بررسی وضعیت دانش و مهارت با تکیه بر فعالیت‌های مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز بر اساس مدل جونز با تأکید بر اطلاعات الکترونیکی

چکیده

هدف مقاله، بررسی وضعیت مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز از سه جنبه دانش، مهارت و هفت فعالیت مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی (شامل یافتن و دوباره‌یابی، ذخیره‌سازی، سازماندهی، نگهداشت، امنیت و مدیریت جریان اطلاعات، ارزش‌یابی و ارزش‌گذاری، تدبیر و مفهوم‌سازی بر اساس مدل جونز بود. این پژوهش به روش پیمایشی، توصیفی–تحلیلی انجام گرفته و از پرسش‌نامه تصحیح شده «مجاور» (1392) استفاده شد. با تعیین تعداد کل دانشجویان ( 1300 نفر) و با استفاده از جدول کرجسی– مورگان، تعداد تقریبی نمونه 297 نفر تعیین گردید. از میان 297 پرسش نامه توزیع شده، 297 پرسش نامه بر‌گردانده (نرخ پاسخ 100درصد) و کار تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و برای تعیین معنا‌داری رابطه از آمار استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن و پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی) استفاده شد. یافته‌های توصیفی منتج از پژوهش نشان داد میانگین‌های دانش، مهارت و مجموع هفت فعالیت دانشجویان به ترتیب برابر با 22/1، 05/2 ، 50/2 و در سطح نا‌مطلوب و نسبتاً نا‌مطلوب است. در این پژوهش به نقش سه متغیر مقطع تحصیلی، سن، دانشکده‌ی محل تحصیل در مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی دانشجویان پرداخته و مشخص شد که از میان این عوامل«مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی» در بین دانشکده‌های مختلف و مقطع تحصیلی با توجه به سطح معناداری 05/0رابطه‌ی معنا‌داری وجود دارد و میان دانشجویان با بازه‌های سنی مختلف رابطه‌ی معنا‌داری نیز وجود دارد. وضعیت مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در سطح نسبتاً نا‌مطلوب قرار دارد که بایستی دوره‌ها و کارگاه‌هایی در جهت آگاهی بهتر نسبت به ابزارهای مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی و ارتقا مهارت‌های دانشجویان برگزار شود.

چکیده [English]

A Survey of personal information management students of the students of Ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences of three aspect Knowelege, skill and seven activities personal information management include: in finding and re- Finding ,In storage, In organization, In maintaining, In security, In measuring and evaluation, In making sense of things , On the basis of is jones Model. This study to way Survey, descriptive and analytical Do. and of questionnaire corrected mojaver 1392 used to determined total member students 1300 member and white use of corjsi- morgan table member approximate sample were 297 member determine of amonge 297 questionnaire Contained, 297 questionnaire returned and work analyzing data of descriptive statistical (freqvency, percent Freqvency, mean and std deviation) and for determine semantics relation of inferential statistical used of (test correlation sperman and Pearson). Finds descriptives obtain of study showed that averages Knowelege, Skill, and sum seven activities students to sequential equal white 1.22,2.05,2.50 and is of level non desirability and partly desirability. in this study to role three variable educational degree Age, college place educational of of personal information management students pay and determined that of among this reasons personal information management at between colleages diffrents attations white there was significant level 0.05 relation significant. and there was among students to degree, age group different relation Significant. status personal information management students at have level relatively bad that had period at direct better aware attribute tools personal information management and promontion skills students at.
