چکیده
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی شباهتها، تفاوتها و چگونگی کاربرد مفاهیم حوزه ارتباطات در علم اطلاعات و دانششناسی انجام شد. روش: مطالعه حاضر مروری نقلی بود و سعی شد تا از منظر نظریههای حوزه ارتباطات به مسائل علم اطلاعات و دانششناسی نگریسته شود. یافته ها: از میان علوم مختلف، کتابداری و اطلاعرسانی با علوم ارتباطات پیوستگی اجتناب‌ناپذیری دارد. برخی از نظریههای حوزه ارتباطات ازجمله نظریه کاربری و اقناع، نظریه بینامتنیت، نظریه اجتماعی شدن، نظریه یادگیری اجتماعی، نظریه شناخت اجتماعی، نظریه دروازهبانی، نظریه اشاعه نوآوری و نظریه برجستهسازی قابلیت کاربرد در بافت علم اطلاعات و دانششناسی را دارند. نتیجه گیری: نظریههای ارتباطات در همه ارکان چهارگانه علم اطلاعات و دانششناسی (مجموعه‌سازی، سازمان‌دهی، اشاعه اطلاعات و مدیریت) کاربرد دارند. به نظر میرسد با انجام پژوهشهای مفصلتر، میتوان کاربرد سایر نظریههای حوزه ارتباطات را در علم اطلاعات و دانششناسی موردبررسی قرارداد.

چکیده [English]
The relationship between “Knowledge and Information Science” and other areas such as Communication Science is one of the issues that information specialists with should pay special attention. The scientists of these two fields are interested in communicating each other because they can utilize each others knowledge very well. This connection can be achieved by identifying similarities, differences, and how to apply the concept or concepts of an area within the other. This study was an unsystematic review conducted in 2014 by searching relative keywords in the Science Direct, Web of Science, Emerald, Magiran and SID databases. Communication Science theories and their applications in the field of Knowledge and Information Sciences will be discussed in this paper.
