چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی کیفیت تعامل کاربر و سیستم در کتابخانه دیجیتال انستیتو پاستورایران با استفاده از ابزار دیجی کوآل به انجام رسیده است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و به لحاظ گردآوری داده ها توصیفی -پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل را اعضاء هیات علمی انستیتو پاستور تشکیل می دهند که تعداد آنان 177 نفر می باشد. با استفاده از فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران تعداد 118 نفر از اعضاء جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌های اولیه تحقیق از روش میدانی(پرسشنامه‌ای) استفاده شده است پرسشنامه حاضر برگرفته از استانداردهای دیجی کوال بوده که برای ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات کتابخانه انستیتو پاستور بومی سازی شده است.یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که کاربران هم در وضعیت موجود و هم در وضعیت مطلوب از دسترس پذیری، قابلیت اعتبار، دقت و صحت، پوشش موضوعی، پیوندهای فعال، قابلیت مرور و سازمان یافتگی کتابخانه دیجیتالی انستیتو پاستور از جنبه فنی رضایت دارند..بیشترین اختلاف میانگین بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب به متغیر به پیوندهای فعال با 83/1 و کمترین اختلاف به متغیر دقت و صحت با 34/0 اختصاص یافته است.

چکیده [English]
This study aimed to assess the technical aspects of user-system interaction quality in digital library of Pasteur Institute using DJ Qual. It is a survey-based, descriptive and applied study. The statistical population consisted of 177 faculty members of the Pasteur Institute. Using Cochran sampling formula, 118 members were selected as sample population. In order to collect primary data for the research, field study (questionnaires) has been implemented. The questionnaire used has been drawn from the DJ Qual standards and localized to evaluate the quality of the library services of Pasteur Institute. Results showed that users in status and in the optimum level of availability, reliability, accuracy, coverage, active links, browsing and organizing digital library of the Institute Pasteur technical aspects of consent The largest mean difference between the current and desired status was 1.83, assigned to the variable ‘active links’ and the smallest difference was 0.34, assigned to the variable ‘accuracy’. According to the findings of the research, comparative studies are needed at the level of academic and research centers in order to obtain more knowledge about the facilities and infrastructure of these libraries.
