چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش باهدف بررسی و مقایسه سرمایه فکری در کتابخانه‌های عمومی و دانشگاهی شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1391-1392 بر اساس دیدگاه بونتیس انجام شد. روش: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر اصفهان (98 نفر) و کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاهی و در سال تحصیلی 1391-1392 بود. به‌منظور تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول نمونه‌گیری کوکران (84 نفر) و روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مؤلفه‌های بونتیس بود که روایی آن توسط استادان متخصص تأیید و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 محاسبه گردید. یافته‌ها: میزان سرمایه فکری در کتابخانه‌های عمومی (8/3) و کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی (23/3) شهر اصفهان در وضعیت مناسبی قرار نداشت و میزان آن در کتابخانه‌های عمومی بیشتر از کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی بود. وضعیت سرمایه ساختاری نسبت به سرمایه ساختاری و رابطه‌ای در کتابخانه‌های مزبور مناسب‌تر و اختلاف بین مؤلفه‌های سرمایه فکری معنادار بود (P≤0/05). همچنین در خصوص سطح سرمایه فکری در کتابخانه‌های عمومی و دانشگاهی شهر اصفهان ازنظر ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی (جنسیت، سن، میزان تحصیلات، رشته تحصیلی و نوع کتابخانه) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (P≥0/05) ولی ازنظر ویژگی سِمَت شغلی تفاوت معنادار بود

چکیده English

Purpose: The present study with a survey and comparison of intellectual capital management in the public and academic libraries of Isfahan in 2012-2013 based on Boentis ' views (human capital, structural capital and relational capital). Methodology: A survey - descriptive method was used. The statistical community consisted of all staffs at the public libraries of Isfahan (n = 98) and university in 2012-2013. To determine the sample size, 84 librarians were selected based on Cochran formula and random stratified sampling Method ranking was applied. The tool for collecting data was researcher- developed Questionnaire based on Boenits components, the authenticity of which was approved by experts and its reliability was reckoned using Cronbach's alpha (0.95). Findings: Average intellectual capital is a good condition in public libraries (3.8) and academic libraries (3.23).Intellectual capital is more in public libraries than university libraries. Structural capital status is more appropriate in the mentioned libraries than relational capital and human capital, and between intellectual capital components there was a significant difference. Also, the level of intellectual capital public and Academic libraries of Isfahan based on demographic characteristics (gender, age, academic degree level of education, and library type) there was no significant difference, but in terms of ranking was applied there was a significant difference.
