Tool for Data collection including questionnaire of management information system (reliability α=0/89), questionnaire of professionalism (reliability α=0/93) and questionnaire of job motivation by L.Kichner (with reliability α=0/92) were used. The obtained data were analyzed by Multivariate analysis tests. The results showed that the interaction effect between gender and the application of management information system on professionalism (F (1,114) =1/54, ρ=0/12>0/05) and job motivation (F (1,114) =0/73, ρ=0/73>0/05) is not significant. But the separate influence of the application of management information system on professionalism (F (1,114) =3/90, ρ=0/00<0/01) and job motivation (F (1,114) =4/06, ρ=0/00<0/01) is significant. (N=143), all of whom were selected as the sample based on the census sampling method. The number of returned question-naires was equal to 136 (95%). The required data and information were collected using the 13-item Wang and Wang Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire, and the 24-item Meyer and Allen’s Model of Organizational Commitment.. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for knowledge sharing, and organizational commitment was obtained 0.81, and 0.72, respectively. For data analysis, descrip-tive and inferential statistical methods were used. Descriptive statistics was used for data classi-fication, summarization, and interpretation. In inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman correlation coefficient and one-sample t-test were used. The study findings showed that there is a direct and significant positive relationship be-tween knowledge sharing (and its dimensions) and organizational commitment. The results re-vealed that mean scores of knowledge sharing for principals participated in this study were high-er than the average.

The growing importance of commercialization and special attention paid to this topic of discussion at global university level makes the study on this matter justifiable. On basis of this assumption the commercialization which has been named as the connection link between universities and industries or (market) must become operational in the frame work of a practical and effective model. The study and evaluation of the practical models widely used in the world reveals that, the environmental factors play an important role in the process of commercialization. Therefore, the model to be designed and chosen must be indigenous and suitable for domestic conditions of the country. In other words, it should applicable to and practical for the use in Iranian organizations. In this study, it has been tried to present a comprehensive model. By designing a comprehensive model in this connection, this significant matter has been fulfilled in this research. Also, in line with the nature of the design of this model the major roles of the fundamental researches has been examined and an algorithm suitable for the country research environment which can oversee the innovative activities of commercial firms (with special emphasis on academic innovation) has been prepared which is more appropriate for the ideas coming out from the heart of university researches that is most proper for the use in academic firms and institutes and also to can be used in incubators and development centers. Of course, this algorithm and procedure with slight changes can also have a general application.

The present survey method is descriptive. The population includes approximately 600 academic and student magazines published in Tehran University since the establishment (1935) until the end of 1394. Sampling of the census and the entire population are included. Collecting process data and logs were taken using library studies and information gathered in the table include the title, the beginning and the end [of publication, the publication period, subject, attachment, language, website addresses, location and other explanations. Data analysis using SPSS software and descriptive statistics are presented in the form of graphs. 256 academic and 306 student journals were identified at Tehran University. From 185 journals that were published, 48/8 percent are about human sciences and the other half is devoted to other topics. More than 52 percent of the published university journals are scholarly scientific and 8/32 percent of approved research forms the scientific publications. The dominant language is Farsi and the publication half of the magazines are bi-quarterly Journals and the other half are quarterly ones. The oldest university magazine belongs to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, which is now published under the title of Journal of Veterinary Researches. The oldest magazine (without change) has about 30 years from the 50s. 76 percent of active journals, present their information via websites. During 1976-1985 the number of journals decreased because of social circumstances after the Islamic Revolution, imposed war and the years after the war. During the years 1986-2016 the number of published magazines increased greatly thanks to new technologies and ease of online publishing due to the technical development and possibility of using academic institutions facilities and public budget and because of the importance of publishing scientific results for researchers, it is necessary to pay special attention to make websites for all journals.

Technique of importance- performance is an essential step in defining quality improvement programs, defining clients' perceptions and expectations and institutions performance analysis. The purpose of this research is to evaluate faculty of management and accountings' performance in Allameh Tabataba’i University with analysis of importance-performance approach. The reason of libraries' existence is to live up to their stakeholder's satisfaction and expectations; therefore, it should be evaluated how this institute has acted to achieve that goal. This research is Applied and survey. So a questionnaire with 30 indexes is designed to evaluate libraries performance by using defined 3 dimensions of Libqual model. In this questionnaire, opinions of teachers and authorities in this field are considered (face and content reliability). Therefore, Alfa Cronbakh test is used to measure the reliability. LISREL software is used to measure each index, also average number is considered for evaluation of performance. Results show 21 of 30 indexes are placed in the second quarter. This represents good performance of library in relation to clients. On the other hand, we can claim the performance of this library has been high because it has fulfilled 70% of Client’s expectation and needs. On the basis of results, we fulfilled managers promote their performance about indexes that are considered important by clients but library has overlooked.
