reducing Costs to increase their competitiveness.ConclusionOn the one hand, according to the results of multi-objective linear planning, he has calculated and presented the overall desirability of the reference options, which include potential and proposed options for building a central warehouse location. Also, on the other hand, it deals with the sensitivity analysis of options to help managers and researchers in the process of making a favorable and optimal decision. The results indicate that the warehouse location has the first rank with 84% desirability as the most desirable central warehouse location of Damghan Steel Company. Also, the important point of the obtained results is that none of the proposed options can be the most desirable place for other sectors in the future.

In the qualitative approach of the research, the method of phenomenology and content analysis with the Claysey model was used, and in the quantitative approach of the research, the survey method was used. The community under study is 10 large and multi-purpose commercial centers of Tehran, which have been measured and selected with different criteria. A semi-structured interview tool and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to answer the sub-questions of the research.ResultsThe findings of the present research show that the number of libraries around the studied commercial centers is insufficient compared to the resident population. Despite the population living in the neighborhood around the commercial centers, the high number of daily visitors and people working in these commercial centers, none of the studied commercial centers are ready to allocate space to create a library. Only some commercial centers can contribute to some of the costs of establishing and operating public libraries.ConclusionThe establishment of public libraries in Mall and Mega Mall (multi-purpose properties) of Tehran can partially compensate for the per capita lack of libraries in this city. Considering the population of the neighborhoods around the studied Mega mall and the lack of libraries in these neighborhoods on the one hand and the high number of visitors and employees of these centers on the other hand, it is necessary to establish a public library in these centers, also, the public libraries of shopping centers in terms of buildings and equipment, The target population, collection building, services and library management have their own characteristics, but the possibility of creating and establishing them faces obstacles.
