The purpose of this study was the investigation of the relationship of knowledge conversion process with the innovation and creativity among the personnel of Amol Education office. The type of research was a descriptive correlational one. The statistical population of this study included all the 132 personnel of Amol Education office in which 101 one of them were selected as the sample using the Cochran's Formula and the simple random sampling method. The required data for the study were collected through two knowledge conversion process questionnaires consisting of 24 items in four components and a questionnaire of innovation and creativity with 12 items base on the five Likert-typed scales. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires of knowledge conversion process and the innovation and creativity one were estimated as 0.91 and 0.92 respectively using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. For data analysis one sampled T-Tests, multivariate analysis of Variance, Pearson correlational and regression coefficients were used. The results showed that innovation, creativity and knowledge conversion process are all above average in Amol Education office. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the knowledge conversions process with innovation and creativity which is the only internalization that can predict innovation and creativity.

The purpose of this study is investigating the status of deployment of knowledge management components to develop the drought crisis management plans in Kerman province with considering the agricultural beneficiaries’ viewpoint. This research was an applied one and it was done with a descriptive approach. The research sample includes 384 people from agricultural beneficiaries of Kerman Province who were chosen using the random stratified sampling method according to the Morgan’s table. The research data were gathered using questionaries, to analyse the data SPSS22 and Excel software were used. The research findings show that among the components of knowledge management, “knowing your own information, knowledge and skills in regarding to drought crisis management plans”, “being aware of the experiences and skills of other beneficiaries”, “new knowledge and experiences lead to better and more effective implementation of drought crisis management plans”, “encouraging others to pass on their experiences and knowledge especially about drought crisis management plans”, “using beneficiaries’ experiences in the execution process of drought crisis management plans” and “the past information and experiences help with today’s needs and decision making about drought crisis management plans” had the highest ranks. According to the studies, among the researches conducted on knowledge management, no research and study has been previously done about using knowledge management in line with the development of drought crisis management plans which shows the innovation of the present research. Research results showed that the knowledge identification component had the greatest impact on the development of drought crisis management plans and the knowledge development component had the lowest status.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the portals of Iran Public Libraries Foundation qualitatively based on the web quality evaluation methodology (WebQEM). This is an applied-descriptive survey. The statistical population included the portals of Iran Public Libraries Foundation in 2016. For this purpose, 32 portals were observed and ranked. The data was collected through the direct observation method based on the WebQEM quality evaluation model and ISO 9126-1 standard. According to the findings, “Usability”, as the main criterion, was assessed as average with a mean of 0.39. Whereas “Functionality” was reported to be inappropriate with a total mean of 0.27. Regarding “Reliability”, the total mean was reported above average (0.57). Finally, “Efficiency” was assessed as appropriate with a mean of 0.704. The WebQEM results indicated that the surveyed portals were ranked first, second, third, and fourth in Efficiency, Reliability (validity), Usability, and Functionality, respectively. In other words, the surveyed portals had more weaknesses in usability and functionality criteria. However, they were assessed as more satisfactory in efficiency and reliability with means exceeding 50%.

The purpose of the study is to orient the Digiqual model with the 5S theoretical framework in digital library concepts. The research type is practical and it was conducted using the analysis of qualitative content method. The validity of the research is a logical one which is based on personal subjective judgment. The reliability of the study is a type of credibility based on counseling the specialists in the field of digital libraries. In the digiqual model, content (information) and community (user) as two processes in digital libraries are related to technical environment and human/system interaction. Societies (actors) as a factor in dimensions of some ‘S’ concepts in digital libraries, including accessibility and pertinence of the digital object and also availability, effectiveness, extensibility, reusability and reliability of services, is appreciable with digiqual model. Scenario as a factor in dimensions of ‘S’ concepts in digital libraries including pertinence, and conservation of the digital object; availability, effectiveness, extensibility, reusability and reliability of services, is appreciable with digiqual model. Streams and structures as factors in dimensions of some ‘S’ concepts in digital libraries including accessibility, conservation, relevance, similarity, significance and timeliness of the digital objects; accuracy, completeness and conformance of metadata specification; completeness as a collection; completeness and consistency of the catalog; completeness and consistency in the repository; efficiency and effectiveness of services, is appreciable with digiqual model. Space as a factor doesn’t exist in any of the ‘S’ concept dimensions in digital libraries and it is not appreciable with digiqual model. Finally, the development of ‘S’ concepts in digiqual dimensions in order to integrate the quality of services is proposed.

Participants of this study were 242 faculty members and 49 librarians of Allameh Tabataba’i University(ATU). The data was collected through the researcher-made questionnaire based on Lee Blang & Nekvin organization mental image model. The validity of the questionnaire was content validity and its reliability of was estimated through using Cronbach’s alpha. The obtained reliability was 0.78. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and one sample T test. SPSS software was used to analyzed data. The average image of faculty members was 3.43 and the average of librarians’ mental image was 3.38. The average of faculty members’ mental image in respect to identity, the fame, service quality, physical environment, and staff behavior was 3.60, 3.33, 3.33, 3.59, 3.55 the average among the librarians was 3.38, 3.52, 3.29, 3.26, 3.86 respectively. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health among librarians working in academic libraries. This study is a descriptive-correlational study. The study population consisted of 210 librarians working in the libraries of all public universities in Tehran. The required data is obtained through the librarian’s responses to the questionnaires of spiritual intelligence and public health. Findings show that there is a statistically significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health. The coefficient of determination between the two variables showed that 51 percent of mental health changes can be predicted with the help of spiritual intelligence. Besides, little difference was found neither between the spiritual intelligence of men and women working in the libraries nor in marital status. The mean score of mental health according to the librarians’ gender shows that, descriptively, the mean of male librarians’ mental health score (66) has been higher than the mean female librarians’ mental health score (65), but this is not as significant as to be able to confirm it statistically. In today's world, to continue their human lives, people need a factor to maintain their spirituality, which is called spiritual intelligence. Introduction of spiritual intelligence as a structure could provide new capacity in the psychology of religion and keeping this human greatness in contrast to today's materialism is crucial.
