چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین اهمیت و رعایت مولفه های رهبری و حکمرانی دیجیتال بر طراحی کتابخانه‌ها انجام شده است.
روش شناسی: روش پژوهشِ حاضر بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی است. بر اساس روش گردآوری داده‌ها، این پژوهش از نوع آمیخته (ترکیبی) است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که اهمیت متغیر رهبری دیجیتال بر طراحی و معماری کتابخانه‌ها دارای میانگین 250/4 و اهمیت حکمرانی دیجیتال بر طراحی و معماری کتابخانه ها با میانگین 786/3 دارای میانگین بالاتر از حد متوسط است. از نظر رعایت متغیر رهبری دیجیتال بر طراحی و معماری کتابخانه‌ها با میانگین 436/3 و متغیر حکمرانی دیجیتال بر طراحی و معماری کتابخانه ها با میانگین 321/3 بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده است. بررسی ها نشان داد که میانگین مولفه‌های رهبری و حکمرانی دیجیتال در طراحی فضاهای کتابخانه بالاتر از حد وسط طیف لیکرت است. همچنین سطح معناداری کمتر از عدد 0.05 است که تفاوت میانگین‌های بدست آمده با سطح متوسط معنادار هستند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مولفه‌های رهبری دیجیتال و حکمرانی دیجیتال از نگاه متخصصان در تمامی گویه‌ها از اهمیت بالا یا بسیار بالایی برخوردار بودند. در عین حال می توان دید که این مولفه ها از نظر کتابداران کتابخانه ها در این فضاها رعایت نشده است. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود، درصورتی که کتابخانه ها بخواهند همراستا با تغییرات نیازهای اجتماعی در حوزه تحول دیجیتال حرکت کنند، ضروری است تغییرات اساسی در طراحی و معماری فضاهای(ورودی، مطالعه، آموزشی و مشارکتی، فناوری اطلاعات و سایت، اداری و عمومی) کتابخانه های خود داشته باشند

purpose: The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of governance and digital leadership on the design and architecture of libraries .Methodology: The current research method is based on the purpose of applied type. Based on the method of data collection, this research is of mixed type. In this research, qualitative data and then quantitative data were collected and analyzed first, and priority is given to the qualitative phase.
Findings: The findings showed that the variable importance of digital leadership on the design and architecture of libraries has an average of 4.250 and the importance of digital governance on the design and architecture of libraries with an average of 3.786 has an average above average. In terms of compliance with the variable of digital leadership on the design and architecture of libraries with an average of 3.436 and the variable of digital governance on the design and architecture of libraries with an average of 3.321, it was above average. The research showed that the average of digital leadership and governance components in the design of library spaces is higher than the average of the Likert spectrum. Also, the significance level is less than 0.05, which means that the difference between the obtained averages and the average level is significant.
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the components of digital leadership and digital governance were of high or very high importance from the point of view of experts in all subjects.
