چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی پروفایل کاربردی فراداده‌ای برای توصیف و سازماندهی(پردازش) اشیای محتوایی کتابخانه، موزه و مرکز اسناد آستان مقدسه حضرت معصومه(س) بود. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود که با رویکرد تحلیلی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش مشتمل بر کارمندان بخش سازماندهی و مدیران کتابخانه، موزه و مرکز اسناد آستان مقدسه و عناصر، خصائص و ویژگی‌های استانداردهای فراداده‌ای بافت میراث فرهنگی بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مشاهده ساختارمند و ابزار آن مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و سیاهه‌وارسی بود. نتایج نشان داد که به منظور توصیف و سازماندهی(پردازش) اشیای محتوایی کتابخانه، موزه و مرکز اسناد آستان مقدسه نیازمند سه پروفایل کاربردی فراداده‌ای مجزا برای کتابخانه، موزه و مرکز اسناد است. پروفایل کاربردی فراداده‌ای طراحی‌شده برای اشیای محتوایی کتابخانه، موزه و مرکز اسناد به ترتیب دارای 53، 83 و 27 عنصر اصلی و فرعی بود. استاندارد فراداده‌ای توصیف شی(مُدس)، استاندارد مدیریت مجموعه موزه‌های بریتانیا(اسپکتروم)، و استاندارد بین‌المللی توصیف آرشیوی(ایساد) دارای بیشترین سهم در پروفایل کاربردی فراداده‌ای به ترتیب در بافت‌های کتابخانه، موزه و مرکز اسناد بود. طراحی پروفایل کاربردی فراداده‌ای موجبات توصیف و پردازش مناسب اشیای محتوایی، همگرایی هرچه بیشتر بافت میراث فرهنگی و همچنین مدیریت بهتر فراداده‌ها خواهد شد. این امر با توجه به بافت و نیازهای بومی انجام می‌شود و در عین حال موجب افزایش نقاط دسترسی، بازیابی و میانکنش‌پذیری بیشتر با سایر سامانه‌های مدیریت اطلاعات و کتابخانه‌ها خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of the current research was to design a metadata application profile for describing and organizing(processing) the content objects of the Library, Museum, and Archive of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh(A.S.). The research method was practical in terms of the goal, which was carried out with an analysis approach. The research community was the employees of the organization department and managers of the Library, Museum and Archive and elements and attributes of the metadata standards of the cultural heritage context (library,archive and museum), which were selected by purposeful sampling method. The data collection method was structured observation and the tools were interviews, questionnaires and checklists. The findings showed that in order to describe and organize (process) the content objects of the Library, Museum, and Archive of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh(A.S.), three separate metadata application profiles are needed for the library, museum, and archive. The metadata application profile designed for library, museum and archives content objects had a 53, 83, and 27 main and sub elements, respectively. MODS, Spectrum, and ISAD had a highest number in the metadata application profile in the contexts of library, museum, and archives, respectively.The design of a metadata application profile will lead to the proper description and processing of content objects, more convergence of the cultural heritage context, as well as better management of metadata. This is done according to local context and needs, and it will increase the access points, retrieval and more interoperability with other information management systems and libraries.
