چکیده
هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه سواد اطلاعاتی با خلاقیت سازمانی و عملکرد شغلی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی و به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه می‌باشد(170 نفر). براساس فرمول کوکران 118 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری مورد استفاده تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب بود. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد سواد اطلاعاتی قاسمی (1386)، خلاقیت سازمانی دورابجی و همکاران (1998) و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1970) استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد و به ترتیب برابر با 81/0، 93/0 و 97/0 به دست آمد که نشان دهنده این است که پرسشنامه‌ها از پایایی مطلوبی برخوردارند. سپس جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از شاخص‌های توصیفی، آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون بوت استرپ در نرم‌افزار اسپیاساس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد بین سواد اطلاعاتی و مؤلفه‌های آن با خلاقیت سازمانی و عملکرد شغلی رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین خلاقیت سازمانی در رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی و عملکرد شغلی نقش میانجی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده می‌توان گفت افزایش سواد اطلاعاتی در میان کتابداران باعث می‌شود آن‌ها خلاق‌تر باشند و عملکرد شغلی‌شان افزایش یابد. در نتیجه مدیران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه می‌توانند با بهبود سواد اطلاعاتی کتابداران، خلاقیت سازمانی و عملکرد شغلی آن‌ها را افزایش و عملکرد کتابخانه‌های عمومی تحت مدیریت خود را بهبود بخشند.

چکیده [English]
he purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy with organizational creativity and job performance of public librarians in Kermanshah province.
This research has been done by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of this study consists of all librarians of public libraries in Kermanshah province (170 persons). Based on Cochran formula, 118 individuals were selected as sample. The sampling method used was stratified random sampling. Three standard questionnaires were used to collect data: Qasemi Information Literacy (2007), Dorabaji et al (1998) and Paterson Job Performance (1970). The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and was 0.81, 0.93 and 0.97, respectively, indicating that the questionnaires have a good reliability. Descriptive indices, Pearson correlation coefficient and Sobel test were used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses.
The results showed that librarians who are more creative and high performing, have more information literacy, and can achieve higher goals. Therefore, it can be said that increasing information literacy among librarians makes them more creative and enhances their job performance and consequently improves the performance of public libraries.
Based on the results,it can be said that increasing information literacy among librarians makes them more creative and enhances their job performance and consequently improves the performance of public libraries. As a result, Kermanshah Public Library Managers can improve the information literacy of librarians, Enhance their organizational creativity and career performance and improve the performance of their public libraries under their management.
