Methodology: The population of research is managers, deputies and heads of Eghtesad Novin, Melli, Mellat ,Saderat and Meher Eghtesad banks in Hormozgan province in 1394 . The sample size used by Cochran formula and selected by random sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics used and data gathered using a standardized questionnaire that its validity was confirmed with view point of professors and after completion of the initial sample, with Cronbach's alpha reliability of the tool's reliability showed. findings: all indices have acceptable load factor. Knowledge management has positive and significant effect on organizational learning (0.81) and on Organizational Innovation (0.39). organizational innovation has significant positive effect on organizational learning and impact of knowledge management on organizational innovation enhancement through organizational learning. Results: The results show that organizational learning can be seen as a mediator between knowledge management and organizational innovation contribute. This study will discuss the context-oriented aspects in designing and creating a metadata application profile compatible with the native needs of related information environments and its impact on developing the semantic web in an analytical approach. In the first part of the paper, the concept of the context and how the context will be established, and creating semantic based on the relationship among concepts in a special context emphasizing the semantic Web will be described. Then, the concept of the metadata application profile as the newest approach in creating metadata in information environments, and the context-oriented approach in designing this kind of profile aimed to meeting special native needs. The paper clarifies the position and the role of the metadata application profile in producing semantic in various information contexts as elements making the semantic web, and creating structured data (metadata) for describing and managing of the Web content objects. In the end, the paper will conclude the common approach in developing metadata application profiles and the semantic Web shows the positive impact and efficiency of metadata application profiles in developing the semantic Web.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is a survey of the relationship between cognitive and metacognitive strategies and information seeking behavior among the faculty members in Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO). The method of this study is descriptive survey – relationship and data are collected by 2 questionnaires; one is learning and studying strategies questionnaire and the other is information seeking behavior questionnaires. The research community consists of all faculty members in Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (N= 2012) and the sample of this study size is determined by Morgan table (N=322) and probability stratified sampling is used as a sampling method. Descriptive and analytical statistical methods are used to study the questions. The results indicate that the correlation coefficient between cognitive strategies with information seeking behavior among the faculty members is r=0/065, and according to p=0/24, that means, there is not a significant relationship. The correlation coefficient between metacognitive strategies with information seeking behavior among the faculty members is r=0/128 and accordingly the value is p=0/02, that means there is statistically significant relationship. Finally, this study indicates that increasing metacognitive strategies among the faculty members can increase their information seeking behavior.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between cybernetics and organizational culture elements in the Faculties of Alzahra University. This study is kind of descriptive study. In order to assess the relationship between cybernetic elements and organizational culture we used the descriptive-correlation methods. Data were collected by two questionnaires of organizational culture (Denison, 2001) and Cybernetics questionnaire (Birnbaum, 1989) and it was conducted for 70 employees of the faculties of Alzahra University. Data analysis software tool is SPSS 19. In order to answer the questions and hypothesis we used the inferred statistics (Pearson correlation T test, multivariate variance analysis). The results showed that cybernetics with score of 3.17 and organizational culture with score of 3.29 were in the middle location. By examining the correlation between the dimensions of organizational culture and Cybernetics, it was found that it were more correlation between the clinks and interactions (0.81), leadership and decision-making (0.76) and consistency and compatibility (0.75). Totally, managers should organize their activities according to organizational culture and due to the findings, it seems that there is weakness points. According to the cybernetics and organizational culture, there is aditioal performance for developing and improving for managers.

Knowledge auditing is the first step in knowledge management programs. Knowledge auditing helps to identify knowledge management needs, areas of strength and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in organization. This paper aims to introduce models of knowledge auditing. It proposes a knowledge auditing model for Iranian research centers. Firstly library research method is used for introducing existing important knowledge auditing models. Then analysis and modeling method is used to propose a suitable model for Iranian scientific institutes. Different models can be used to audit organizations. The important ones are Hylton, Albers, Perez-Soltero et al, Wu and Lee, Ganasan, Durai and Dominic. Study led to a six-stage model of the knowledge auditing, namely, 1. To identify structural and strategic elements, 2. To identify knowledge needs 3. To identify knowledge flow, 4. To identify knowledge inventory, 5. To draw a knowledge map, 6. To identify areas of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The present research surveys the scientific publications of Allameh Tabataba’i University since foundation of the university the April communications, by using a scientometric approach. Descriptive method was used and the population was all publications indexed in Scopus. To analyze the data, excel and Nodexi soft wares were used to draw the scientific communication network graph. The results indicated that all of these publications were 279 records in formats such as research articles, conceptual articles, articles presented in conferences, and articles in press. All of these two hundred and seventy nine publications were published in English language. Although the quantity of the publications and the number of citations to these articles especially recently published in comparison with other internal universities significantly is not high, but they generally show an exponential growth and of course according to our findings this growth is owing to the special efforts made by certain scholars of some departments. At the end of the article we presented the solutions for the improvement of Allameh Tabataba'I University publications in future.
