The present study is going to evaluate the relation between knowledge management processes and job performance of employees in university of Tehran. The research’s sample includes 105 employees of Tehran university (21 men and 84 women) using the random sampling and applying the Cochran formula. Besides, research’s data was gathered through performance appraisal checklist and knowledge management questionnaire. The analysis of information was done by using statistical methods (T -test, Anova , U Whitney, mean and Pearson correlation coefficient). The findings of the study showed that the status of knowledge management among employees is lower than the supposed mean and that the job performance is above average. Evaluation of knowledge management and job performance among demographic variables: gender, age, educational level and history of serving demonstrated that only the age with knowledge management and also age, sex with job performance showed a significant difference. The results of the correlation coefficient between the components of the knowledge management and those of job performance indicated that the only significant correlation was found between the components of knowledge acquisition and the components of job performance (task and context performance) and among other variables no significant correlation was discovered.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of data mining on the organizational performance of Tehran University's library directors with the knowledge management approach.Methodology: The research method is a survey-analytical one that uses inferential statistics and structural equations for data analysis. The instrument of research is the Deravi Thesis Questionnaire (1394); for analyzing the data, the software S.P.S.S. and AMOS have been used. The research community includes the directors of the central library and satellite libraries of the state universities of Tehran. In total, 213 central and satellite libraries and the same number of managers are identified and based on the Cochran formula the sample consists of 137 managers. Since the distribution of data is normal, the parametric test of single sampled/grouped T-test is used to examine the first three hypotheses (knowledge management status, organizational performance, and data mining utilization). The hypotheses of the conceptual model of research are also analyzed based on structural equations. Results: The findings of the study indicate that only one hypothesis (knowledge management status was confirmed of the six. Two other hypotheses, Organizational performance status and data mining utilization status were not accepted. None of the hypotheses related to the conceptual model of research (The effect of data mining utilization on knowledge management, the effect of data mining on organizational performance and the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance), which were the main hypotheses of the research, were not confirmed. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the status of data mining utilization and organizational performance of the managers of the libraries of Tehran's public universities is moderate and the knowledge management status is desirable. The use of data mining and knowledge management does not affect the organizational performance of the directors of public libraries in Tehran's public universities. The data mining utilization is also ineffective on knowledge management from the perspective of the director of these libraries.Originality / value: The originality and value of this research stems from the fact that so far, there has been done no similar study conducted in libraries which have studied the three data mining, knowledge management, and organizational performance variables.

Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the ability to acquire knowledge of librarians in Kermanshah Academic libraries and their organizational growth and development.
Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-correlational and has been conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of all librarians of Kermanshah Academic libraries was 58 people. Since the research community was limited and available, census method was used to collect data, then 55 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. A standard organizational development questionnaire and a researcher-made Knowledge Acquisition Knowledge Questionnaire were used for collecting data in five options based on Likert spectrum.
Findings: The findings showed that the ability to acquire knowledge and its components (knowledge extraction, knowledge conversion and transfer of knowledge) among librarians of Academic libraries of Kermanshah is relatively favorable. The highest mean belonged to “knowledge extraction ability” (3.68) and the least frequency were related to the “ability to transfer knowledge” (3.25). Also, the average growth and organizational development and its components (rewards, relationships, structure, management, beneficial mechanisms, attitude toward change and goal) in Kermanshah Academic libraries were at the optimal level. In this section, the most frequency was related to “relationship” component and the lowest one was on “reward” item.
Conclusion: The level of knowledge transfer ability among librarians was lower than other components of knowledge acquisition. The need to train and provide conditions for improving this skill and the spirit of knowledge sharing among librarians seems to be necessary. Because the ability to transfer and share knowledge, which is one of the main attributes of the knowledge acquisition cycle, is inevitable and necessary for librarians as disseminators of information. Therefore, the more employees improve their skills and thus have better performance, the most they will play effective role in improving the status, progress and development of their organization.

Psychology of theology has a great deal of scope and subcategories, and the study of the relationship between these sections as well as the dimensions and structure of each of its subclasses can help to understand the structure of this knowledge. for this reason, this study has been done to explore the Intellectual Structure of the Positive Psychology studies. The present research is applied in a practical way. It uses scientometric techniques and, in particular, the both occurrences of vocabulary method and text mining, to explore the internal structure and subject relations of positive psychological studies. The community of this research is the articles of the positive psychology field indexed at the Scopus base. The total number of articles in the period from 2000 to 2012 was 1086 articles. By extracting related terms from the title, abstract and keywords of the articles and applying the methods of text and rooting, a coincidence matrix with 43 × 43 dimensions was created. Results: The results of this study showed that among the 7 optimized clusters, the cluster 2 with 10 words and the cluster 4 with 9 words, are recognized as the main clusters. The cluster 5 has the largest number of main subjects among the selected concepts, and clusters 2 and 1 have the least distances, which indicates that the connection between the main and minor issues in these clusters is greater. In contrast to cluster 7, it has the greatest distance from most clusters, indicating at least the similarity of cluster threads with other cluster themes. Conclusion: Based on this, the most correlation was found between the internal structure of positive psychology between the concepts of adult, construct, individu, positive psychology and strength in cluster 1 with the concepts effects, chang, develop, educ, emot, model, optim, posit, role and support in cluster 2 is established. In this regard, it is anticipated that cluster 7 with its concepts will become an independent study area in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between team climate, empowering leadership and attitude towards knowledge sharing with knowledge sharing behavior. This research is cross-sectional as well as correlational and the population included those female teachers engaging in female pre-university classes in 6 districts of Isfahan education. 189 teachers were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan,s’ (1970) tabulation and through cluster sampling. For data collection, four questionnaires were used for measuring the team climate (Arnold et al., 2000), empowerment (Buck et al., 2005), knowledge sharing behavior (Hsu et al., 2007) and attitudes toward knowledge sharing (Buck et al., 2005). SPSS and partial least squares were used for data analysis. The results indicated that team climate affected knowledge sharing behavior directly but not by affecting their attitude. Also empowering leadership significantly influence individuals’knowledge-sharing behavior but not by affecting their attitude. In addition empowering leadership significantly influence attitude and knowledge-sharing behavior but not by affecting their attitude toward knowledge sharing..The structural model of relationship between team climate, empowering leadership, attitude with knowledge sharing behavior had high composite reliability.

Nowadays, organizational knowledge management is known as the essential and futuristic strategy in complex, dynamic environments. It is used to gain competitive advantage and maintain survival and improve individual and organizational performance as well as organizations to implement this management system to move towards the learner organization. Tehran،s municipality has not been excepted from this matter and has been trying to implement this management system. An assessment of the organizational maturity before the implementation of the knowledge management system allows the organization to know how its knowledge management status is. Hence, this paper intended to evaluate the organizational maturity of Tehran،s municipality from this perspective. The survey method used in this research is applied research. Data collection tool was the standard questionnaire of Asian Productivity Organization. Cronbach's Alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire by SPSS software and the Alpha coefficient of 0.95 was calculated. Using random sampling and the Cochran formula , 150 individuals, who were managers and experienced people in organization, were selected.Tehran,s municipality is ranked at second level with 99.51 out of 210 points in knowledge management maturity of Asian Productivity Organization’s model. This means that after knowing the advantages of knowledge management on improving business processes and productivity, an gatheirng information about knowledge management advantages, Tehran,s municipality needs to be aware of their importance. Finally, solutions for improving and enhancing the organization in the field of knowledge management related to each of the selected model criteria are presented.

Data mining detects patterns in the massive volume of data used in many disciplines. It can also be useful in our field, especially in information retrieval. In information retrieval, first the system-oriented paradigm and then the user-oriented paradigm have been introduced, the second paradigm being concerned with information needs. In the second paradigm, the inclusion of inappropriate queries is considered the main reason for not retrieving relevant documents. Therefore, one of the main topics of this paradigm is proposing and extending the appropriate query in the recommender system that can be used for data mining methods. There are four important methods to propose a query to strengthen the recommender system. The time series rule is one of these methods that deal with query frequency in a particular time unit. Another method is the association rule that addresses the dependency and association of queries. In addition to the dependence and association of queries, the order of query terms is also considered in the method of Association rule with Levenshtein distances. However, in all three of these methods, the log file is used, while in probabilistic theory, the document words are used to repair the lexical gap between the queries and the documents. Therefore, it seems that using probability theory to suggest the query yields better results.

Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the factors of knowledge management establishment in Doroud city education and training using data mining techniques. Methodology: The statistical population included all administrative staff of education and training management of Dorud city, whose number was 155 people. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire used through Cronbach's alpha of 0.90; and by the method of halving 0.69 It was found to be approved in both ways. Data analysis methods and Weka, Rosseta and Excel software were used to analyze the data. Results: Prediction accuracy was obtained using 0.73535 Rough set, 0.92525 decision tree, 0.985 base theory, 0.983535 artificial neural networks. The rules were provided by the genetic algorithm, Johnson, Holtz, and the decision tree. Under these laws, knowledge transfer, retaining knowledgeable employees, and managers 'use of employees' opinions and suggestions play a significant role in establishing knowledge management in education. Innovation: This research is innovative because it uses data mining techniques to analyze the data. In the present study, the subject matter has been studied without focusing on a specific factor and considering a hypothesis. . Conclusion: Preserving knowledgeable employees prevents the experiences, skills and knowledge of these people from leaving the organization, and the use of knowledge and opinions of these people and other employees causes the emergence of knowledge in the organization, which in turn leads to knowledge transfer. In the organization.

The main purpose of research is to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and the tendency to share knowledge among the staff of public libraries in Khuzestan province. This research was applied and using descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population of this research was all staff of public libraries. Simple sampling method has been used to determine the sample size, of which 215 were selected as statistical sample. The data were gathered using questionnaires and analyzed using the software SPSS.21.The results of the study showed that organizational commitment (mean = 78.44) and its dimensions are higher than average. Also, knowledge sharing (104 = 28/28) and its dimensions are higher than average. Meanwhile, there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and employees' tendency to share knowledge in public libraries of Khuzestan province (sig = 0/001 = 0 / r = 0/688). Regarding the moderating role of descriptive statistics on the relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge sharing, it was found that only education corrected the relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge sharing, and the rest of the variables did not modify this relationship. The consequence is that the more these conditions become, the greater the sense of belonging to the organization and individuals will tend to share their knowledge, experiences and skills with other members of the organization.

In present paper social media archiving software were studied. In this study, data gathering was done through documentary study and analytical survey. To evaluate whether or not each software capability was used, the CIR method, the exploratory factor load, and the confirmatory factor load were used; the acceptance of each capability was assessed by a median (mid-range criterion 3). Then, each item was ranked based on the mean of the Friedman test. In the second stage, the CIR of each capability, and in the last stage, the confirmatory factor and the exploratory factor load. Research questions were analyzed using one-sample t-test. Advanced archive search capabilities, "archive categorization (easy browsing)" and "visual reporting" are the most important software requirements for experts. T Advanced archive search, archive categorization (easy browsing), and visual reporting capabilities are the most important software requirements for experts. The ability to "obtain credit certificates from public and private institutions" is of the least importance to experts. Criteria "Automatically delete archives at specified time", "Reset deleted records", "Open archive for public access", "Obtain credentials from public and private entities", "Automatically delete archives at defined time", "Get Version" Complete After Payments "and" Demo Version "can be removed from software capabilities. However, when looking at current data mining software from social networks, some of these capabilities are of great importance. Experts" local storage capability" was added to the final checklist.
