چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل ساختار دانش و روندهای پژوهشی مدیریت داده چابک (ADM) در صنعت بانکداری است. با استفاده از رویکرد کتاب‌سنجی، این پژوهش به شناسایی نویسندگان کلیدی، خوشه‌های مفهومی، روندهای واژگانی و همکاری‌های بین‌المللی پرداخته و تصویری جامع از وضعیت فعلی و آینده پژوهش‌های مرتبط ارائه می‌دهد. برای انجام تحلیل، از داده‌های نمایه‌شده در پایگاه Scopus شامل ۵۵۲ مقاله از ۱۹۸۰ تا ژوئن ۲۰۲۵ استفاده شد. ابزار تحلیل بسته نرم‌افزاری Bibliometrix در محیط R بود.
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل ساختار دانش و روندهای پژوهشی در مدیریت داده چابک (ADM) در صنعت بانکداری است.. برای انجام تحلیل، از داده‌های نمایه‌شده در پایگاه Scopus شامل ۵۵۲ مقاله بین سال‌های ۱۹۸۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ استفاده شد. ابزارهای تحلیل شامل VOSviewer و بسته نرم‌افزاری Bibliometrix در محیط R بودند. انواع تحلیل‌های مورد استفاده شامل هم‌واژگانی، هم‌نویسندگی، هم‌ارجاعی، و تحلیل زوج‌های کتابشناختی بوده‌اند. فقط مقالات کامل، انگلیسی‌زبان و پژوهشی در تحلیل لحاظ شدند. خوشه‌های مفهومی: پنج خوشه اصلی شامل تحول دیجیتال، فناوری‌های نوظهور، رفتار مشتری، مدیریت دانش، و توسعه پایدار شناسایی شد. نویسندگان و کشورها: هند، اندونزی و مالزی بیشترین مقالات را منتشر کرده‌اند. نویسندگانی مانند خُرسند و سولداتوس به‌عنوان بازیگران کلیدی شناخته شدند. روندها: مفاهیمی مانند "بلاک‌چین"، "تحول دیجیتال" و "بانکداری هوشمند" بیشترین رشد را داشته‌اند. شبکه همکاری‌ها: همکاری‌های منطقه‌ای جنوب-جنوب (هند–اردن–اندونزی) و غربی‌ها در تولید چارچوب‌های نظری برجسته است. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت داده چابک به‌عنوان یک حوزه میان‌رشته‌ای، در حال رشد سریع بوده و به‌طور فزاینده‌ای برای بانک‌ها حیاتی است. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاری، توسعه...

چکیده [English]

This study analyzes the knowledge structure and research trends in Agile Data Management (ADM) within the banking industry. Using a bibliometric approach, this study identifies key authors, conceptual clusters, lexical trends, and international collaborations in this field, providing a comprehensive picture of the current and future state of related research. For the analysis, data from Scopus, including 552 articles published between 1980 and 2025, were extracted. Analysis tools included VOSviewer and the Bibliometrix software package in R. Analysis types included synonymy, co-authorship, co-citation, and bibliographic pair analysis. Only full-text, English-language, and research articles were included in the analysis. Conceptual Clusters: Five main clusters were identified: digital transformation, emerging technologies, customer behaviour, knowledge management, and sustainable development. Authors and countries: India, Indonesia, and Malaysia have published the most articles. Authors such as Khorsand and Soldatos were identified as key players. Trends: Concepts such as “blockchain,” “digital transformation,” and “smart banking” have seen the most growth. Networks of collaboration: South-South (India-Jordan-Indonesia) and Western regional collaborations are prominent in developing theoretical frameworks. This study shows that agile data management, as an interdisciplinary field, is growing rapidly and is increasingly critical for banks. The results of this research can serve as a basis for policymaking, the development of agile infrastructure, and the direction of future research in digital banking.
